Meeting minutes are important because they can track decisions and agreements made during the meeting. Meeting minutes can also be used as a benchmark for whether the meeting objectives have been achieved or not. Minutes are taken during the meeting until the end of the meeting, which contains essential points from the meeting. Minutes in online meetings are currently still done manually, and generally, every meeting is recorded as documentation that requires more Human Resources to change the recording of the meeting file Based on the problems above, a solution to this problem is needed by creating an automatic note-taking system that can assist the note-takers in concluding the meeting, especially in the Information Technology Department. This study uses the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method to determine topic modeling. Based on this research, the system calculation using the LDA method produces the results obtained on the coherence score and similarity score only get an average value of 64.56% and 57.91% where these values are still less than optimal if used in actual conditions.

Fintech OVO in Indonesia is an important part of cashless payment services. Users take advantage of the commenting service on the Playstore to convey messages to OVO managers. Hundreds of comments always appear every day, and this if not responded to will be a problem. The topic method of the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model will be used to analyze the occurrence of user topics. Based on the 6-topic LDA model, we found that the trending topic was in topic 1, with a topic probability value of 0.235. Topic 1 mentions transaction difficulties with premium services with high OVO usage While the ease of transactions has the lowest total probability. The results of this topic can be used as a reference for OVO service providers to focus their performance on improving OVO applications. The impact of this research on service providers is to find out the topics discussed by OVO application users.

Indonesia’s first confirmed case of COVID-19 infection was in early March 2020. Of course, the citizens in Indonesia want this pandemic to end soon. The fact is, there are plenty of people who do not apply the health protocols properly in daily life. Therefore, the effort to formulate the educational media in the form of a game will be carried out in this study. “New Normal” game is an educational media about how to apply the health protocols properly that have a nice user interface design so that the players will not get bored easily while playing. Thus, the knowledge about the importance of applying the health protocols properly will be embedded in every player’s mind.

In the information age, technology has become one of the things that are growing more rapidly, one of the technologies is the internet. From the use of the internet, it can also be used by sales that have Android mobile-based bread ordering information systems. By only using a cell phone, system users can order bread. This can be a tool in the special community in ordering bread. As with computers, mobile phones can also install a variety of software or software that they want. Besides, android phones can also be used for transactions. Like making a bread order transactions through an android phone. The stages that will be carried out by the author for the application development process include analysis and needs, application design, and application interface design, so that the application is made easy to use. The ordering system designed can make it easier for admin to view order details, check stock, manage customer data by using a database as a storage medium, and can also provide customers to buy stock of bakery goods available at these outlets to provide accurate information. The SMART method has been proven to be implemented in searches based on user preferences, and gives different results if the value of the criteria entered is different. However, conventional search methods are still provided in addition to searching for goods using the SMART Method.

Biodiversity is one of emerging issue over decades; many have performed research to map and to document the data over the world. This issue is very important due to the event of extinction have been accelerating happening because of human extinction. Bengkulu, as one of the province lied in one of 19 hotspots in the world, Sundanese, has experienced the degradation of flora and fauna over the case of forest degradation and habitat loss. Although many application and software has been developed to solve the case, the existences of data standardization still become an issue over this problem. In this research, study of data integration had been developed to make the process of biodiversity data acquisition can be more effective and efficient. The system proposed the integration based on OLAP and OLTP that will be connected to IUCN, as one of the biggest center for monitoring the loss of biodiversity all around the world. This application had been built with web based using UML design and followed SDLC to provide the best fit of the need. This research had also succeeded to build the automated integration to show the record of dynamic number over biodiversity existences in Bengkulu. The application had been tested using black box and has the perfect performance (100%) over the testing that can help the monitoring process over biodiversity data.

This research was held to design create games that can provide children with knowledge of traditional musical instruments in Central Java. The initial design of the game is done by collecting data by interviewing the speakers. The game was created using Construct 2. This game has 5 different gameplay and when completing each stage you will get 3 traditional musical instruments except stage 5. Players can get information about traditional musical instruments and the sounds they produce. The game was tested on 41 respondents and the results of the game had a positive impact on players and provided new knowledge about traditional musical instruments.

IT Governance has provided hope in human life, especially waste management and environmental cleanliness services. The role of IT becomes very important when people want services that are fast, accurate and relevant. Technology using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has provided opportunities and made it possible to interact easily. The purpose of this research is to provide a GIS for the city environmental and sanitation services in order to provide good services in creating a clean environment. The research method uses the system analysis method with a spiral model approach in system design. The results of the design of GIS have been able to improve the performance of waste management in the city of Makassar.

Internship is an undergraduate activity for gaining working experiences. Hence, it is expected that some universities convert it as an undergraduate course. In our university, registering internship topic is automated using a web-based portal; it takes tremendous effort if done manually. Nevertheless, according to our informal survey, existing portal suffers a lot of limitation, resulting user dissatisfaction. This paper presents a further development of such portal by following phases described in Application Lifecycle Management. According to three evaluation scenarios (black-box, small-group user, and large-group user testing), proposed portal works well and fits user need.

This paper discusses the design of games used as a medium of learning. The learning material is about Javanese script, which is taught from elementary to high school. Although it has been taught since elementary school, but not many students have mastered this material. The method of delivering the material used by the lecturers is usually by lecturing so that students become tired and bored, because they are forced to remember without understanding the basic concepts. The lack of an attractive and modern learning tool becomes another obstacle to the difficulty of studying the Javanese script.Games usually used as entertainment, now can be used for learning. Through the game, the learning process becomes more fun. Therefore it will be designed an educational game used for learning Javanese script. But to design the right educational game, research is needed. With the presence of this game is expected players can learn Javanese script material while playing.
