The sophistication of digital-based technology and communication has shaped a new culture that fundamentally changes the way humans relate to and understand reality, including in their spiritual lives. The Church, as a community of faith, is challenged to redefine its mission of proclaiming the Gospel to align with the dynamic and complex communication patterns of the digital generation. Unfortunately, many online evangelisation practices remain technical in nature and lack deep theological reflection. Millennials and Gen Z, as digital natives, show an interest in spirituality but feel disconnected from church institutions perceived as irrelevant. This study aims to develop a theology of mission to address the dynamics of digital evangelisation among these younger generations. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, the conclusion of this study states that digital theology becomes a new foundation for relevant Gospel proclamation in the virtual era, especially in reaching Millennials and Gen Z who live in a digital culture. Online evangelism practices require the development of contextual, ethical, and authentic message-based digital missiology. Therefore, the church needs to reformulate its mission theology as a form of incarnational, dialogical, and transformative witness in the midst of an ever-evolving virtual world.

This article advocates for a constructive theological approach, in which theology is employed to interpret and give meaning to human experiences within the public sphere and daily life. One of the most profound traumatic experiences faced by individuals and societies is violence. Religious violence, in particular, represents a collective trauma, as it involves the misuse of religious symbols and language to legitimize acts of aggression. Consequently, theological efforts are essential to rediscover and reaffirm the noble values that constitute the essence and true purpose of religion, ensuring their revitalization. Importantly, the phenomenon of violence perpetrated in the name of religion does not indicate that religion itself is inherently violent; rather, it underscores the propensity of certain religious adherents toward conflict and aggression. This article also seeks to challenge and correct the stigmatization imposed by secularist perspectives, which unjustly portray religion as a fundamental source of violence, as a dangerous entity, or as a force that contributes more to harm than to good. On the contrary, this study highlights the richness of religious traditions, which encompass profound teachings of virtue, nobility, and moral greatness—values that hold significant potential for fostering healing, peace, solidarity, and reconciliation. Furthermore, this article explores the necessity of religious engagement in contemporary global and pluralistic societies. It examines how religious communities should embody their theological commitments within the public sphere in ways that contribute to minimizing human suffering and addressing the traumas that pervade modern life .

One of the supporting factors is correct upbringing from parents, although this factor is not the only one, it has a big influence on a child's success. This article specifically aims to provide an understanding and application of the role of parents in educating children based on the book of Proverbs 29:15,17. The essence of truth in the general conception is always depends on the value of objectivity, coherence, or utility. Specifically in Christianity, truth – which is called Alētheia – is not tied to these values, but is found in Jesus Christ himself. An exegetical approach to the text of the Gospel of John 8:31-32 describes the concept of the liberating Alētheia, namely the condition that is equated with knowing the truth and becoming a disciple of Jesus when someone remains in Jesus and His word. By placing the issue of sin as a crucial context, this liberating concept of truth also triggers a rethinking of the idea of cosmic Christology, especially that proposed by Joas Adiprasetya, who proposed the possibility of actualizing the Alētheia in non-Christian religions.

The theme hospitality has become an emerging theme for recent theological explorations. The theme is prominent in the entire Bible and is relevant to the current global issues such as religious pluralism, immigrants, even ecological challenges. This article seeks to show the centrality of divine hospitality in the Bible and how it is clearly reflected in the Pentecost narrative in Acts 2. Furthermore, this article seeks to demonstrate how theology of hospitality could be relevant to fostering intra and inter-religious harmony, especially in the context of Indonesia. The hospitality of the Spirit as shown in Pentecost shapes the body of Christ as a community of hospitality that would use gifts of the spirit not for self-aggrandizement but to serve other. Hospitality is also a theological statement. When Christians are being hospitable towards the religious other, they embody the hospitality of God, and thus participating in the mission of God.

At first, Hermeneutics as an interacting science was only used among the church as a method of Scripture Interpretation, with a standard system or method of hermeneutics. This hermeneutics is often referred to as Traditional Hermeneutics or Biblical Hermeneutics. However, in its development, Hermeneutics came out of biblical studies into the scope of philosophy, art, literature, and history. This hermeneutics is referred to as New Hermeneutics and appears in various variants. The purpose of this article is to introduce the New Hermeneutics system of the Postmodernist era, specifically Hans Georg Gadamer's Hermeneutics, and compare it objectively with the Biblical Hermeneutics System with the standard Grammatical-Historical method, which is often used to interpret the Bible. This study uses the comparative analysis study method to find fundamental similarities and differences between Hans Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic concepts and Biblical hermeneutics. Finally, the author makes conclusions and recommendations for Bible interpreters who are doing hermeneutics.

The encounter between the Gospel and culture often creates tensions. Some of these tensions can be found in some issues of evangelization in the midst of Indonesia's diverse ethnicities and cultures. Local theology is both a strategy and a way out of this problem. Designing and building local theology must be connected to local cultural values. One of the local cultural values raised in this research is sangkan paran found in the Javanese community in Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal (Pangestu). Through qualitative research methods using interviews, documents and desk research, the values of sangkan paran are explored and assessed from a biblical perspective, resulting in several findings. The findings show many points of convergence as well as points of difference between Pangestu's concept of sangkan paran and that of the Bible. All of these findings become material for the design of local theology that is actualized in the proclamation of the Gospel to the Javanese community in Pangestu Caruban.
