A method is presented for generating the flight path of an aerial target using B-spline curves developed for studying the combat effectiveness of anti-aircraft missiles and air defense systems. A procedure is described for determining the kinematic quantities (velocity, accelerations, angles of spatial orientation) that characterize the motion of an object along a set trajectory. Exemplary simulation results are included.

The vibrations and stability of a plate having a finite length were considered in a flat supersonic flow, having adopted an assumption that one of the edges of the plate has a hinged support, and the other edge is free. Another support was located in an internal point of the plate and featured resilient attenuation properties. A compressive force, called the follower force, was applied within the plane of the plate in a direction tangent to the deformed surface of the plate. This way, a superficial system was forced in which two independent physical factors occurred and caused its self-excitation. Therefore the superficial system could be termed a ‘double self-excited system’. The solution of the equations of motion for the system was derived with a Laplace transformation.

W artykule przedstawiono stanowisko, które pozwala na zdalne, automatyczne przeprowadzenie kontroli oraz strojenia analogowego toru nadawczo-odbiorczego stacji radiolokacyjnej. Na potrzeby opracowanego rozwiązania zaadaptowano istniejące rozwiązania zdalnego, wielokanałowego rejestratora sygnałów [1].

W artykule zaprezentowano zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa informacji w przykładowym przedsiębiorstwie. Rozwój teleinformatyki i globalnego rynku automatyzuje procesy produkcyjne i finansowo-księgowe, umożliwia globalną i szybką komunikację, a nawet pozwala na zawieranie umów między kontrahentami na odległość. Prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej w oparciu o teleinformatyzację oprócz korzyści jednakże niesie za sobą różnego typu zagrożenia. Systemy informatyczne umożliwiają gromadzenie, przetwarzanie i szybkie udostępnianie danych w ramach przedsiębiorstwa, ale dane te mogą też być interesujące dla osób nieuprawnionych, w tym dla konkurencji.

This paper presents the measurement method and results applicable to the pressure pulses and thermal effects generated by an explosion of an unguided thermobaric rocket missile warhead. The determination results include the shock wave pressure and velocity, the TNT equivalents of the thermobaric warheads, and the personnel strike radii of the shock wave. An estimation of the temperature increase rates at the shock wave front was also undertaken.

The NATO Munitions Safety Information Analysis Center (MSIAC) is a multinational collaboration that collects, stores, and analyses technical information related to Munitions Safety (MS) and Insensitive Munitions (IM). This paper and presentation will provide an overview of MSIAC’s recent achievements in advancing munition safety efforts on behalf of its member nations. MSIAC supports its member nations through a variety of products and services. Poland is anticipated to become a member nation near the end of 2016. In addition to a core responsibility of addressing technical questions related to Munitions Safety posed by nations, MSIAC has a diverse programme of work aimed at developing and sharing the related underpinning scientific knowledge. This is then applied to support policy implementation and development related to munition safety. Some examples of current activities are given in this paper as well as future activities.

The multi-chambered gun concept is based on the effect of increasing muzzle velocity of weapon system without need of new technologies or excessive dimensions. The mathematical model of interior ballistics of the multi-chambered gun was assembled by means of extension and modification of the thermodynamic model of interior ballistics of conventional gun. The reliability of numerical solution of a model has been examined in the comparison with results of ballistic shootings with several arrangements of the experimental weapon system. Subsequently the numerical sensitivity analysis of the interior ballistics model has been carried out as well as the simplified system of analytical approximate expressions comprising the crucial gun design characteristics has been built up. Outputs of both the sensitivity analysis and simplified system could be used in the case of multi-chambered gun designing in order to reach maximum velocity with no simultaneous rise in maximal ballistic pressure.
