The study of currentvoltage characteristics (CVC) and their derivatives of tunnel contacts and hybrid heterostructures based on superconducting and ferromagnetic materials under influence microwave radiations and magnet fields in the wide range of temperatures is an actual task for development of element base of spintronics, superconducting electronics (in particular, for superconductive and quantum computers) and ultrasensitive sensors.

Introduction.At present, in the field of loose medium mechanics there is a rather serious key problem, the ab sence of a universal theoretical concept for considering the behavior of the loose medium under different practi cal conditions.Such situation significantly impedes the further development of this industry, since theoretical models of bulk material, which now have been counted about 30, practically conflict with each other.Problem Statement.In practice, such problem leads to numerous cases of failures of structures of various types, as a result of errors in determining the loads from the bulk material. Purpose. Identification and formulation of the main directions of the further development of loose medium mechanics as a separate section of soil mechanics in the composition of geotechnical mechanics. The development of these directions is a solution for overcoming the problem of creating a unified theoretical model of loo se medium.Materials and Methods.The systematization and the synthesis of the accumulated information on loose medium mechanics and the development of a universal approach to describing its behavior is the main method to achieve the formulated purpose.Results.Researching in three directions is the main prerequisite for the formation of the concept of loose medium.These directions are the determination of the properties of loose materials; the determination of the pressure ratio; and the development of a model for packing grains of loose material.Conclusions.The discrete-continuum approach shall be basic concept for developing the unified theoretical model of loose medium.At the same time, all properties of loose medium are determined on the basis of its discrete nature; the equations of static equilibrium and the dynamic motion of the loose medium are formed considering it as a homogeneous continuum within a certain volume.Also, the static behavior of loose medium shall be analyzed as a partial case of its dynamic behavior rather than as an individual task with its own parameters.K e y w o r d s : loose medium, bulk material, geotechnical mechanics, and discrete-continuum model.loose medium holds a special place among other types of environments studied by mechanics as a separate fundamental science.it is neither solid nor liquid (gas).That is why the characteristics of loose medium are studied as a separate direction of soil mechanics as part of geotechnical mechanics -loose material mechanics.

Development of information systems allows creating, modelling and improving technological solu tions of lifting and assembling long span roofs.Problem Statement.Development of new organizational and technological solutions, technologies and me thods requires a complex research at the initial stages of their creation with the help of software.These studies help to avoid problems and misleading that may occurs as a result of wrong decisions. Purpose. To substantiate organizational and technological decisions in the development of new technology of lifting long span roofs, by creating an information model of the process for lifting long span roofs with certain detalization to analyze the components of the process, conditions and disadvantages that occurs when using the new technology of lifting long span roofs.Materials and Methods.Research and development of information model of the process of lifting largescale coverings with the help of newly created loadlifting walking modules.A method for simulating the process, condi tions, and objects involved in lifting largescale coatings was used. Results. In the process of modelling based on the proposed information model of the process, organizational and technological peculiarities of the use of new technology of lifting long span roofs with simultaneous arrange ment of permanent supports and determined values of the experimental values were considered as a certain se riesdiscrete order of visual images and parameters.Conclusions.Creating an information model of the process, which essentially belongs to the class of imitation models has allowed significantly reducing the time and substantiate the organizational and technological deci sions while development of new technology.This has enabled not only comparing and identifying the conditions under which such technology has significant advantages over existing ones, but also improving it.K e y w o r d s : іnformation modelling, long span roofs, lifting, information model, informationvisual model, si mu lationvisual modeling method.

Today, it is well known that mushrooms (pileated fungi, macromycetes) are not only a traditional food, but also an inexhaustible source of substances that have a wide range of pharmacological applications. Some species of mushrooms are considered a source of physiologically important, so-called essential elements, such as Cu, Fe, Zn, Cr, Se, Mo, Mn, etc. Problem Statement. The biotechnological approaches aiming at enriching the essential elements of the mineral composition of mushroom biomass that is cultivated on a liquid nutrient medium and the fruit bodies of valuable edible species cultivated in the surface culture are relevant and promising, given the mineral composition of macromycetes is rather specific and characterized by a certain selectivity of the accumulation of individual elements from soils / substrates (speciesspecificity of accumulation). Enrichment with essential elements potentially has to increase the medicinal properties, biological activity, and nutritional value of such mushroom supplements.
