Clean energy bolsters economic resilience but remains sensitive to adverse macroeconomic conditions. This paper employs a quantile-on-quantile connectedness approach to examine the links between US business conditions (ADS) and clean energy stock prices (ECO). The results reveal strong direct and inverse relationships, particularly at the tail quantiles. ECO consistently functions as a net shock receiver, highlighting its vulnerability to both extreme downturns and upswings in business activity.

The audit committees emerging from the board of directors are considered a crucial mechanism that monitors and supervises the work of executive management by monitoring financial activities and preparing financial reports, which enhances investor confidence. Thus, the study gave new evidence of the effect of audit committee characteristics on financial reports quality in the banking sector of Gulf Cooperation Council countries GCC during the period (2016-2023). The study variables consisted of the audit committee characteristics as independent variables, while financial reporting quality FRQ served as the dependent variable, measured using the modified Jones model of discretionary accruals. The content analysis of published financial reports is the main source of data. A multiple linear regression equation was formulated to test the effect of audit committee characteristics. The pooled OLS model results show that AC including AC size, AC independence, AC meetings, and AC experience has a statistically significant effect on the quality of financial reports, where the R-squared reached 60.33%. Also, the study found that large sizes with non-executive members of AC have significant and positive effects on the quality of financial reports, this can be explained by increasing oversight of the actions taken by executive management, and mitigating manipulation of the financial statements by reducing receivables, thus increasing the quality of financial reports. In addition, from a statistical standpoint, the study found a positive, statistically significant effect of the presence of audit committee members with financial experience on the quality of financial reports. Finally, the study pointed out that increasing the number of AC meetings led to increased financial reports quality in the GCC banking sector. The study recommends the necessity of evaluating the independence of audit committees and increasing the number of periodic meetings to enhance supervision of the work of executive departments in a way that enhances the quality of financial reports

This study explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in managing military education and training, focusing on its impact on improving the efficiency of military training and preparing leaders for modern digital warfare. The research examines how AI is integrated into administrative and training processes through simulation technologies, virtual assistants, predictive analytics, and intelligent learning systems. From a Management Information Systems (MIS) standpoint, the study highlights AI’s role in optimizing military human resource management through predictive analytics, which helps identify and assign the best talents to appropriate roles. AI also enhances training effectiveness by personalizing curricula based on individual performance. Moreover, AI-driven data analysis improves administrative decision-making by evaluating training program efficiency and reducing operational costs.Findings: The study demonstrates that implementing AI in military academies reduces operational expenses, enhances training quality, and strengthens critical thinking and decision-making skills among trainees. Additionally, the research addresses administrative and ethical challenges, such as the need for regulatory frameworks to ensure the ethical and secure use of AI in military education.

This paper reviews the recent advances in rectifier technology for simultaneous wireless information and power transmission (SWIPT) systems in a systematic way, focused on ways to make them more efficient, scalable, and easier to integrate. It analyzes the outcomes of innovative experiments employing standard techniques to enhance energy harvesting (EH) and data transmission in SWIPT by tackling issues related to size reduction, multi-band functionality, and environmental sustainability. It also examines alternative design methodologies, including metamaterials and sophisticated rectenna designs, capable of attaining higher power conversion efficiencies while minimizing their dimensions. The SWIPT architecture utilized by artificial intelligence (AI)- and Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) optimization enhances the performance of SWIPT systems by increasing the reliability of RF-to-DC conversion and communication across varying channel conditions. The results show that flexible and wearable rectifier technologies, when combined with antenna co-design and advanced power management circuits, could enable truly self-powered IoT systems. Such devices would be capable of supporting applications in healthcare monitoring, smart textiles, and industrial sensing, continuous operation without batteries, while also reducing maintenance costs and electronic waste. Finally, we emphasize sustainability and interdisciplinary perspectives, recommending life-cycle assessments to address environmental impact and collaborative approaches that unite circuit, antenna, and protocol design. These reflections identify both the opportunities and bottlenecks that must be addressed for SWIPT rectifiers to enable practical 5G, 6G, and beyond applications.

Green innovation, digitization, and sustainability have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their potential to transform organizations. This study examines the relationship between green innovation and sustainable performance and the role of green digital learning orientation and big data analytics in that relationship. Grounded in the resource-based view, this investigation analyses the direct effect of green innovation on sustainable performance, the moderating role of green digital learning orientation in that relationship, and the three-way interaction effect of green innovation, green learning orientation, and big data analytics on sustainable performance. The study collected 567 valid questionnaires from managers in manufacturing and service businesses in Iraq. The findings indicate that green innovation is positively related to sustainable performance and this relationship is stronger when green digital learning orientation is high. Additionally, the study found that big data analytics has a significant three-way interaction effect on sustainable performance. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of green innovation, green digital learning orientation, big data analytics, and sustainable performance. The contributions of this work can be valuable to startups and traditional organizations seeking to explore or seize opportunities in green innovation and digitization.
