The article deals with the methods of increasing the noise immunity of the navigation equipment of the consumer under the influence of deliberate imitation interference (spoofing). The main differences between imitation interference and powerful noiselike interference are highlighted. The initial data for computer modeling of various signal-interference conditions are formed, with makes it possible to conduct a comparative analysis of various methods of interference suppression. The created model allows us to take into account the real coordinates of navigation satellites relative to the selected observation point, the geometry of the antenna array of the navigation receiver and its main functional characteristics. The possibility of using antenna arrays with a controlled diagram-forming scheme for focusing the radiation pattern in the directional of arrival of satellite navigation signals and creating a «zero» in the direction of arrival of interference is investigate. The dependence of the potential level of interference suppression on the elevation of interference arrival is analyzed. A comparison of two optimization methods used as an interference reduction algorithm is presented.

This article summarizes the experience of the authors in the development of measuring systems that make it possible to investigate the response of steel structures of machine-building facilities to external driving forces. The article considers the basic principles of building such systems using foreign components, implemented in solving practical problems. The relevance of the topic of research is due to the growing need in various industries (aviation, shipbuilding) for the acquisition of objective information about the ongoing processes in structures during their operation for the subsequent assessment of its technical condition during testing and operation. The materials of the article provide specific results of the authors’ work; discuss problems in parameters recording due to the architecture of the system construction. In conclusion, technical requirements are described, the implementation of which will ensure the independent development of a domestic system for acquisition data of heterogeneous physical processes.

The article describes and theoretically substantiates the potential technical capabilities of spatially separated earth stations (ES). When several ESs emit in-phase or mutually pairwise correlated signals in the direction of one received antenna of the object, the total level of the sum of emissions at its output (at the input of the receiving path) may be several times higher than the sum of the powers of these signals. In this regard, the article investigates the influence of the phase difference of the transmitted signals on the value of their total average power at the input of the receiving path. In the case of addition of common-mode signals, a formula is used to calculate in which the power of harmonic radiation is proportional to the square of the sum of the amplitude of the common-mode signals. This paradox is also valid for pairwise cross-correlated signals. The presented technique for evaluatingтthe effectivenessтallows one to establish not only the dependence of the energy ratios on the nonтenergy parameter, but also to determine the number of low-power ESs required to ensureтthe required signal level at the input of the receiving device. The use of the presented technique makes it possible to evaluate the efficiency of receiving a combined high-power signal for a differentтnumber of emitters that form in-phase or pairwise mutual correlation of signals at the receiving point.

The paper describes monopulse radar with sidelobe-blanking system. The antenna of the sidelobe-blanking system is one subarray of the radar’s active phased array antenna. The elements of the subarray is also used for sum and difference pattern generation. It is shown that if aperture distribution required to produce low-sidelobe sum pattern is used, the pattern of one subarray will satisfy the requrements for antenna of the sidelobe-blanking system. An example of designing the monopulse radar with sidelobe-blanking system is presented. Sum pattern of the radar anettena is produced with different low-sidelobe pattern synthesis procedures. The analysis of monopulse radar parameters and sidelobe-blanking system performance is done.

The detection of space objects at large distances can be carried out by several radar stations, which makes it urgent to develop algorithms for joint processing of radar information received in the presence of interference from several radars. The article discusses procedure for modeling target selection by jointly processing results of measuring its position by geographically separated radar stations. A mathematical model for generating coordinate estimates is shown, taking into account potential accuracy of measurements made by individual radar stations. An analytical expression is developed that allows you to set threshold for selecting true targets that are simultaneously observed by two different radar stations in conditions relayed interference. Based on simulation modeling, obtained graphs of the probability of target selection for various conditions of radar observation of targets by geographically separated radar stations.

The article describes the procedure of marine fire-dangerous situations factors’ values forecasting based on artificial neural network. These factors are temperature, optical air density, aerosol concentration. Given procedure is flexible and can be expanded for other factors of fire-safety state of monitored object. Artificial neural network with architecture of three-layer perceptron is used for forecasting. The article gives a common scheme for realization of fire-dangerous situations factors’ values forecasting, substantiates the choice of used artificial neural network’s architecture, gives perceptron learning algorithm. As a result of given procedure execution factors’ values forecasting is implemented for prevention of fire-dangerous situation and the adoption of early actions. In case of integration of the developed procedure inside ship information management systems’ algorithmic support is capable of dramatically raise effectiveness of decisions made while providing fire safety on ships.

This article considers possible ways to reduce the time of air space survey by an onboard radar station in comparison with the known «classical» methods. The main direction of the proposals is related to the division of the entire sector of the airspace survey into severalrange zones. The division of the survey sector into three zones in accordance with the classification of the range of air-to-air missiles is justified. The calculation of the time of review of a given area of airspace for the proposed methods and comparison with the time of review of a similar zone with a needle beam, which showed the possibility of reducing the review time to two times, mainly when viewing the near and middle zones.The possibility of using different beams for radiating and receiving signals is considered.

The article proposes a method for solving the problem of choosing the element base and constructive solutions to ensure the required reliability of promising radio equipment at minimal cost. The problem belongs to the class of Boolean linear programming and is solved using the branch and bound method. The main idea of the branch and bound method is to determine the branching rule for assigning options and further evaluating the objective function on these subsets, which allows us to exclude from consideration subsets that do not contain optimal points. The task of increasing reliability can be solved by choosing more reliable elements and using the method of structural reservation of elements at the stage of product development. The results of using the proposed method to solve the practical problem of choosing the elements are presented.

Results of an experimental study of a local navigation system based on the processing signals from broadcast sources presented. The results of the development of processing algorithms for point-to-point coordinates estimation of the object are presented. The results of the development of algorithms for trajectories estimation are presented. In performed simulation the possibility of obtaining submeter position estimation accuracy in the proposed system is shown. Development results of the navigation module demonstrator are presented. The results of experimental work in difficult navigation conditions, in the presence of shading, reflections and other factors, are presented. It is shown that the developed navigation module allows in the open space near buildings which partially obscuring the satellite systems signals to obtain accuracy higher than the GNSS navigation equipment. In indoor environment in the absence of satellite navigation signals, the developed module shows positioning accuracy not worse than 1.5 meters and provides a measurement rate 1 Hz and better.

This paper discusses quasistatic waveguide model for planar resonator placed in multilayer dielectic media, which do not use effective parameters such as effective width of resonator and effective dielectric constant. It allows to use waveguide model in new approach. Edge field is modeled by inclusion of LC-lumped element circuit where values of inductances and capacitances we determined from the solving of electrostatic Laplace equation by the method of moment using the three-dimensional Green function for multilayer dielectric media. A computational experiment showed that the proposed model is effective in modeling planar resonators of complex shape and requires low computational resources.
