The phenomenon of opinion polarization on social media has attracted significant scholarly attention. However, existing studies mostly focus on either user behavior or technological factors in isolation, offering limited insight into the deeper, systemic mechanisms behind its emergence. This paper examines the interactive relationship between users’ subjective preferences and algorithmic recommendations, analyzing their synergistic role in driving polarization. The findings suggest that opinion polarization is not driven by a single linear factor but rather emerges as a dynamic outcome shaped by the interplay between external technological forces and internal cognitive motivations. Individuals, influenced by psychological mechanisms such as cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias, tend to seek out information aligned with their preexisting positions. Algorithmic recommendations further reinforce this tendency by constructing increasingly homogenous information environments, thereby intensifying echo chambers and filter bubbles. Based on these insights, the paper recommends that platform algorithms be optimized to incorporate mechanisms for diverse information exposure and improved visibility of heterogeneous content. Furthermore, enhancing users’ information literacy, fostering rational expression, and cross-group dialogue are proposed as essential strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of opinion polarization on the public opinion ecology.

The banking sector plays the role of an important intermediary connecting the supply and demand sides of the capital, and its stable profitability makes it an important component of dividend stocks. Changes in interest rates are a crucial factor affecting the share price of bank stocks. Against the backdrop of the current global interest rate cuts, this study aims to research the influence of interest rate changes on bank stock prices. This study collects information on share price changes and interest rate changes of eight domestic banks in China over five years from 2020 to 2024 and analyses the impact on bank stock share prices during the interest rate cut window through the event study method. It is concluded that interest rates are negatively correlated with share prices, and state-controlled banks are more significantly affected than joint-stock banks. This study investigates the relationship between interest rate changes and bank stock prices from the perspective of market securities yields, enriching the market with empirical evidence on securities price changes in the financial sector.

In recent times, the pressing need to develop sustainable food systems has been rising amidst the already existing concerns over environmental degradation, resource depletion, and issues related to mental health. The issue of long-term food security and ecosystem health is driven by poverty through the traditional agricultural practices that are common across the world, including soil erosion, reduced fertility, and increased greenhouse gas emissions. To address these issues, this study brings forth the evaluation of sustainable agricultural methods to provide answers to what the most appropriate sustainable agricultural practices are to establish resilient food systems. Based on the impact to soil health and crop yields, the comparison is made between Organic Farming, Conservation Tillage, Agroforestry, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Permaculture, and Regenerative Agriculture. We then propose our system, which integrates these methods to see what kind of benefit and what kind of limitation they have and identify the most promising strategy. Our results show that all methods have very valuable benefits, but Regenerative Agriculture is the best of the best. Compared to other methods, it is good for soil health, crop yield, and environmental sustainability. Regenerative Agriculture is superior concerning soil organic matter, erosion control, and resilience of the ecosystem.

The current global food production system faces significant challenges, including limited land availability, fluctuating temperatures, and inefficient supply chains. Traditional farming methods are becoming obsolete and need a solution that we can refer to as innovative solutions to support the rising demand for food. These problems are only exacerbated by the expansion of urban areas and the loss of arable land. A promising alternative is vertical farming, which involves cultivating crops in stacked layers within controlled environments. It is based on the idea that vertical farming is feasible by examining the efficiency, resource utilization, and productivity of different types of vertical farms. The system combines the most advanced cultivation technologies in aquaponics on one side and hydroponics and aeroponics on the other, to improve resource efficiency and increase crops. These techniques allow vertical farming to have minimal water usage, use less land, and have a stable climate for year-round crop growth. The discovery shows that vertical farming can extensively increase agricultural output and conserve water and land resources. The results bring about the conclusion that future food production could be solved by vertical farming overcoming today's problems of agricultural practices.

During the outbreak of COVID-19, various teaching methods emerged. But after the covid years, off-line teaching still holds a dominant position. Off-line teaching is the first-use teaching method in China, there are different kind of effects on students’ English learning process and include both positive and negative influences. Undoubtedly, off-line teaching offer students a platform to absorb knowledge and experience different things to help them grow.Analyzing the effects from social ability, learning effect, resource impact, psychological influence and result in all the learning methods have two-sides, and the advantages and disadvantages of them can enable students to better choose the learning methods that are more helpful to themselves. With the positive and negative impact on students, schools can find out problems more comprehensively such as where they should improve and make effort to provide students with a better learning environment and approach.

Economic inclusion is a primary goal of Indonesia's National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024, with a target to increase Sharia economic penetration from 11.2% to 15% by 2024. However, the penetration rate remains low at 12.5% in 2023, primarily due to misunderstandings and perceived exclusivity. Enhancing public understanding through technology is crucial. A Sharia-compliant cooperative management system, SIMAKSI, was developed to support this goal, but its growth is hindered by an unappealing structure, poorly organized information, and issues related to non-compliance. This study leverages SWOT analysis to determine the most effective strategies for improving the SIMAKSI web application. The analysis reveals strengths in user segmentation, Sharia compliance, and feature offerings, while identifying significant weaknesses in the system's design and functionality. Additionally, PESTEL analysis highlights opportunities such as government support and market demand, and threats from competitive pressures and regulatory changes. Porter’s Five Forces framework further evaluates these competitive pressures. The results of this study offer strategic guidance for optimizing SIMAKSI, with the aim of increasing market acceptance and expanding its subscriber base, thereby contributing to the broader objective of Sharia economic inclusion in Indonesia.

Crop yield prediction is crucial for ensuring food security by enabling farmers to optimize resource use, manage risks, and plan for market demands, ultimately leading to increased agricultural productivity and sustainability..The IoT-based crop yield prediction system integrates advanced sensing technologies, communication protocols, machine learning algorithms, and real-time monitoring to optimize crop production. Nutrient, soil moisture, and environmental sensors deployed in fields measure essential soil nutrients (NPK), soil moisture, and climatic conditions. Data is transmitted to a centralized server via LoRaWAN technology, ensuring efficient, low-power communication over large distances. The data reaches the server, after which it undergoes preprocessing, such as cleaning and ensuring integrity. A Random Forest model takes the purified data and predicts crop yield based on inputs in historical and real time. The patterns revealed are complex and can make accurate estimated yield predictions. Actionable insights, like optimal irrigation and fertilization schedules, are generated by the system and communicated by alerts and a dashboard in real time based on mobile devices to the farmers. It also gives key measures and predictions to inform decision-making. It goes on running continuously and collecting, processing, and analyzing data at specific intervals for an ongoing optimization. With high accuracy in yield predictions matching the actual yields and confidence intervals close to those yields, the system had achieved this result. Through correlation analysis, critical factors in terms of nutrient levels and soil moisture were found to influence yields greatly, with the application of these factors helping in efficient resource management and sustainable agricultural practices.
