In this article, the authors introduced pre-Lorentz sequence spaces with bicomplex terms and studied their properties. They encountered difficulty when they considered applying the known properties of pre-Lorentz function spaces to sequence spaces with bicomplex terms. They managed to overcome these difficulties by using idempotent representations of bicomplex numbers. After comprehensively examining the distribution and rearrangement functions in the space of sequences with bicomplex terms in their first study, presented in the references, it was time to examine pre-Lorentz spaces, and this study emerged.

Nowadays, hydraulic turbines are more often operated under off-design conditions due to the increase in intermittent energy production (wind and solar). In these operating conditions, dynamic phenomena in hydraulic circuit are observed, such as flow instabilities, secondary flows, vortex rope developed in the draft tube etc. These phenomena can lead to pressure pulsations and structural vibrations of the hydraulic turbine structure, that affect the hydraulic turbine performance and its lifespan. In the present paper a wall model, developed by Manhart et al. (2008), is used with the k-ω SST turbulence model to study numerically the pulsating flows which can occur in a hydraulic turbine during part load operation. The Manhart wall model considers the adverse pressure gradient and has the advantage of being used on a coarser mesh (dimensionless distance, y+, can result in values up to 5), leading to smaller simulation time and computational demands when compared to the general approaches. The numerical analysis is carried on using the open-source software, Code_Saturne, and considers a geometry that is similar to the draft tube of a hydraulic turbine.

This study aims to characterize curves at constant distance by using the tangent, normal, and binormal vectors of a unit speed non-null curve in Minkowski 3-space. The Frenet vectors and the curvature and torsion functions of these curves are calculated by using the curvature and torsion of the unit speed non-null curve. Then, the developability of ruled surfaces created with these curves and their tangents is investigated. Finally, the examples containing these curves and surfaces are given, and their graphs are drawn.

In this paper, we introduce the idea and notion of strongly n–fractional polynomial convex functions. We investigate some algebraic properties of the newly defined class of functions. We establish certain inequalities of Hermite–Hadamard type for our novel generalization. We have also compared our newly obtained results using both Hölder and Hölder-İşcan inequalities, as well as power-mean and improved-power-mean integral inequalities. The results obtained in this work extend and improve the orresponding ones in the literature

The production of biogas from animal waste is not only a way to reduce waste quantities but also to generate thermal or electrical energy in a sustainable manner, thereby contributing to environmental preservation and diversification of energy sources. Through combustion, biogas can generate electricity or heat, providing a sustainable, renewable, and environmentally friendly energy source. It was observed that manure from different animal species can exhibit varying biogas production rates, and certain types of manure can lead to higher or more consistent biogas levels. The experimental set-up recorded efficient biogas production after seven days of anaerobic digestion. The optimal mixtures were those with a higher proportion of grass, consisting for example of 40% grass, 15% pig manure, 15% cattle manure, 30% poultry manure, and 278.23 g of inoculum.

This study explores the molecular interactions between two drugs, diclofenac, and heparin, through computational docking to understand the impact of complex formation on binding affinity, orientation, and pharmacological properties. Using molecular modeling and docking simulations, we analyzed how diclofenac and heparin bind individually and as complexes to target receptor Factor Xa, critical in coagulation pathways. Results demonstrate that forming diclofenac-heparin complexes significantly enhances binding affinity, with lower binding energies compared to individual drugs, indicating more stable interactions. Notably, the orientation of the complex (diclofenac_heparin versus heparin_diclofenac) affected the binding site and binding energy, suggesting that sequence and orientation in complex formation are crucial factors in drug-target interaction. Additionally, differences in lipophilicity (logP values) between the complexes suggest that binding orientation may influence bioavailability and membrane permeability. These findings underscore the potential for dual-drug complex formation to enhance pharmacological efficacy, paving the way for optimized drug combinations in therapeutic applications

In this paper, solutions of some differential equations are found using alpha parametrized differential transform method (α–PDTM). The results are compared with the exact solution and the results found from the classical differential transform method (DTM). The optimal values of are found for which the error at some particular domain point is minimal. It is found that the alpha parametrized differential transform method is more accurate and precise method.
