Abstract I present a Gaia DR3 kinematic membership analysis of the young open cluster IC 2395, identifying 81 candidate members within a 1° search radius using proper motion, parallax, astrometric quality, and photometric cuts. An isochrone fit confirms a cluster age of ∼9 Myr, a distance of ∼750 pc and an extinction A V = 0.6 mag. Of the 81 candidates, 15 have measurements of Gaia DR3 radial velocity; of these, 8 are kinematically consistent with the cluster, producing a systemic velocity of +19.5 ± 5.1 km s −1 .
