AI systems produce large volumes of logs as they interact with tools and users. Analysing these logs can help understand model capabilities, propensities, and behaviours, or assess whether an evaluation worked as intended. Researchers have started developing methods for log analysis, but a standardised approach is still missing. Here we suggest a pipeline based on current best practices. We illustrate it with concrete code examples in the Inspect Scout library, provide detailed guidance on each step, and highlight common pitfalls. Our framework provides researchers with a foundation for rigorous and reproducible log analysis.

Abstract Albania, located in the Mediterranean region, possesses a climate highly suitable for the growth of numerous plant species (over 3,000), of which more than 300 are aromatic and medicinal. These plants are widely used in culinary applications, traditional medicine, and as ornamental species. Medicinal plants have been utilized since ancient times due to their health-promoting effects, and they continue to play an important role today, both in traditional therapies and in the formulation of pharmaceutical products and dietary supplements. Owing to their natural origin and minimal side effects compared to synthetic drugs, herbal medicines are increasingly incorporated into long-term treatments and clinical applications. The biological properties of these plants are mainly attributed to their phytochemical constituents, particularly essential oil components. This study presents data on the chemical composition of essential oils from three of the most commonly used aromatic plants in Albania, primarily from the southern region: Salvia officinalis L. (sage), Origanum vulgare L. (oregano), and Laurus nobilis L. (laurel). Wild populations of these species were collected from the Llogara Mountain area (southern Albania) in June 2025. Air-dried plant materials were subjected to hydro-distillation using a Clevenger-type apparatus to obtain the essential oils. The chemical composition was analyzed by gas chromatography equipped with a flame ionization detector (GC/FID) using a VF-1ms capillary column for compound separation. The results showed that α- and β-thujones were the most abundant constituents in S. officinalis oils; carvacrol and thymol were predominant in O. vulgare ; and 1,8-cineole (cineol) was identified as the major component of L. nobilis essential oil. The chemical profiles of these Albanian wild populations were consistent with previously reported data for the Balkan and broader Mediterranean regions.

ABSTRACT The proliferation of 2-year colleges in Mississippi began with institutions that would now be labeled as HBCU’s. The 2-year HBCU was the original avenue to an advanced education for African Americans in Mississippi. This began decades before Mississippi created the first statewide public 2-year college system. Some of these institutions have had the name of community or junior college, but they all offered sub-baccalaureate higher education for African Americans in Mississippi when access to advanced education was greatly needed and terribly limited. These institutions, both those still operating and those lost to the changing higher education environment, did great work under very trying circumstances. Institutions of higher learning were largely founded, led and staffed by African Americans mere years and decades after the end of slavery. The creation of these colleges was a remarkable achievement under dire circumstances, and they left a legacy that should be honored long after the end of legally codified segregation of higher education. It is the purpose of this study to chronicle the history of these 2-year HBCU’s in the state of Mississippi and to shed light on their continuing impact.

Dielectric relaxation has been measured in HfO<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>/Al<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>O<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf> MIM capacitors. The dielectric relaxation current exhibits a weak temperature dependence, with activation energies ranging from ~ 0.067 eV (20 msec after voltage pulse) to ~0.15 eV (2 sec after voltage pulse). It is proposed that the initial dielectric relaxation is from electron emission from shallow traps, whereas the later dielectric relaxation is from emission from deep traps.

Background: In April 2020, pharmacists were added as medical providers under Idaho Medicaid in response to recent scope expansion for pharmacists and to increase beneficiaries’ access to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) testing and services. The COVID-19 pandemic prompted expedited Medicaid enrollment for pharmacists but did not address coverage of medical services provided to privately insured individuals for pharmacy-based testing services. Objective: This study aimed to describe processes used by independently owned, community-based pharmacies in Idaho to credential with private insurers and report outcomes. Methods: Relevant information and forms required to credential with the four major payers in the state of Idaho were collected. Packets were obtained via medical insurers’ websites and by direct contact. Questions that arose from community pharmacists during the submission process were collected and answered on a shared spreadsheet, and insurance representatives were contacted directly to resolve questions. Results: Eight out of 13 participating pharmacies submitted an average of three credentialing packets for their facilities. Thirty-five pharmacists also submitted an average of four credentialing packets for themselves. As of mid-May 2021, nearly 20 weeks after submission, only 67 out of 129 pharmacists had received word regarding the status of their applications. Less than half of all pharmacist applications were approved (after their first attempt). Conclusion: Efforts to support the education of both pharmacists and medical insurers may streamline the credentialing processes in the future.

Introduction:The Covid-19 pandemic created critical challenges for hospitals and healthcare providers. Suddenly clinics were forced to close; scheduled visits were cancelled; emergency rooms were overcrowded; hospital beds, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) was in short supply; and staff were faced with rapidly changing circumstances, care protocols, trauma and personal risk. In order to better address the ongoing the Covid-19 pandemic and prepare for future pandemics, the National Telemedicine Technology Assessment resource Center (TTAC) was asked to develop an Pandemic Response Action Plan that would allow its user to address critical issues with available telemedicine and related technologies. The project was constructed into three phases: Phase 1. Develop a Pandemic Response Action Plan (this document) and a Policy document which identifies the regulatory challenges in the Pandemic Response as well as policy recommendations (published separately). Phase 2. Publish the plan and policy documents. Phase 3 Look at healthcare providers who used the approaches, tools and technology in the Pandemic Action Plan and document the results (to be published separately). TTAC will also assess selected technology and publish results as part of their normal course of services.Materials and Methods: A multi-disciplinary team was created representing leadership expertise and key stakeholders in healthcare delivery during a pandemic (administration, infection control, physicians, nurses, public health, contingency planning, disaster response, information technology) as well as a facilitator. The group used structured brainstorming, current literature and iterative review to identify the most critical challenges facing healthcare providers during the current Covid 19 pandemic. The team then used structured brainstorming, professional experience and current literature to take a deeper look into these impacts, identify applicable solutions and develop a plan to address the critical challenges using telemedicine and related technologies.Result:A Pandemic Action Response Plan that describes the critical challenges and then identifies approaches, tools and technology to address them as well as identifying samples of the technology. Conclusions:The impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic was severe and identified multiple critical challenges and weaknesses in most healthcare providers. Applying the approaches, tools and technology in this Pandemic Action Plan will help providers address these challenges and increase the capabilities and resilience of their organizations in the provision of care during this and future pandemics

Recently in 2020, Covid-19 updates have filled the news almost every day in almost every country. However, globally people are not getting the same presentation of the information. Each country has a culture and background that contributes to how they perceive the news and its production. Two countries where citizens had similar response time to Covid-19, and similar restrictions ,but still had different responses to Covid-19 are Japan and the United States of America. Part of this is attributed to the differences in societal norms and the background of these two countries. For example, “Observers have pointed out that while it is a more common sight in several East Asian societies than elsewhere in the world, mask‐wearing is particularly widespread and normalized in Japan, where masks have been commonly worn outside medical or industrial settings” (Burgess, A., & Horii, M., 2012). However, through this study it will be revealed how Japanese and American news outlets affect their citizens perception of Covid-19 and how they take the virus seriously. Japan is undoubtly a more cautious country and does do a better job at preparing it's citizens through the news.

People with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) engage in less physical activity (PA) than peers without disabilities which may impact long-term health (Srinivasan et al., 2014). Previous research found people with ASD identified freedom of choice (e.g., choice of PA) as an important factor that influences PA habits (Arnell et al., 2018). The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of choice of PA on independently performing PA skills. Following verbal identification of a preferred exercise from a pair, participants were taught to perform new PA skills using a previously identified behavioral intervention package (Bassette et al., 2018;Bassette et al., 2020). An adapted alternating treatment (AATD) single case design was used to compare the effect of preference of exercises (i.e., preferred vs. non-preferred conditions) on intervals of PA skills performed independently. Following mastery, exercise preference was re-assessed a second time. The AATD then explored independence in PA when participants were assigned non-preferred exercises compared to when they self-selected exercises. Generalization of independence when performing new self-selected exercises was assessed during the final phase. The implications of the differential effect of the conditions are discussed along with areas for future research.

Abstract Accounting courses increasingly require students to learn data analytics skills and extract insights from business data. The issue of corporate income inequality (the growing gap between the most- and least-profitable companies) has become relevant in discussions of global economic issues. This project has students use data analytic software tools to gain insight into corporate income inequality by extracting and analyzing accounting data. Students learn to clean, merge, and manipulate financial statement data sets to identify corporate income inequality through visualizations. Students' responses to the post-project questionnaire show that the project provided a positive learning experience and increased their academic performance.
