The incorporation of fibers into concrete offers a solution to enhance its flexural and tensile strength, addressing its inherent brittleness. However, the widespread use of plastics, particularly PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), has led to environmental concerns due to disposal challenges. This study explores the utilization of recycled PET fibers in concrete to improve its mechanical, structural, and durability properties. PET fibers enhance concrete's resistance to cracking, fatigue, shear, impact, and improve long-term ductility. Testing the tensile strength and morphology of PET fibers revealed their suitability for concrete reinforcement. Comparisons between PET fiber reinforced concrete and conventional concrete demonstrated improved behavior, with PET fibers exhibiting strength and ductility. However, increasing fiber volume fraction and aspect ratio reduced fiber-concrete bonding. Acid and sulfate attack tests showed that concrete with PET fibers exhibited better resistance to adverse environmental conditions due to lower water absorption. Additionally, PET fiber reinforced concrete demonstrated enhanced load-carrying and energy-absorbing capacity in beam and beam-column joint tests, especially with a fiber volume fraction of 1.5%. These findings suggest that PET fibers can serve as effective secondary reinforcement in concrete, contributing to its structural integrity and resilience.

Integrating polystyrene (PS) into bitumen black-top has upgraded its solidarity and tended to plastic garbage removal issues. Direct blending of PS squander with bitumen causes stage division, prompting conflicting asphalt combinations. This study presented a strategy where PS squander is disintegrated in a natural dissolvable to make a PS arrangement, which is then blended in with bitumen. This approach guarantees a uniform combination and beats the issues of strong PS froth blending. The review expected to make an effective PS arrangement utilizing a natural dissolvable that breaks up significant PS squander without modifying bitumen's properties. Different focuses (1%, 2%, 3%, and 4%) of the PS arrangement were tried. The changed bitumen cover went through actual tests (infiltration, mellowing point, thickness, flexible recuperation, stockpiling soundness), rheological tests utilizing a unique shear rheometer (DSR), and substance investigation by means of Fourier change infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Execution properties were evaluated through Marshall Security, held solidness, backhanded elasticity, rigidity proportion, boiling water stripping, and strong modulus tests. Results suggested a 3% PS dose, showing huge upgrades in entrance, relaxing point, thickness, and capacity steadiness. The PS-changed bitumen exhibited upgraded versatile and rheological properties and better execution thought about than ordinary bitumen. This concentrate effectively applied squander PS in bituminous streets and presented an original technique for delivering PS-changed bitumen, really tending to PS garbage removal.

This research examines some of the main causes of the traditional joint family system's continued vitality in India. We seek to show that the Indian family is a pragmatic response to the forces of modernity. The traditional family structure seems to offer a necessary corrective in terms of a sense of location, personal identity, self-worth, social position, and obligation in modern life precisely because modernity emphasizes social estrangement and cultural diversity. In addition, it is likely that the old and new will continue to be accommodated and adapted within the context of Indian experience. In India, the Hindu joint family system has long been a significant and enduring social institution. This research gives a brief overview of the historical development, distinguishing features, and current relevance of the Hindu joint family system. It has historically provided a solid foundation for preserving cultural values, social cohesiveness, and economic stability. Hindu joint families have been a significant and enduring social structure for centuries since they have been embedded in India's cultural and historical landscape. Numerous generations coexist under one roof in this traditional family structure, also known as the Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), which is characterized by a strong sense of kinship and the sharing of resources and duties. Ancient Indian literature like the Manusmriti and Dharmashastras, which not only supported the joint family but also included it into the larger cultural and religious conventions of the time, are where its historical relevance can be found.

This paper presents the findings of an exploratory conceptual research on celebrity endorsement. Literature survey of both theoretical and empirical research on the subject clearly indicates that celebrity product endorsement is a form of cobranding, which influences brand image through meaning transfer from the endorser to the endorsed brand. Celebrity-product congruence has a positive impact on brand image, which in turn has a positive impact on brand equity. While this paper draws up a model, based on a conceptual approach, scope for further research lies in validating the same through a primary research. Research of celebrity endorsement has focused mainly on four different approaches. First, the characteristics of an endorser as a source of information, divided in attractiveness and credibility. Additionally, Match-Up between product and endorser characteristics is examined finally, in a more comprehensive model.
