Research on the Construction and Practice of the Vocational College Hakka Cuisine Curriculum System Under the STEM Education Concept
Against the dual background of the high-quality development of vocational education and the inheritance and innovation of culture, this paper addresses issues such as outdated curriculum concepts, fragmented content, and a single teaching model. Based on STEM education, it proposes strategies including reconstructing curriculum objectives, integrating curriculum content, innovating teaching models, and optimizing evaluation systems. These strategies aim to promote the transformation and upgrading of the catering industry, the inheritance and innovation of cooking skills, and the cultivation of innovative thinking and practical abilities among culinary students, thereby enhancing the construction effect of the vocational college Hakka cuisine curriculum system.

Fine-Grained Behavioral Modeling With Graph Neural Networks for Financial Identity Theft Detection
Online-to-Offline (O2O) e-commerce services and their users confront a spectrum of fraud risks, where financial identity theft is prevalent and severe. However, current approaches are inadequate to cover such fraud. To address this problem, we consider both environmental entity interactions and activity sequences to model more granular user behaviors. According to our preliminary study, we discovered that fraudulent users exhibit high aggregations of various environmental entities and fraudulent individuals using the same personal ID that features diverse interactions with different environmental entities. We further investigate the abnormal behaviors of individual fraudsters. Motivated by these discoveries, we propose a deep learning-based behavior modeling framework named EnvIT to capture the above behavior patterns. Therefore, EnvIT is sufficiently general to learn user representations for various e-commerce fraud situations. Extensive experiments are conducted on two real-world datasets provided by Meituan and Vesta, respectively. Extensive results demonstrate the superiority of our method, with a 0.17%-13.50% improvement in AUC and 1.13%-22.57% in R@90%P on the Meituan dataset, and a 0.71%-11.94% improvement in AUC and 2.99%-21.19% in R@90%P on the Vesta dataset, respectively.

Research and Practice on the Progressive Training Model of Meizhou Hakka Cuisine Cooking Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education and Work–Study Alternation
The development of Meizhou Hakka cuisine relies on the role of professional cooking talents. Higher vocational colleges serve as the platform for cultivating cooking talents. Among various training models, the implementation of the progressive talent training model featuring the integration of industry and education and work-study alternation is conducive to carrying out talent cultivation activities, improving the effectiveness of professional talent development, and effectively meeting the needs of market development. From the perspective of Meizhou Hakka cuisine cooking talents, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the industry-education integration and work-study alternation model, and puts forward specific practical strategies for talent cultivation. The purpose is to enhance the training effect of Hakka cuisine cooking talents and provide reference for the subsequent optimization of professional teaching.
