Com o presente artigo o autor pretende examinar a possibilidade de superação do atual sistema liberal-capitalista num contexto temporal diferente do atual, algo que exige uma atitude diversa em relação ao passado e ao futuro. O artigo inicia com uma análise da crítica de Walter Benjamin a Karl Marx seguido, da análise da crítica de Jacques Derrida a Benjamin e, finalmente, da crítica de Derrida a Marx. Benjamin aponta o problema da compreensão teleológica do tempo, a compreensão de que o sentido dos acontecimentos vem apenas do futuro, que está presente em Marx, e que nos impede de escapar do “círculo” da violência. Embora se apóie na concepção de tempo de Benjamin, o autor do presente artigo autor busca transcender a compreensão do direito como algo separado da justiça, bem como do direito entendido como violência. Para tanto, o artigo se volta para Derrida e sua compreensão do direito, acabando por oferecer novas possibilidades de compreensão e constituição da esquerda, da teoria social, mas também do pensamento crítico na atualidade.

Lo habitual es el desencanto: una obsoles- cencia del entusiasmo que desvela el agotamiento emocional de sus habitantes, de un grupo cultural o de toda una sociedad. Frente a las narraciones que describen la obsolescencia como un estado previo a la refundacio?n, cabe pensar en esta como un estado de multiplicidad que resulta de la coexistencia de vidas proyectadas en torno a un mismo objeto construido. Revertir una de esas obsolescencias puede suponer acabar con la existencia del otro. Desde esta perspectiva es posible idear una estrategia proyectual no binaria que plantee una coexistencia ma?s compleja y asime?trica. En el caso que aqui? nos trae, los an?os vivi- deros de la casa Farnsworth, esa posibilidad surge de la concepcio?n de una arquitectura blanda, subversiva y cri?tica, capaz de aceptar la complejidad de su permanente agotamiento y su constante reinvencio?n.

The primary urge of a poet or writer is to create according to his inspiration but close to it is the urge to communicate with the reader. A singer requires hearer, a painting requires connoisseur. Well, even without the other parties, a poem and a painting may be created or a song may be sung. Think of the wind flowing through the reeds or bamboo grove or a bird’s song reaching the ethereal height creating a symphony in the air which is perhaps enjoyed by the silent Nature. Nature exactly does that. It is neither responsible nor obliged to tell man what it enjoys, how it enjoys itself but when a man hears them they become songs touching the heart of the pure sympathizers away from the hullabaloo of the mundane world. Go further and there are the unheard songs, unheard sounds; they are very much there for every sound comes out of silence. When Nature creates such things on its own without waiting for anybody to appreciate the things remain unknown until someone hears or looks at them. Man creates to communicate. If we consider songs it is definitely a field for communication between the singer and the hearer. Man’s creation may be said to be, in general term, artificial whereas Nature’s creation is natural. Nature recreates itself Man creates imitating Nature or otherwise. But I don’t wish to stop telling that Art is imitation only like our great Greek predecessors. The seer poets created words the way they heard. The higher and highest sources, it may be said the Divine sources, create through man as through the Nature.

Technological procedures for obtaining the useful mineral raw materials on the excavation site create the environmental pollution. This is manifested in several ways such as: blocking of land, degradation of soil and appearance the other forms of pollution (dust, gases, mineral water and noise, which affect the pollution of air, water, land, plants and human health). Consequently, in this paper, a multi-criterion analysis was carried out aiming to rank the all types of environmental pollution in order to identify the most difficult types of pollution. Also, the work presents the most important environmental protection measures, in accordance with the most severe types of pollution, and their ranking has been carried out with the aim of determining the most important measures. The AHP analysis was used for the multi-criterion analysi.

Abstract Eddy current is a non-destructive testing technique proven for use in heat treat and material structure verification. Modern multi-frequency eddy current instruments can test for conditions such as misplaced case, shallow case, short heat, short quench, and delayed quench. Eddy current testing offers many benefits over traditional heat treat validation methods. Unlike sample testing processes using cut, polish, etch, and visual inspection techniques, eddy current testing provides a clean, fast, and repeatable process that can perform in-line inspections of all parts produced. Eddy current inspections have traditionally focused on symmetrical parts such as wheel bearings and gears. However, advances in robotics have paved the way for cost-effective inspection of non-symmetrical, complex components that would have previously required multiple test stations. Robotics also provides a low-cost way to retest, null, and periodically proof the testing process using multiple conditions of masters. This has been difficult and expensive with other types of automation and operator involvement.
