ABSTRACT Larsen & Toubro Ltd was founded in the year 1938 and it was legally incorporated in the year 1946. Initially company were in India to promote the interests of the Danish dairy equipment. The primary objective of this study is to find s out the firm’s liquidity and profitability position by using ratio analysis tool. Ratio analyses helps to find the sensibility of a company’s profitability while considering outstanding debts and fixed cost deployment. This study is prediction upon the secondary data extracted from the annual report of the Larsen & Toubro Ltd . It aims to analyze the liquidity and profitability ratio The financial statement of Wipro limited are collected over a period of 5 years from 2020-2024. Patient-centered care is paramount for optimal outcomes. To address this, at Meritus Health, we asked a simple, yet profound question: "What matters most to you? (WMM)" This question, integrated into the patients' electronic health records (EHRs), facilitates meaningful conversations and helps tailor care to align with patient goals. This initiative, grounded in the principles of Age-Friendly Healthcare from the John A. Hartford Foundation, underscores the power of information by enabling clinicians to gain a comprehensive understanding of their patients. Our implementation required significant teamwork and provider engagement. Over 3 years, we have recorded more than 65,000 responses, creating a strategic priority for the health system to personalize care, guide clinical decision making, and drive continuous improvement. This strategic priority is health system wide. Patient-facing units and departments all across the health system track and report monthly metrics on the number of WMM responses captured. In addition, many departments across the system lead quality-improvement projects to improve and refine the process of asking this question. We assessed the patient responses to the WMM question to identify the frequency of common answers and also sought to review the implementation of the question process for learning. In our analysis of more than 65,000 patient responses, we categorized the answers into the top distinct groups with the top five categories identified being family and relationships (noted 38% of the time), well-being (22%), health concerns (15%), lifestyle (6%), and religion and faith (3%). Asking and knowing WMM to patients offers more than just insight; it builds a meaningful conversation and relationship between the provider and patient in knowing the whole person. The top responses from patients are intuitively not surprising. The key to our questioning of the patients and the integration in the EHR are not the responses themselves, but the process of asking, knowing, and acting on WMM to patients. Ultimately, asking WMM can be a powerful tool in advancing patient-centric care and building population health.

AI-driven editing tools guarantee polished, error-free books by enhancing writing quality and consistency. AI democratises narrative, therefore increasing its availability to a larger audience. By means of a comparison of many tools used for story and book writing, this paper explores real-world examples, innovative technology, and future trends to show how artificial intelligence transforms the art of narrative and writing. It looks at how profoundly artificial intelligence affects audience involvement, story building, the sharing of powerful tales, and financial success. AI creates tales to inspire and effect major change as well as to amuse.

This paper explores the psychological, cultural, and emotional challenges faced by immigrants, focusing on Akhil Sharma’s novel Family Life. It examines themes of displacement, identity crises, trauma, and familial relationships through the experiences of Ajay, the protagonist. The study highlights Ajay’s struggle to reconcile his Indian heritage with his American upbringing, his emotional turmoil following his brother’s tragic accident, and his battle with self-worth due to parental expectations. The novel provides a poignant reflection on the immigrant experience, emphasizing the fragility of human emotion, the impact of trauma, and the resilience of the human spirit in navigating cultural transitions and personal loss.

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the widespread popularity of social media platforms, the purchasing behaviour patterns of Chinese consumers have changed significantly. Consumers can easily obtain rich product information and shopping channels through social media platforms, while paying more attention to the personalisation, emotionality and value resonance of products. Based on this, this paper aims to explore the changes in Chinese consumers' purchasing behaviour patterns and their impact on fashion brands' marketing strategies in the context of the development of Internet technology and social media platforms through literature review and case study analysis, so as to provide fashion brands with effective marketing strategy suggestions. It was found that KOLs significantly influence consumers' purchasing decisions, and the interactive experience on social media platforms closely shapes consumer brand loyalty. Through a case study, this paper further reveals how a fashion brand successfully increased brand exposure and consumer engagement by cooperating with KOLs through social media platforms. Fashion brands should make full use of the influence of social media platforms and KOLs to innovate their marketing strategies in order to meet consumers' personalised needs and enhance brand competitiveness and market share.

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of dyslexia research conducted worldwide between 1998 and 2025. Using a dataset of 9,492 records, the analysis maps the global knowledge landscape, covering 15,946 contributing authors, 1,264 journals, 87 countries, 4,179 institutions, and 22 publication languages. A total of 268,410 global citations and 103,779 local citations were recorded, with an overall H-index of 199, indicating high scholarly impact. The study employed bibliometric tools to examine publication trends, authorship patterns, institutional contributions, and citation dynamics. Findings reveal steady growth in dyslexia research, with significant international collaboration and multidisciplinary engagement spanning education, psychology, linguistics, and neuroscience. The results highlight key contributors, emerging research clusters, and global knowledge networks. Limitations include reliance on indexed databases and citation-based metrics. Overall, the study provides a structured overview of dyslexia scholarship, offering valuable insights for researchers, educators, and policymakers, while suggesting future directions in digital learning interventions, neurocognitive studies, and inclusive education practices.

As a prominent young author of Indian descent, she emerges as a representative figure who articulates the challenges faced by women within the Indian Diaspora, thereby shedding light on their unique predicaments. Furthermore, the analysis delves into Lahiri’s exploration of cultural and personal isolation, as well as the complexities of identity formation. She skilfully navigates the dual perspectives of “yearning backward” for her roots while simultaneously “looking forward” to the future. This duality reflects the intricate emotional landscape of second-generation immigrants, allowing Lahiri to effectively voice the sentiments and struggles of Indian immigrants as they seek to reconcile their heritage with their new environment. This paper explores the profound impact of spirituality on India’s artistic creations. Religion is pivotal in Indian society, profoundly shaping cultural expressions. For centuries, it has offered artists themes, symbols, and narratives to express their faith. To understand the link between religion and art in India, we must explore ancient times. Early civilizations like the Indus Valley, Maurya, Gupta, and Chola dynasties were deeply rooted in religious practices, giving rise to Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, which profoundly influenced Indian art. Hinduism, the oldest religion, inspired intricate sculptures, vibrant paintings, and stunning temple architecture, as seen in Khajuraho, Konark, and Varanasi. Buddhism, originating in India, focused on the teachings of Gautama Buddha and is exemplified by the Ajanta and Ellora caves' detailed murals and rock-cut sculptures. Jainism, emphasizing non-violence and compassion, is reflected in the ornate marble carvings of Jain temples in Rajasthan and Gujarat.
