The construct of gamification has received considerable interest, especially in the context of Learning. The need for tools to make Learning more engaging and efficient have led to researchers exploring the use of gamification to enhance learning and development activities. According Gartner’s Hype Cycle, gamification is poised for large scale adoption in the coming years. The construct of gamification has received considerable interest, especially in the context of learning. Over the past five years, research in the area has grown. The current study, looks at consolidating the research that has been carried out and attempts to provide a snapshot of the work carried out in the last five years. The chosen studies have explored the role of gamification in learning activities and have attempted to provide empirical evidence to support gamified learning. The purpose of the study is to review existing literature, in terms of the outcomes, outcome variables, context of study and research methodology used. This would not only add to the knowledge in the field but would also guide future research by identifying gaps or areas that need to explored. Additionally, practitioners would benefit from a consolidated view of five years of research into the practice of gamification.

SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is one indicator of a journal's reputation. The value is calculated based on several published journals, such as scholarly journals' scientific impact, representing the number of quotes sent to a journal and the relevance or reputation of journals from which the quotations originate. High SJR value means that the corresponding journal has a high reputation. This study aims to approach the SJR classification by implementing a machine learning approach. A simple yet powerful method Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) is selected. NBC utilizes probability calculations based on Bayes' theorem. However, NBC has an assumption that the attribute values do not depend on each other. This method is optimized using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to overcome this weakness. This study used SJR data of the computer science domain from 2014 to 2017. Publication withaout Q rank is filtered for better performance. As a result, the accuracy of the proposed method is higher than the baseline. The use of PSO significantly improves the NBC performance based on the performed T-test. The PSO-NBC selects four of eight features: H index, Cites/ Doc (2 Years), and Ref. / Doc. Overall results show that using PSO-NBC is closer to SJR rather than using mere NBC.

The purpose of the present study is presenting a model for the use of Internet of Things in Iranian knowledge companies. This research from propose point of view is an applied research and in terms of exploration and data collection is qualitative and quantitative research. The main approach for achieving the model of using the Internet of Things is the grounded theory methodology which is based on a paradigmatic model. The research population for the qualitative sector is comprised of 25 executives and practitioners of knowledge-based companies who are somehow specialized in Internet of Things topics. They were selected by snowball method and for a small portion of all managers and technology experts working in knowledge companies. Cochran's formula for finite communities was used to select the samples. After careful analysis of the interviews, 59 extracted concepts were identified in 5 main categories and 13 subcategories. Management requirements, customer requirements, and resistance economics give rise to the Internet of Things in knowledge-based companies. The characteristics of the company, the characteristics of the human resources and the characteristics of the managers can provide a suitable ground for using the Internet of Things. And the conditions in the country, international pressures and international cooperation can be among the intermediary factors influencing the use of the Internet of Things. Raw materials and infrastructure can also be effective strategies for using the Internet of Things. Using Internet of Things, customer-related factors, international collaborations, and expected results can be expected in knowledge-based companies.

The main goal of the given research is to conduct cross-cultural analysis of financial support mechanisms in Europe in order to develop practical recommendations, focused on SME recovery, for emerging markets, in particular Ukraine. The article examines the main effects of pandemic on economy, focusing on business disruption, in particular SME. The financial flows as a response on anti-pandemic prevention measures were analyzed all over the world through digital tools, namely BI, as well as differentiation of support measures. The general fall in the main macroeconomic indicators was indicated for European countries and the deep analysis of financial support mechanisms provided by states was conducted. Taking into account research results, it was revealed that complex policy mechanisms were developed mainly by advanced economies while emerging markets, in particular Ukraine, do not have the effective mechanisms aimed at eliminating negative effects of pandemic. So, on the basis of conducted analysis the practical recommendations for emerging markets, in particular Ukraine, were developed using relevant European experience

Research in educational innovation has generally focused on teaching practices. Innovation in our society carries many identities. In the collective imagination, it refers to our own representation of what is new. In our research work, we have focused on identifying the factors of innovation in the field of qualifying secondary education. We used a questionnaire of 78 items, structured in 5 areas: the conditions, the moments, the reasons, the domains, and the objects of experimentation of the new actions in teaching-learning. This questionnaire is administered to a sample of 149 teachers. We proceeded by a descriptive and exploratory research of mixed qualitative and quantitative type) The results of which showed the existence of personal factors and those which are in relation to the context and the working conditions in educational establishments, and which are points of reflection on the logic of school innovation. We can deduce that an analysis of the relationships that teachers have with innovation opens heuristic perspectives in terms of research and training in education.

The purpose of this study is to substantiate the basic principles and prerequisites for the formation of project maturity of public administration for the successful implementation of digital governance projects. The relevance of this study is due to the need to implement the task of digital transformation of Ukraine by solving the problem of modernization of public administration on the basis of constant increase of project maturity of the organizations. The study proved the existence of a direct dependence of prospects for the implementation of digital transformation projects on the level of project maturity of public management. A variant of the project maturity model adapted to the local self-government body is being developed. The model assumes three levels of maturity of local governments. It has established that the majority of the created united territorial communities of Ukraine were characterized by the first two levels of maturity. The implementation of the maturity model makes it possible to assess the current state of the system, choose adequate tools for staff training, create conditions for continuous improvement and realization of the potential of the local community for the implementation of digital transformation projects.

The purpose of this study is to explore and determinants the risk management and prevention in credit card business of Malaysian commercial banks. There were five factors derived through the literature and experimental investigation that are affecting the banks due to credit card which are External Fraud Risk, Internal Operational Risk, Credit Risk of Cardholders, Science and Technology and Intermediary Agency Trades Risk. Hence, 250 respondents participated in this study from state of Selangor and Federal Capital Kuala Lumpur. The data was collected and analyzed by SPPS software and it was concluded that that External fraud risk, Internal operational risk, Credit risk of Cardholder, Science and technology are positively correlated with the Credit card business risks of commercial Banks in Malaysia. These papers have highlighted suggestion for future research to develop this study further by considering the data derived from this study by using Delphi Technique

The development of information and communication technologies changes how many industries and services operate. Those changes are also concerning all sectors of the travel industry, although some more than others. Mobile access to the internet allows consumers to purchase through transaction-based applications such as e-ticketing, QR-code services, Bitcoin, E-wallet, and using a third party like PayPal. E-Wallet is predicted to be one of the future's most successful payment modes but has achieved limited acceptance in developed countries to date. Similarly, this service is considered new in Malaysia. Utilizing Davis' Technology Acceptance Model, this study examines the factors contributing to E-Wallet's adoption among the millennial tourist in Kuala Lumpur. Using the self-administrated questionnaires, data from 100 respondents were collected and analyzed using SPSS. The finding revealed that perceived ease of use of E-Wallet among millennial tourists proved to be the most substantial cause besides the significant positive relationships found from other variables such as perceived usefulness and social influence in the context of millennium tourists. However, perceived credibility was found not related to the adoption of E-Wallet. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications, particularly for the development and marketing of E-Wallet service, which will support the long‐term success of mobile commerce.
