MRI or Magnetic Resonance Imaging is one of the health technologies used to scan the human body in order to get an image of an orgasm in the body. MRI imagery has a lot of noise that blends with the tumor object, so the tumor is quite difficult to detect automatically. In addition, it will be difficult to distinguish tumors from brain texture. Various methods have been carried out in previous studies. The method often used in the previous method is segmentation, but the process is quite heavy and the results that are less accurate are still the main obstacles. This study combines the K-Means method and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) to detect tumors on MRI. The purpose of the combination is to get the advantages of each algorithm and minimize weaknesses. The method used is Contrast Adjustment using Fast Local Laplacian, K-Means FCM, Canny edge detection, Median Filter, and Morphological Area Selection. The dataset is taken from www.radiopedia.org. Data taken were 73 MRI of the brain, of which 57 MRIs with brain tumors and 16 MRIs of normal brain Evaluation of research results will be calculated using Confusion Matrix. The accuracy obtained is 91.78%.

Universitas Negeri Semarang has utilized information system technology to facilitate the assessment of final student assignments. So it is necessary to test this information system to determine user satisfaction and the success of the information system in providing services. Whereas for Usability measurement, the percentage value of Usefulness is 86.7%, Ease of Use is 84.4%, Ease of learning is 86.6%, and Satisfaction is 83.0%, which shows that the final assignment system is very worthy of being used.

Batik has a variety of varied motifs, each region in Indonesia has certain characteristics on batik motifs. Based on literat ure studies the use of backpropagation neural network methods to recognize complex patterns has a satisfactory rate of success. The purpose of this research is to develop and apply neural networks that are fast, precise and accurate to classify batik desig ns and patterns . Types of batik motifs typical of Central Java that are used include; Truntum from Solo, Warak Ngendhog from Semarang, Sekar Jagad from Lasem, Burnt from Pati, and Jlamprang from Pekalongan. The image first undergoes RGB color feature extra ction based on mean values of R, G, and B, and Gabor filter texture characteristics. The tests were carried out using 90 batik images, 60 batik images for training data and 30 batik images for testing data. The results of the study concluded that the best parameter setti ngs were, the number of hidden layer 30 neurons in the first layer and 15 in the second layer, with 6 input layers and 5 output layers. Gabor filter with 90Âo orientation angle and wavelength 4 become the best combination in this study. From the results of training and testing results obtained an average accuracy of 93.3% in all batik classes in Central Java.

Mushrooms are food ingredient that is currently favored by the public. Seeing the large demand for mushrooms, many mushroom businesses have developed. The high level of demand for mushrooms by consumers in different locations results in the high time and costs spent in distributing mushrooms. In addition, determining distribution routes in mushroom marketing is still done manually based on the sender's knowledge, therefore reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of mushroom marketing because the distribution routes used are not optimal. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to determine an effective and efficient distribution route to reduce distribution costs and speed up distribution time. Based on these problems, this research uses the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) method in determining the distribution route of mushroom harvest. The purpose of this study was to apply the ABC method in determining the distribution routes of mushroom harvest. The result of this research is a visualization of mushroom distribution routes using the ABC method, so it can help to distribute mushroom harvest effectively and efficiently. The research method consists of defining the problem, collecting data, analyzing systems and implementing methods, designing systems, building systems, and drawing conclusions.

Generally, vehicle service is a must for the vehicle owner. However, due to tight work routines, people often forget to service their vehicles. In addition, the service process is still using a manual system, such as taking a queue number which leads to the long queue of the service time. An Android-based Motorcycle Repair Shop Information System provides a solution to remind people to do a regular service on their vehicles with a reminder feature and make online bookings. The system development uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The implementation process requires an Android smartphone and a computer device by using MySQL as data storage, Firebase as a notification sender, React native and Visual Studio Code are used for developing the system. The results of the UAT test (user acceptance testing) from 20 users show 55,8% answered agree to the display, features and flow of the system, 39,5% answered strongly agree to the three question parameters, and 4,7% answered disagree with the flow and display of the system.

Cybercrime on Internet that keeps increasing does not only take place in the environment that running web applications traditionally under operating system, but also web applications that are running in more advance environment like container service. Docker is a currently popular container service in Linux operating system needs to be secured and implements incident response mechanisme that will investigate web server that was attacked by DDoS in fast, valid, and comprehesive way. This paper discusses the investigation using Grr Rapid Response framework on web server that was attacked by DDoS running in container service on Linux operating system, and the attacker using Windows oprating system that runs DDos script. This research has succesfully investigated digital evidence in the form of log file from web server running on container service and digital evidence through netstat on Windows computer.

This paper presents a successful effort in emulating the Indonesian national electronic ID smart cards using Java Card. The aim is to provide theopportunity for other smart card products to contribute in the national electronic ID program. The life cycle status, the file system concept, commands and security procedures implemented in the Indonesian national electronic ID were reproduced and emulated ina Java Card applet. In the first stage, the emulator applet was tested using some test scenarios developed during the implementation phase. Later on, the emulator applet was tested in the real system under supervisioned by Direktorat Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil in order tomeasure its reliability as well as to determine that its behaviour is identical with the Indonesian national electronic ID. The results confirmed that this approach was fruitful.

In order to build qualified and reliable agricultural human resources, it is necessary for professional, creative, innovative and global oriented Agricultural Extension workers in the provision of productive, effective and efficient extension services. Agricultural Extension is directed to carry out advisory and consultation tasks for the main actors and business actors in developing their agribusiness business, so the adoption of appropriate technology can run well and in turn increase the empowerment of the main actors, productions, productivity, income and welfare of farmers and their families. The performance of agricultural extension workers can be seen in the aspects of preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting, development of agricultural extension and agricultural extension profession profession. In addition, agricultural extension programs should be based on analysis of farmers' needs and reflect current target audience conditions. Applying Simple Additive Wighted and Exponential Comparison Method in appraisal of farmer extension performance at UPT BPP Sukaraja aims to know the performance of agricultural extension in conducting counseling at UPT BPP Sukaraja. This is due to the lack of extension workers in BP3K Sukaraja. The results of the resulting assessment in the form of work performance ranking of each extension worker. Based on the results of the calculation both methods show the same performance rankings. With this is expected to make it easy for UPT BPP sukaraja in carrying out routine performance appraisal performance of extension workers who had been a constraint in conducting appraisal performance extension. Agricultural extension workers can carry out their duties and responsibilities

Implementation of Uncertainty model has not given maximum result in forming rule on an inference of a case. For testing to determine whether water quality is high, medium and low. The input variables used are temperature, pH, salinity and Disolved Oxygen. Testing is done by looking at the water turbidity change in the shrimp pond, to determine the water quality. Its water quality determines in the control module of the waterwheel rotation.Rolling the waterwheel moves quickly if pond water quality is low, moving slowly if water quality is medium and immobile if water quality is good. And the establishment of the rule with the approach of knowledge of Ontology to determine the relation between several variables (temperature, Ph, Disolved Oxygen and salinity). Each variable is set to its certainty value in the form of fuzzy value. Next is determined the relation of the four variables for the formation of rule.
