This study examines the creativity of pie teachers in using PJBL to increase student learning independence. Creativity is one of the keys in the learning and teaching process that is oriented to effective learning as educational goals, optimal education and developing student abilities. Discussed in detail related to teacher activities in applying the PJBL method and how the results of student learning independence in the SD Negeri 135562 Tanjung Balai City through the creativity of Islamic Education teachers who aim to increase student independence which automatically also increased learning outcomes. To achieve this goal of this study used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation with participants interviewing a pie teacher and 3 students and 20 students for filling out data questionnaire. The results showed that creativity in PJBL learning can create a new learning scope that is more effective, fun and useful. This not only increases student learning independence but helps develop skills within themselves. The creativity used by PAI teachers through Project-Based Learning (PjBl) has a significant positive impact on the learning process, making it more engaging. This not only enhances students' independence in learning but also helps develop their skills.

This study addresses the challenge of optimizing digital capacity among rural youth for economic empowerment in Cikawung Village, where limited digital knowledge and skills hinder the exploitation of business opportunities. The research aims to enhance digital capacity and empower rural youth economically through technology-based entrepreneurship training. The methodology includes practical training in online store creation, digital marketing, and business management, along with ongoing support. Expected outcomes encompass improved digital business skills among youth, establishment of youth-led digital enterprises, and increased economic independence in the rural community. The program seeks to foster technology-based entrepreneurship and positively impact rural youth economic empowerment through digital capacity optimization.

The principal's decisions are made within a complex organization called a school. This study explores how systems thinking is reflected in principals' perceptions of their decision-making processes. Based on qualitative analysis of interviews and focus groups, principals' descriptions of their effective decision making reflect systems thinking in the following three areas: (1) expanding the number of choices; (2) identify possible consequences of various alternatives; and (3) search for and analyze relevant information. Because schools are inherently complex organizations, the findings of this study highlight the relationship between the complex nature of principals' decision making and systems thinking. Based on the findings of this study, systems thinking can serve as a framework for analyzing principal decision making. Therefore, systems thinking can be used to facilitate the selection of new principals. Of course, selecting the most capable candidates for school leadership positions has a significant impact on the performance of SMP Negeri 18 Medan.

This research aims to test the effectiveness of individual counseling services using Cognitive Restructuring techniques to reduce anxiety in final semester students. The study was conducted at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The research is quantitative in nature, utilizing an experimental model with a one-group pretest-posttest design, which compares the results before and after the counseling service is provided. The population of this study consisted of 34 final-year students from the 2020 cohort of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, with a sample of four students selected through purposive sampling. These students were chosen based on having the highest levels of anxiety, their willingness to participate, and their adherence to the counseling service schedule, to optimize time and resources. Data were collected using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to evaluate the hypothesis. The results showed a significant decrease in students' anxiety levels, with the average score dropping from 48.25 (high) in the pretest to 25.00 (mild to moderate) in the posttest. A p-value of 0.002 indicated the effectiveness of the counseling service in reducing anxiety. It can be concluded that individual counseling services using Cognitive Restructuring techniques are effective in reducing anxiety in final semester students.

This study investigates the school security measures and staff job performance at public secondary schools located in Ilorin Metropolis, which is situated in Kwara state, Nigeria. The study employed a descriptive survey research design of the ex post facto. A sample of 20 public senior secondary schools in Ilorin Metropolis was selected purposively from three local governments in Ilorin. Three research hypotheses were formulated for the study. The researcher’s instrument used was titled School Security Measures and Staff Performances Questionnaire (SSMSPQ). The findings of the study revealed that there was a significant relationship between the school security measures and staff job performance at public secondary schools located in Ilorin Metropolis. In conclusion, ensuring school safety implies freedom from risk, protection of lives and properties of the school members and the school, and reduction of intra and inter-school conflict while upholding quality education.Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that the school management should take the issue of security as a matter of priority in Kwara State, Nigeria.

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the presentation and function of Serimpi Dance in theatrical performances of the Dharma Saputra group in Plumbon District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. This study uses a qualitative paradigm with descriptive analysis method. Research informants are Mr. Captain Purnawirawan H. Suana as the play leader of the Darma Saputra group and Mrs. Keny as a Serimpi dancer. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that; 1) in the Indramayu theatrical performance there is a presentation of the serimpi dance as (powder dance), 2) the make-up used is corrective make-up.

Design is a plan to produce a product or media. Over time the development of technology is growing rapidly, such as the use of multimedia in music education, for example Kacapi Kawih Wanda Anyar learning. Making learning products is a solution so that learning is not limited by space and time, such as the case with making Kacapi Kawih Wanda Anyar learning products/multimedia by using the articulate storyline 3 application. Kawih Wanda Anyar is one of the traditional performing arts (karawitan) from West Java, the pioneer of which is Mang Koko. Kacapi used in this art is Kacapi Siter. To realize the product is based on Luther's theory. The Kacapi kawih Wanda Anyar learning product consists of understanding Kacapi Kawih Wanda Anyar, cacarakan, techniques. The product display is made attractive and communicative so that students are comfortable in learning.

Jawa Barat is one of the provinces with the largest population in Indonesia. However, educational problems still cannot be overcome, especially in secondary education. Seen from the Net Enrollment Ratio (APM) in 2017, Jawa Barat ranked as the eighth lowest in Indonesia and was the lowest APM achievement in Java. Even though the low level of education in human resources in a region can have many negative impacts on other social and economic phenomena. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence school participation in secondary school/ equivalent in Jawa Barat in 2017 at the individual level and the variations caused by the differences in characteristics of the regency/city at the contextual level. The analytical method used is multilevel. Binary logistic regression Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the individual variables that influence school participation are gender, age, the last educational level of the household head, the number of household members and the state of poverty. Meanwhile, the proportion between students and teachers at the context level and per capita GRDP affects the variation in school participation between regency/city in Jawa Barat in 2017.
