Based on the results of geological exploration and operational work on the uranium deposits of the Streltsovsky ore field, extensive material on their geological structure has been obtained. This material served as the basis for the analysis of the ore situation in deposits belonging to the hydrothermal type [2; 5]. The deposits are confined to the subsidence caldera and have similar mining and geological characteristics. The use of systems approach during the analysis of the received information has allowed to discharge three bunches of criterions of classification of ore objects: geologic, mining-and-geological and quality. The structural and morphological characteristics of ore formations, elements of their occurrence are classified as geological [3]. As mining and geological features, the following are considered: fracturing of rocks and ores, strength coefficient, stability, average power, variability of ore contours, complexity of ore objects. The qualitative characteristics include the content of uranium in ores, the share of metal reserves in technological grades of ores. In the course of research, the relationships between various classification features that can be expressed by mathematical formulas are obtained. Knowing the quantitative characteristics of ore formations, it is possible to predict the parameters of ore bodies, the use of various geotechnologies for the development of these ore objects. The analysis of all combination of performances hydrothermal uranium ores of the deposits Streltsovsky allows to divide all variety of ore educations into three types: I - powerful, II - medium power, III - low power. The combination of personal performances, inherent in each phylum, enables to justify original technologies of mining for each type of ore educations. Is established, that defining performances of classification of ore educations is the value of a mean power, thus character the convergence of reserves of ore on classes of power for each type is original, mean contents of uranium in ore object and character of convergence of reserves of metal in each class of the contents. Auxiliary performances of ore educations are a parameter of variability of an ore circuit, quotient of complication of ore body, quotient of dispersion of ore bodies in reservoir, the ore circuits1 confirmability from a section to a section. In practical and methodological terms, the proposed classification of ore objects makes it possible: to make a forecast of the development conditions at the stage of geological exploration; to use the regularities and characteristics inherent in each type of ore formations individually when justifying technical solutions

The information about the generally accepted methods of modeling mineral deposits into a step-by-step methodology is systematized in the article. The method of modeling the geological structure of ore deposits of minerals in the mining and geological information system Micromine based on geological exploration data is considered step by step. As a result of the modeling process, the specialist receives a block model of the mineral. The most common way of interpreting an ore body based on geological profiles is covered gradually. The article describes the algorithm for constructing a geological model, which includes importing data into the Micromine GIS environment, and their visualization in gradual mode: creating a database of exploration wells, displaying their mouths and trajectories, and selecting ore intervals in accordance with the requirements of the State Commission on reserves. The obtained ore intervals are used for interpreting data on vertical sections, combining contours of ore bodies and building their frame models, as well as creating an empty block model and interpolating laboratory testing data into it. The authors do not consider the method of modeling coal deposits and the method of conditional modeling. Suggestions are made on the subject of future research in terms of describing methods for modeling reservoir deposits and conditional modeling

The purpose of the paper is to study the problem of regional security, for which the most urgent is the problem of powers distribution between the central government and the regions. The aim of the paper is to compare the ideas about the essence of regional security in the discourse of state power and the regions in order to find a solution to the possibility of managing the situation of regional security. The research methodology involves the use of comparative analysis, as well as the use of a phenomenological and situational approach, the theory of social services and the dialogue of cultures. The authors argue that the solution of the regional security problem within the framework of the federal state is a continuous process of finding a compromise aimed at an attempt to meet the multidirectional needs, one of which is to ensure the unity, sovereignty and integrity of the Russian Federation; the other is to protect and safeguard the safe existence of regions. Therefore, it is necessary to state that the system of vital interests at the regional level is mobile; it changes under the influence of conditions, security environment. A decisive role in the process of changes in regional interests, and, consequently, regional security, is played by factors prompting the region to take fundamentally important political and other actions, among which discourses of regional security stand out, such as the discourse of state power and regional discourse of security. This orientation determines the novelty of the study, which for the first time is aimed at separating the regional security discourse from the security discourse of state power and substantiating the resolution of the contradiction between them. As a result, the paper examines a regional security model within the framework of the concept of regional security complexes, which offers an analysis of this problem through a critical comparison of the power and regional discourses that have an intellectual impact on the formation of the foreign and domestic political situation in the country at various moments of political reality

In recent years, living conditions of a population have changed rapidly due to complex social, economic, cultural, political and other processes. This naturally leads not only to a transformation of the system of values, motivation, worldview, but also an entire way of life. High rates of these changes simultaneously led a delegation given, on the one hand, a diversity of forms of response behavior, from the other – their gradual integration into the socio-economic relations in a search result models of individual and collective adaptation to a new dynamic environment, characterized by high uncertainty and heterogeneity. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify and describe the main models of population adaptation on an interdisciplinary basis, not limited to an analysis of complex processes within a single field of knowledge. In this regard, the task is to find a way to harmonize (coordinate) different points of view on a nature of a single phenomenon. The object of our research is a variety of adaptation processes of a population to dynamically changing conditions of its life. At the same time, the subject should be a wide range of different types of interactions between a population and an external environment, as well as a population “within itself”, as part of the model of its adaptation to changing conditions. To achieve the goal and solve problems, a set of methods that complement each other is used, namely: theoretical analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparative analysis. As a result, it was found that population adaptation is a rather complex phenomenon, the study of which goes far beyond the formal framework of any one field of knowledge, being at their intersection, which requires the search for new approaches that allow integrating explanations of the nature of phenomena that are currently interpreted within their paradigms. The article presents the main types of models of population adaptation to dynamically changing socio-economic conditions of life, their features, identity and differences, as well as areas of application
