ABSTRACT Effective operation and maintenance (O&M) is critical to reducing the levelised cost of energy (LCOE) from wind power, yet the unstructured, free‐text nature of turbine maintenance logs presents a significant barrier to automated analysis. We address this by presenting a novel, reproducible framework for benchmarking large language models (LLMs) on classifying these complex industrial records, which is publicly available as an open‐source tool. We demonstrate the framework's utility by systematically evaluating a diverse suite of state‐of‐the‐art proprietary and open‐source LLMs, providing a practical case study for the foundational assessment of their trade‐offs in reliability, operational efficiency and model calibration. Benchmarked against a qualitatively selected high‐performing reasoning model, our study demonstrates how the tool quantifies a clear performance hierarchy to help analysts identify top models exhibiting high alignment and trustworthy confidence scores. Furthermore, we show that classification performance depends heavily on semantic ambiguity, with all models displaying higher consensus on objective component identification than on interpretive maintenance actions. Given that no model achieves perfect accuracy and calibration varies dramatically, we conclude the most responsible application is a human‐in‐the‐loop system where LLMs act as assistants to accelerate and standardise data labelling, enhancing O&M data quality and downstream reliability analysis.

The text reflects on core concepts in socio-cultural intervention processes and issues related to community development. The dynamics of integrated development should result from a participatory process whose foundations are the human and social capital of local communities. A process guided by the contributions of socio-cultural animation to local community development.Socio-cultural animation as a didactic of participation is a methodology for socio-community intervention in the cultural, social and educational spheres, dimensions inherent to local development. As agents of social transformation, sociocultural animators are mediators of processes carried out by groups in intervention contexts that enable the design of strategies to mobilize endogenous resources at the service of community development policies.

This study explores the characteristics of Municipal Public Governance, relating to the Municipal Governance Index (2021) drawn up by the Federal Council of Administration. Information was collected from the 399 municipalities in the state of Paraná, with a total of 18 explanatory (independent) variables used in the correlation and multiple linear regression models. For the purposes of this study, the external contingency factor was the environment and the internal contingency factors were structure, size, culture, technology, and strategy. The results show that the external contingency factor environment and the internal contingency factors structure and size influence the level of municipal public governance. The multiple linear regression showed that the selected variables explain 46.70% of municipal public governance, and the study showed that important principles mentioned in the literature on public governance, such as transparency, accountability, and effectiveness, were not statistically significant for the multiple linear regression model.

In development since 2019, Exail’s Differential Quantum Gravimeter (DQG) is a double quantum gravimeter capable of measuring both gravity and vertical gravity gradient (VGG) at the same time [1]. In the laboratory it has shown sensitivities down do 250nm/s²/sqrt(tau) and 30E/sqrt(tau) as well as sub-10nm/s² and sub-1E stabilities. Here we show the performance of this instrument in the field by performing a dual gravity survey in the streets of Lisbon in order to detect a sewer system from the XVIIIth century. The survey was performed in collaboration with Lisbon city archeology laboratory (CAL). In total 26 stations in three days have been taken. The sewer system can be clearly observed on the gravity gradient signal, less so on the gravity signal, which is less resilient to the especially high environmental noise. The survey was performed in early October 2024 in mild temperature conditions but in the presence of wind and rain which necessitated the use of a tent.Despite this DQG prototype not being originally designed for outdoor use, no issues were encountered during the measurements which bode well for future outdoor versions of this instrument, in particular for the automatized version in development within the FIQUgS project and which should improve significantly the rate of measurement. We acknowledge fruitful discussions with Thomas Jacob from BRGM and Daniele Sampietro as well as Martina Capponi from GReD.
