From a legal perspective, analyze the connotation and logical relationship of intellectual property rights in Emei martial arts, point out the Legal dilemma in protecting Emei martial arts intellectual property rights, and then propose solu-tions to the problems. The study believes that the intellectual property rights of Emei martial arts refer to the intellectual property rights based on the intellec-tual achievements and commercial logos of Emei martial arts. The legal dilemma in the protection of intellectual property rights in Emei martial arts mainly manifests as follows: the identity of the rights subject of intellectual property rights in Emei martial arts and the intangible cultural heritage of Emei martial arts is the root cause of the conflict between public and private interests; to some extent, the sports nature of the intellectual property rights of Emei martial arts has influenced the legal recognition of this part of Emei martial arts intel-lectual property rights in the academic community; the inadequacy of the legal system is the fundamental reason why the intellectual property rights of Emei martial arts are difficult to obtain comprehensive protection. ABSTRACT In the Baroque imagination, the theatrum mundi metaphor – the vision of the world as a great stage – served as an epistemic and aesthetic framework through which jurists sought to visualize and legitimise authority. The purpose of this article is to trace how the Baroque fascination with spectacle transformed the theatre into a cognitive and political device, turning legality into a visible, persuasive, and performative medium. Law, in turn, appeared as a ‘staged reality’, an aesthetic phenomenon unfolding in public, where its legitimacy was constantly re-enacted through elaborate scenographic techniques. Drawing on key Baroque thinkers such as Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz and Giovanni Battista De Luca, this article reveals how this theatrical paradigm operated as both an epistemic structure and an artistic medium, contributing to a radical reconfiguration of legal discourse. Frontispieces and emblems became crucial sites where the Baroque imagination of law took visual form. Through a close examination of selected examples, the study traces the visual and performative logic by which juridical authority was translated into image, allowing legality itself to appear as performance.

Since the launch of the construction of economic regions such as the Guang-dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), propositions including region-al economy and regional economic rule of law have attracted considera-ble at-tention. As a cross-jurisdictional economic region, the GBA features dif-ferences among various entities in terms of legal systems, economic policy for-mulation, and supervision of economic activities. How to coordinate the eco-nomic devel-opment of different regions through the rule of law has become the primary is-sue for the GBA’s development. The regional economic rule of law in the GBA should establish an inclusive legal system, balance the interests and legislative powers of various entities, thereby ensuring the gradual implementa-tion of co-ordinated regional economic development. It is also necessary to promote the regional economic legal system guided by the philosophy of "Com-munity with a Shared Future for Mankind," so as to provide a reference for the construction and connection with global economic law in the future.

ABSTRACT In this paper, I develop the groundwork for an imaginative legal education, drawing on historical works of literary and legal studies. After describing the role of the creative imagination (contrasted with repetitive fancy), I turn to imaginative arguments in legal discourse, arguing that they develop law understood multidimensionally – as a form of life and meaning. Although well recognized in theory, the role of imaginative legal education is not systematically applied in continental European educational practice. I take it to be a result of a doctrinal and a detached approach to jurisprudence in European law schools. The doctrinal criticism of interdisciplinary legal education draws on the worry that law, seen as a result of imaginative work is not objective, and thus as contradicting the ideal of the rule of law. In my view, it is exactly legal imagination that, if properly used, guarantees basic rights and secures social expectations in a democratic society.

The development of the digital economy has brought opportunities, but also triggered many risks and challenges, and antitrust law enforcement and su-per-vision have become more complex. The construction of the antitrust com-pliance system of digital economy platform enterprises not only realizes the full process of antitrust supervision before, during and after the event, but also promotes enterprises to consciously comply with laws and regulations and op-timize the business environment. The "Antitrust Compliance Guidelines for Op-erators" (2024) adds "Compliance Incentives" in the form of a special chapter to effec-tively resolve the problem of insufficient endogenous motivation for cor-porate compliance construction. At the same time, digital platform enterprises should further strengthen and improve the construction of the antitrust com-pliance system in accordance with the guidelines to maintain a fair and compet-itive market order.

As a key mechanism to safeguard judicial justice and curb extortion of con-fes-sions by torture, the setting and application of the standard of proof in the pro-cedure for excluding illegal evidence directly influence the realization of proce-dural value. China's Criminal Procedure Law and related judicial inter-pretations have established a proof system centered on the "duality standard," but in judi-cial practice, problems such as vague initiation standards, unclear allocation of the prosecution's burden of proof, and the absence of typological standards for evidence still exist. Based on the theory of the correlation between the standard of proof and the burden of proof, this paper systematically discuss-es the "rea-sonable doubt" standard for the defense to initiate the procedure and the prose-cution's dual standards of "confirming illegality" and "inability to ex-clude ille-gality" by analyzing the logical transformation of the object of proof and com-parative legal experience. Combining typical cases such as the "Zhang Guoxi Bribery Case" and the "Guo Zongkui Drug Trafficking Case," it reveals the prac-tical dilemmas in the application of the standard of proof in current judi-cial practice, and proposes improvement paths from four dimensions: clarifica-tion of operational guidelines, refinement of application rules, strengthening of ty-pological research, and enhancement of judicial cognition, so as to provide the-oretical support for the standardized operation of the procedure for exclud-ing illegal evidence.

As cybercrime methods become increasingly hidden and unpreventable, it is difficult to effectively curb the development of new cybercriminals through the use of traditional crimes. From the perspective of criminal law provisions, helping information-networked crimes is a new type of crime. However, in judi-cial practice, confusion was caused by the generality of the legal provisions of the applicable rules for this offence, resulting in different sentences for the same case for this offence. Therefore, this paper looks at several difficult issues in determining this crime in depth, in order to provide certain references to ju-dicial practice.

ABSTRACT This paper explores the challenges faced by states with colonial or slavery histories in addressing contested statues or monuments whose messages no longer align with contemporary societal values. It does so by discussing the digital artwork Entropy Awakening (Travis De Vries, 2022), including its symbolism and relationship to De Vries’ earlier graphic novel extract Cook Falling (Tear it Down) (2019). The discussion is framed through a series of conversations among four individuals involved in the commission, creation, reinterpretation, and public display of Entropy Awakening. These conversations demonstrate how creative works, processes and methodologies can foster and stimulate dialogue on justice issues. They highlight the potential and provocation of envisioning different futures, the power of reflective practice in building connections, and the personal impact of creative works.

ABSTRACT This paper offers a cultural-legal examination of UK Drill – a genre of drill music, a Black music subculture – contrasting its cultural significance and public popularity with its institutional and legal framing as a dangerous practice associated with youth and gang violence and its relation to criminalizing legal processes and practices. By adopting an aesthetic approach, the article contrasts two different imaginaries of UK drill – the ‘street’ and the ‘criminal justice’ imaginaries – with a particular focus on how these imaginaries frame and articulate the relationship between drill and violence. The analysis in the paper is developed in three steps. First, it explores the different aesthetic economies built around drill in the two imaginaries. In both the ‘street’ and the ‘criminal justice’ imaginaries of UK drill, there are complex dynamics of love and hate, or attraction and repulsion in relation to violence that are both aesthetically driven and aesthetically mobilized. The second move then turns to develop an aesthetic analysis of aspects of form, style and presentation in relation both to UK drill and to its criminalization to show how different and largely disparate images of violence percolate the context of UK drill and its artistic output. The final section of the paper brings together the previous analyses by discussing them in relation to the concept of aesthetic injustice.
