Every year a vast amount of waste is being released into the environment through garments manufacturing processes by the garments industry that hugely impact the environment. This paper highlights an effective way of managing this garment wastage by improving cost efficiency. This eventually opens up a new window for the garments industry in the upcoming future all over the global world. Our goal is to minimize the garment waste in the cutting section by working on the marker efficiency by reducing the empty spaces of the garment pattern. Through innovative techniques, cutting waste is being converted into fashionable items, diverting waste from landfills and adding value to the economy. Our findings not only focus on the environmental goals but also show a path of waste management technique that might be followed by the industries or textile sectors.

The high consumption of water and chemicals in textile dyeing conditions the development and promotion of alternative procedures that are environmentally safe and sustainable. Fresh water is an increasingly scarce natural resource, and its possible substitution with sea water would be a sustainable technological solution from the point of view of ecology. In this work, woolen fabric was dyed with reactive Lanasol and Drimalan F dyes in simulated and real seawater and the results were compared with the results of dyeing in distilled water. No sodium sulfate was added to the simulated seawater and real seawater dye baths. Samples dyed in seawater have more intense colors, good uniformity and excellent fastness to washing compared to the conventional process.

The textile creation of women in Serbia in the 19th century represents an important aspect of the national cultural heritage, in which traditional crafts and public presentation of craft skills are intertwined. This study explores the development of women's textile creativity in the context of social and cultural changes that marked the 19th century. Textile products that women made in their households, such as various types of clothing and decorative items, were a key part of everyday life. Through the analysis of the social context and the participation of women at exhibitions, such as the Craft Exhibition in Vranje in 1892, it is investigated how these products be-came part of the public scene. This exhibition and other similar events show how textiles gained recognition as an important segment of national identity and how women became visible as creators in a wider social context.

Physical inactivity, unhealthy diet, fast-paced lifestyle, as well as genetic predispositions lead to the appearance of diabetes mellitus, and with it many other complications, of which diabetic foot syndrome is very common. In order to avoid complications with the diabetic foot, one of the forms of prevention is wearing specially designed footwear that protects and reduces the pressure on the foot and thus the risk of ulcers. Insoles also play a big role in preventing complications. The paper will present a conceptual solution of a model of footwear for patients with diabetes mellitus and a prototype of an insole made of knitwear, which was previously printed with medical clay, honey and extracts of the plants Rosmarinus officinalis and Zingiber officinale. Samples of knitwear that were printed with a paste containing Rosmarinus officinalis extract showed exceptional antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Replaceable insoles for footwear are intended for the prevention of complications from Diabetes mellitus.

Whisker and scrapping is a well-known dry process in the denim washing industry. Whisker is the worn-out lines and impression patterns generated by natural wearing on hips and front thigh area. On the other hand, to create a distressed look hand scrapping is applied on the front thigh, upper back knee, upper pocket side, or overall area of a denim garment. Nowadays those are common dry processes for denim wash. Those are used to increase the fashionable look of a denim garment. Whisker and scraping are the first process of the denim dry process. There are many types of whisker and scrapping process for denim garments. In the manual version generally, it is done by pattern, chalk, and emery paper. Another popular and well-established way is laser burning. Both process is well qualified to meet consumer demand. The final outlook and outcome are also the same for both processes. But here the main issue is SMV, per-hour output, Manpower, and Sustainability. For manual processes, SMV is more and Per hour output is less as a result the production is less, and extra manpower is required. For manual scrapping PP spray process is required to increase the distress look. That's why this process is not sustainable for the application of potassium permanganate (PP Spray). For laser burning, the machine output is much higher for machine operation less manpower is required. And here the laser effect enhancing chemical is applied instead of PP spray which is a sustainable process. As a result, production must be higher for a washing plant by implementing a laser burning process instead of a manual process.

The main component of generating high-quality, efficient and successful strategic marketing is, first of all, the definition of marketing strategies in accordance with business goals, that is, in accordance with the company's business strategy. Marketing strategy generation is the process of determining goals and choosing marketing strategies at the company level, aimed at specific markets, including the process of determining vision, mission and strategic goals, but also defining strategic positioning, i.e. detailed analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of business and analysis of factors of the company's environment, as well as defining, choosing and implementing the strategy and auditing the results. As part of the marketing strategy, the marketing plan must be compatible with the business and marketing strategy, communication plans, Internet business plan and ICT strategy, which implies a detailed and precise definition of the basic elements of the marketing plan, as well as providing information about the markets in which business is conducted and current market conditions. movements, ways of measuring success, designing and planning marketing activities in certain time frames, as well as determining business strategy goals. The paper presents an explanation and analysis of the elements of effective digital marketing, which are necessary for the successful generation of marketing strategies and the effective implementation of marketing activity plans from the perspective of the manufacturer/seller, as well as an explanation and analysis of the elements of operational marketing, i.e. an explanation of the possible choices of digital marketing techniques, and recommendations for entrepreneurs SME textile and clothing industry.

Cotton fiber, which is the most widely used natural fiber in the textile and paper industries, has a crucial environmental impact. Cultivation of conventional cotton consumes a lot of water and requires the usage of a higher amount of pesticides. Organic cotton is a more environmentally friendly alternative to its growing conditions. The characteristics of cotton change with the differences in growing conditions. In this study, the properties of yarns obtained from both conventionally and organically grown cotton were tested and analyzed. The properties of these yarns in the fabric structure were compared in terms of fabric performance. The produced fabrics were dyed in the cold-pad batch method with 5 different colors of reactive dyes, which are the most demanding colors in the ready-made garment industry. The physical properties and the fastness test results of the dyed organic and conventional cotton fabrics were investigated in detail to highlight the plant growing effects on the fabric behavior. Comparative color analysis and evaluation of the fabrics were made to discuss the performance of the fabrics. It is found that organically grown cotton is not only superior in quality but also has no negative eff ECT on fabric properties.

Denim washing industry is a very well-known and established industry in Bangladesh. But the problem is huge amount of water is used in this industry every day. And the amount is that much higher which will have a huge negative impact on environment in nearer future. So we are trying to solve this problem by implementing different kinds of Eco washing concept which will ultimately reduce the amount of water used in washing industry besides helping us to grow the attention of buyers and consumers that we are trying to work for the environment. Besides providing the eye-catching and fashionable products in environment friendly way. In this paper some Eco washing concepts are introduced with advantages and disadvantages on conventional washing process on the perspective of Bangladesh's washing industry.

During the current year the costs of natural gas has raised about 10 times, electricity prices have increased the similar dramatic way. However, textile industry still widely uses old generation machinery which consumes a lot of energy. New sewing machines in the market are available with two kinds of motors - traditional clutch motors and advanced servo motors. The old type clutch motors use maximum energy all the working day while the machine is switched on. The energy consumption of the servo motors depends on sewing speed and time. When the sewing process is stopped, servo motors operate in stand-by mode. Servo motors ensure to the sewing machine up to 70% less energy consumption than traditional clutch motors. They also ensure 15-30% higher work efficiency. The servo motors for sewing machines are widely available in the marker. The replacement of clutch motors to servo motors on the sewing machines is not complicated process.

Socially responsible business entities (CSR) have reoriented their CSR initiatives towards environmental and social management. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are newer strategic tools that focus on addressing sustainability issues arising from increased production, consumption and disposal. Sustainability will be the most important directive in the near future, therefore, this paper aims to examine the cohesiveness between current CSR initiatives in the fashion and textile sector and the prescribed SDGs. The paper further highlights a case study of good practice of a clothing factory in the Republic of Serbia, which incorporates CSR and SDG above the prescribed regulations. The conclusions in this paper suggest several future research directions.
