Pengaruh Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UMKM di Rumah BUMN BRI Jakarta
This study aims to analyse the effect of socialisation and training on employee performance at Rumah BUMN Jakarta. This research is based on the increased knowledge, skills and networks of MSMEs through socialisation and training programmes, which are expected to improve the performance of MSMEs and their contribution to the local and national economy. This study uses a quantitative approach with an online survey technique. Data was collected from 258 respondents who were sampled from a population of 1,000 MSMEs assisted by Rumah BUMN Jakarta. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables (socialisation and training) on the dependent variable (MSME employee performance). The results showed that socialisation and training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables are significantly related to employee performance. This shows that socialisation and training programmes are effective programmes to improve the performance of MSME employees at Rumah BUMN Jakarta.

Identifying species that can serve as bioindicators of environmental quality is essential for monitoring the anthropogenic impact. Common and widespread species can be ideal bioindicators due to their abundance and easy monitoring, but a confirmation of their differential responses as a function of habitat perturbation is needed. Because amphibians are known as good bioindicators of environmental perturbation, we conducted this work to identify whether a common, generalist amphibian species, the Mesoamerican giant toad (Rhinella horribilis), could serve as a bioindicator of environmental degradation in a tropical forest. We sampled toads in two areas of tropical forest that differed in anthropogenic degradation (primary vs. secondary forest), establishing in each of these areas two sections of the same surface area but differing in substrate (grass vs. sand). We analyzed toad abundance, sex ratio, body length and condition, and the amount and distribution across the body of ectoparasites (ticks). We analyzed 59 toads that were infested with 503 ticks. Based on a multi-model inference approach, the results suggested that toads were more abundant and had lower body condition in the secondary than in the primary forest. In the secondary forest, females were proportionally less abundant than males. The tick loads responded to an interaction of the body area with either the forest type or the substrate, with increased occurrence of ticks in toads from secondary forests and from grass sections. The differences found between the primary and secondary forests in sex ratio, toad abundance, body condition, and tick load across body regions are consistent with previous studies in other less common species of amphibians and thus posit R. horribilis as a good bioindicator of anthropic disturbance in this tropical forest.

Introduction. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that in economic, legal and judicial practice problems arise with the qualification of contractual legal relations for the provision of paid services. Often, actions for the transfer of energy and energy resources (energy supply contracts), actions for the performance of work (contract agreements) are qualified as services. Such features of contracts for chargeable services as their public nature are not taken into account. Citizens-customers are not recognized as consumers, as a result of which claims for compensation for moral damage are not satisfied; even in cases of correct qualification, the general provisions on work contracts and the rules on household contracts do not additionally apply. In scientific works and sections of textbooks, when characterizing contracts for chargeab le services, the characteristics we have named are not considered in their entirety. Materials and Methods. The materials for the study were the norms of civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on contracts for chargeable services, materials of judicial practice and the positions of scientists on the topic under consideration expressed in the doctrine. Among the methods of scientific research, both general scientific and specific scientific ones were used, including the formal legal method and the method of comparative law. Analysis. The study is based on the analysis of general provisions on contractual obligations for the provision of chargeable services using examples of their presentation in the Civil Codes of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author’s justification for combining a big array of contractual structures in one small chapter of the Civil Code is given. When considering the civil law characteristics of contracts for the provision of paid services, the author provides examples of judicial practice to confirm theoretical provisions, as well as the positions of various scientists on the issues under consideration. Issues about the public nature of many contracts for the provision of chargeable services are considered, the need to apply to many contractual structures the rules on work contracts and household contracts in particular, as well as the application of legislation on the protection of consumer rights in legal relations with the participation of individual customers is substantiated. Results. Conclusions are drawn about the public nature of many contracts for the provision of chargeable services, providing grounds for additional protection of the rights of customers. The important theoretical and practical significance of the rules on the application of contract provisions to contracts for the provision of chargeable services is noted. The position is substantiated on the recognition of customers-citizens purchasing services for personal, household and other consumption not related to production / entrepreneurship as consumers and the application of relevant legislation to them, including the right to compensation for moral damage.

FILIAL PIETY CONTAINED IN FACE THREATENING ACTS IN DORAEMON AND KOBO CHAN: A MANGA ANALYSIS
Filial Piety is a value rooted form Confucianism. This value demands one to respect parents. As this value spreads widely in East Asia, this study aims to investigate what filial piety values contained in Doraemon and Kobo Chan, and to examine which same filial piety values shared in both comic books. Doraemon and Kobo Chan are chosen since these two comic books are originated from Japan whose society adopts filial piety. These two comic books are important to be studied since the two were highly popular in Indonesia in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s and were enjoyed by many Indonesian children. This study found that acquiescent respect and care respect are two values having the highest numbers of appearances in Doraemon and Kobo Chan, respectively. While the values contained in both comic books are acquiescent respect and respecting the ancestors. It is hoped that future studies could examine the relation between these values contained in both comic books and Indonesia’s young generation’s decision to take a role as a sandwich generation.

The RFC1 spectrum has become considerably expanded as multisystemic features beyond the triad of cerebellar ataxia, neuropathy, and vestibular areflexia syndrome (CANVAS) have started to be unveiled, although many still require clinical replication. Here, we aimed to clinically characterize a cohort of RFC1-positive patients by addressing both classic and multisystemic features. In a second part of this study, we prospectively assessed small nerve fibers (SNF) and autonomic function in a subset of these RFC1-related patients. We retrospectively enrolled 67 RFC1-positive patients from multiple neurologic centers in Portugal. All patients underwent full neurologic and vestibular evaluation, as well as neuroimaging and neurophysiologic studies. For SNF and autonomic testing (n = 15), we performed skin biopsies, quantitative sensory testing, sudoscan, sympathetic skin response, heart rate deep breathing, and tilt test. Multisystemic features beyond CANVAS were present in 82% of the patients, mainly chronic cough (66%) and dysautonomia (43%). Other features included motor neuron (MN) affection and motor neuropathy (18%), hyperkinetic movement disorders (16%), sleep apnea (6%), REM and non-REM sleep disorders (5%), and cranial neuropathy (5%). Ten patients reported an inverse association between cough and ataxia severity. A very severe epidermal denervation was found in skin biopsies of all patients. Autonomic dysfunction comprised cardiovascular (67%), cardiovagal (54%), and/or sudomotor (50%) systems. The presence of MN involvement, motor neuropathy, small fiber neuropathy, or extrapyramidal signs should not preclude RFC1 testing in cases of sensory neuronopathy. Indeed, the RFC1 spectrum can overlap not only with multiple system atrophy but also with hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy, hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy, and feeding dystonia phenotypes. Some clinical-paraclinical dissociations can pose diagnostic challenges, namely large and small fiber neuropathy and sudomotor dysfunction which are usually subclinical.
