This research study for religious understandings of students in divinity faculty of Ankara University which was established for accession to correct knowledge about religion. This research consists of 29 five degree likert type items, which is prepared for measuring different religious dimensions. In analysis of research questions, it is used data which is collected from 342 students. The study refers to following dimensions;1.The Dimension of Modernist Understanding2.The Dimension of Traditional Understanding3.The Dimension of Mystic Understanding4.The Dimension of Prayer.In analysis of data, it is turned to statistical packet for social sciences (SPSS 11.5 for windows). It is among some important results that religious understandings of students in divinity faculty are affected and diffirentiate various factors, especially students tend towards modernist religious understanding.
