India is one of the fastest developing countries in the world, where its economic stability is hugely reliant on its infrastructure and people. In India, 85% of existing buildings are unreinforced masonry (URM) and 5-7% are reinforced concrete and 5-7% are traditional buildings. And most buildings do not qualify to resist earthquakes, technically we can say they would not be able to resist earthquake loads. In the past, we have seen at the time of several earthquakes, we lost millions of lives and the economy of that region. In the Study, we have reviewed various research papers on Seismic Vulnerability and conclude its findings. Keywords: Seismic vulnerability, Existing Building, Vulnerability Assessment

One of the key responsibilities of the RMC batch plant manager is to provide Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) to construction sites. The manager of the RMC batch plant must create a productive schedule for deploying RMC trucks in order to maximize operations both at the batch plant and on construction sites. The current dispatching schedule is primarily influenced by the preferences of the site and the dispatching manager's past experiences. Check to see if the RMC plant manager sends more and more RMC trucks to the necessary construction site. This may cause a lineup of RMC trucks at one site and keep other sites waiting for RMC truck arrivals, which is referred to as a "interruption." In this research, we try to use evolutionary genetic algorithm optimization to decrease the interruption time. Key words: GA’s applications, Uninterrupted Dispatching, dispatching time of RMC trucks, Optimization of Dispatching schedule.

Iris image suffer from noise due to non-cooperative situation. It creates challenge for segmentation. Here we propose deep learning based efficient segmentation method. It provides complete solution for such situation. To train this we have used various databases, which involved various illumination and imaging sensors. The proposed segmentation method can be utilized for all iris recognition methodology to improve performance in non-cooperative iris recognition. Key words: Iris Segmentation, multi task learning, iris localization, iris recognition

Gold is a rare and valuable metal as its price has attention globally. Gold price varies very frequently, almost daily and it is in high focus by the government, investors, and industrialists. Trends of Increasing in the Gold price indicate gold is also one of the better investment plans to yield better profits in future. Forecasting the gold price is a primary financial problem for a lot of people as it is considered an investment asset and gold is used as raw material in industrial products.Hence forecasting the gold price is much needed for the financial economy of any nation. Implementing an accurate forecasting technique to predict the gold price is Crucial. Better investments in gold can be made only when we predict the price meticulously. This research paper focuses on forecasting the gold price by implementing multiple forecasting models to identify which model performs better on the dataset to get better error measures. Cable stayed bridge is widely used in modern says of construction works due to its good structural appearance as well as uniqueness .This works deals with comparative analysis of double pylon cable stayed bridge for long span with different cable profiles. Pylon profiles „Harp type‟, „Fan type‟ and „Semi fan‟ are considered. For analysing MIDAS CIVIL is used. Parameters like axial force in cable and pylon as well as bending moment, shear force and deformation in pylon are analysed and determined at critical nodes. Keywords: Cable profile, MIDAS CIVIL, IRC-6-2016, Cable stayed bridge , Pylon ,Bending moment ,Shear force, Deformation..

Alginate and chitosan polymers are widely used in the preparation of drug release. These two polymers can be used together or separately to form modified drug-loaded release beads. A method of ionotropic gelation and subtle modification in various ways is used to fix these beads of different characteristics. Bead characteristics such as morphology, buoyancy, inflammatory environment, drug efficacy, marketing, and liberal behavior are important and the therapeutic use of various bead modifications can be great for underwater soluble drugs, half-life biological Health, requires direct organ guidance, and has natural protein. The need for longer and better control over drug administration has increased the need for stitched polymers. Hydrocolloids such as alginate can play an important role in the production of a controlled by-product. At low pH the flow of, alginic acid leads to the formation of a high-viscosity ‘‘acid gel.’’ Alginate is also easily applied to the gel in the presence of a divalent cation like calcium ion. This review discusses the current use the future opportunities for alginate as a tool in drug development. Keywords: Alginate, chitosan, Controlled Release, Drug Delivery, ionotropic gelation, beads

In the current world, women are working in almost all the type of jobs demonstrating that there is no gender difference in work. Work-life balance is one of the supreme challenging issues being encountered by the women employees in the 21st century. Work- life balance means the extent to which the employee feels contented and have his or her needs fulfilled in both professional and personal faces of life. In the recent time the issue of work-life balance has gained more concern due to the reason that an individual’s work life and personal life may present contradictory demands, while demand from both the spheres are equally important. This problem is more prominent among female employees. The research is made on the current issues of work-life balance of women bank employees to find the factors influencing their work life balance. The study is based on both the public and private sector bank employees positioned as clerk, cashier and officers. Bank employees deal with a wide variety of population daily at their working schedules. The study focuses on the causes and consequences of imbalance on the basis of demographics, Rewards, Career Development factors, family and HR factors to look at the challenges associated with managing professional and personal life of women employees of the banking sector. Keywords: Banking, Professional Life, Women Employees, Work-life balance

India is one among the largest energy consumers worldwide. Fuels contribute majorly to meet these energy demands leading to various environmental problems. Hence, this article discusses the different processes of water electrolysis as an alternate approach to produce highly pure hydrogen in an eco-friendly manner without any carbon emissions. Current status related to manufacturing, storage and transportation of hydrogen have also been discussed. Challenges faced regarding green hydrogen in India, such as cost, conveyance, storage, policies and public acceptance have been highlighted along with some of the action plans for hydrogen production in India with their estimated cost and completion time. Keywords: Green hydrogen, renewable, India, clean Hydrogen, water electrolysis

The aim of this paper is to introduced and study a new class of functions called ℝ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎℴ𝐻(1,2)∗ generalized pre-homeomorphism function (briefly ℝℴ𝐻(1,2)∗𝑔𝑝ℎ𝑓 ) in Bitopological Space and to analysis some properties and its relation with existing functions are studied. The fisheries sector is really difficult to produce the catch quantities of small-scale fisheries because of lack of proper monitoring. Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) is an important tool that allows the government to monitor small-scale fishing vessel activities. Implementation of VMS in small-scale fisheries is a powerful solution for unauthorized data. VMS provide economic benefits as most of fishermen are nowadays equipped with smartphones. With the recent technological advancements, the VMS has improved and it allows integrated fisheries management. The present study focused on the role of VMS in small-scale fisheries and how the government is helping small-scale fishermen to implement such technologies through subsidies. The knowledge of small-scale fishermen about the technological advances in fisheries and the role of government in helping them to implement such technologies was analyzed through a questionnaire. This study seeks to explore the challenges faced by fishermen for implementing such technologies, whether they are aware of the government schemes and subsidies and their overall opinion about government services. It is observed that access to new technologies by small-scale fishermen is limited by their financial difficulties. The operating and maintenance cost of the VMS system depends on the functionality requirements of the specific system. The higher the functionality, the more expensive will be the system. Policies and programmes are developed by Fisheries Department and implemented through proper organizations to ensure the access of small-scale fishermen to new technologies. The future of fisheries management will depend on a whole ecosystem of new technologies.
