Projected profits and the cost effectiveness of advertising campaigns were calculated.

The modern development of Russian single-industry towns (monotowns) is accompanied by a number of features, such as: structural reorganization of the city-forming industry, growth of anthropogenic load, changes in socio-economic conditions and demographic processes. In these conditions, the rational and efficient use of urban land becomes an important condition for sustainable development, ensuring a balanced placement of development and improving the quality of the urban environment given limited land resources. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the efficiency of land use in the single-industry town of Usolye-Sibirskoye in the context of environmental constraints, structural changes in the urban economy, and population decline. The solution to this problem is associated with the formation of a more balanced planning structure, improving the quality of the urban environment and creating the preconditions for sustainable socio-economic development of the territory. The aim of this study is to improve the efficiency of urban land use in Usolye-Sibirskoye based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing land use system and the development of substantiated proposals for its improvement. To achieve this goal, an analysis of the theoretical and regulatory framework for the rational use of urban lands, and a characterization of natural, socio-economic and urban development conditions of the city, research of the planning structure and actual use of the territories of the main functional zones, assessing the efficiency of land use in terms of compliance with urban development regulations and territorial planning documents, identifying inefficiently used and environmentally problematic areas, and formulating proposals for their transformation. The paper analyzes the lands of the municipal formation "city of Usolye-Sibirskoye", considered as a spatial basis for socio-economic development and placement of capital construction projects. The study uses general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and systematization, as well as methods used in land management and territorial planning: analysis of regulatory and scientific literature, study of territorial planning and urban zoning materials, statistical and cartographic analysis, calculation and interpretation of urban planning indicators for land use and comparison of actual land use with established types of permitted use and territorial planning documents.

The article presents the results of a study of the features of the introduction of modern technologies into the work of the Russian tanker fleet, which performs the most important function of transporting domestic hydrocarbons for export, as well as possible models of innovative development of shipping companies. The aim of the work was to develop recommendations on building an innovative tanker fleet strategy in the context of the ongoing global "green agenda" to ensure its competitiveness. In the course of the study, the models of innovative development were compared from the perspective of the priority of various types of assets held by companies, as well as compliance with modern ideas about the nature of the organization and the driving forces of scientific and technological development. The features of the innovation process in the tanker fleet are investigated, which is constrained by the reasonable conservatism of the industry, and is also characterized by high barriers to innovation and risks, capital intensity, duration of implementation, dependence on external infrastructure, strict regulation and standardization. Based on an assessment of the specifics of the innovation process and possible models of commercialization of innovations in tanker shipping, it was found that when building an innovation strategy, preference should be given to the most realistic models of a vertically integrated project and the creation of consortia in the short term. These models make it possible to coordinate efforts in the context of import substitution, concentrate resources and reduce risks under the control of the state or systemically important companies. At the same time, commercialization will be successful only if the "green innovations" have a calculated economic effect or avoid specific financial losses (fines for pollution, bans on ship operation), and not just correspond to "environmental trends."

The aim of this article is to study the impact of sanctions and foreign policy instability on the investment potential of Russian regions. Based on an analysis of theoretical approaches to studying the investment potential of territories of various levels, it is concluded that, in the current conditions, the study of the internal investment potential of regions is most relevant. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of internal investment potential by institutional sectors, with a focus on the non-financial corporations sector. The article demonstrates that the main source of internal investment potential for the non-financial corporations sector is profit. An analysis of the dynamics of enterprise profits in Russian regions from 2017 to 2024 is conducted. It is shown that during the period of increased sanctions and foreign policy instability (2022-2024), a decrease in total profit in real terms is observed. By the end of 2024, the indicator value decreased by 22.8% compared to 2021. Groups of regions with leading growth and decline in pre-tax profits are identified. A group of regions with a negative value of total enterprise profits throughout the study period is identified. The article also analyzes the dynamics of profit concentration in non-financial corporations using the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. It shows that the indicator has shown mixed dynamics over the period under review and remains at an average level. The share of the six leading regions by profit volume is 57.1% of the total profit of all Russian enterprises in 2024, which is 4.1 percentage points higher than in 2017 and 0.2 percentage points higher than in 2021. It is concluded that profit concentration is a key factor in population concentration and economic activity in these regions.

An analysis of the strength of pairwise correlations between the volumes of government production support is conducted grain, as a factor or independent indicator and resulting (dependent) indicators, such as production volumes, labor productivity, wages and the volume of profits received from the sale of grain.

The use of BIM technologies as the latest tool for design, management and construction has firmly entered the top global trends in various industries, including construction. However, the process of implementing BIM technologies in the Russian construction market is much slower than in countries with similar construction rates. There are a number of legislative and now geopolitical reasons for this. The state, for its part, is trying to reduce this gap. Over the past few years, BIM technologies have existed in the paradigm of government-led sets of measures to support the digitalization of the construction industry. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects of the introduction of information modeling (BIM) technologies in Russia in the context of import substitution. Based on survey data, case studies, and regulatory documents, key barriers such as technological backwardness, staff shortages, and legislative gaps have been identified. Despite this, domestic solutions (Model Studio CS, Renga, nanoCAD) demonstrate potential in niche segments. Recommendations on the development of R&D, education and legislative support are proposed. The results show that the success of the digital transformation of the construction industry depends on the synchronization of efforts by the government, business and science. The paper analyzes the problems of the application and development of BIM technologies in the investment and construction sector of the Russian Federation. The method or methodology of the work. The work uses the analysis:  The regulatory framework of SP 328.1325800.2020, RF PP No. 331;  Surveys of the BIM community: 80% of 1,000 respondents (BIM-Portal.ru , 2024) do not plan to switch to domestic software;  Cases: RARITECO, CSoft Omsk, Moscow Metro; Expert interviews: opinions of CSoft, Renga, and independent BIM managers. An analysis of current scientific research relevant to the topic of this article. The purpose of the work. Analysis and comprehensive assessment of the problems of the development and application of BIM technologies in the construction market of the Russian Federation in the paradigm of state support, sanctions restrictions and other constraining factors. Assessment of the readiness of Russian solutions to replace foreign analogues, identification of key problems and proposal of development strategies. Conclusions. The package of measures introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation aimed at supporting the digitalization of the construction industry is working slowly. To overcome the backlog, it is necessary to apply stimulating amendments to the current legislation, standardize regulations, eliminate discrepancies and interpretations of regulatory documents. It is also necessary to bring the process of training qualified personnel with knowledge of BIM methodologies to a new level.

Cellular agriculture offers alternatives to traditional farming, enabling the production of meat and dairy products without raising and slaughtering animals. Research into cultured meat has already reached the stage of creating products with complex textures and flavors approaching those of natural steaks. Key challenges in this emerging industry today include the creation of plant-based scaffolds for culturing muscle cells to replicate muscle fiber architecture, as well as the synthesis of effective and inexpensive nutrient media free of fetal bovine serum, a controversial ingredient from an ethical standpoint, and its high cost precludes industrial-scale use. Industry development forecasts, assuming current technological advancements continue, suggest that by 2040, one-third of all meat could be grown without the use of animals.
