Abstract We present a highly efficient post-quantum Randomized Oblivious Pseudorandom Function (OPRF) construction based on a novel TFHE key transformation technique. Unlike prior lattice-based OPRF schemes that rely on complex homomorphic PRF evaluation, our approach leverages the algebraic structure of TFHE to enable direct ciphertext transformation, resulting in significant performance improvements. Our protocol achieves strong security under the Learning With Errors (LWE) assumption and provides session unlinkability, making it well-suited for privacy-preserving applications. We demonstrate the practical efficiency of our construction with a Rust implementation, achieving substantial speedups over existing schemes. Furthermore, we show how our Randomized OPRF can be adapted for use in the OPAQUE password-authenticated key exchange protocol by employing a singularization technique to ensure deterministic outputs when required. This work highlights a new, practical path for post-quantum OPRFs with strong privacy and efficiency guarantees.

This paper concerns the lifecycle and runtime management of AI components of AI-native networks, in which the AI components are deeply integrated with network functions. The paper presents an overview of the standardised, IT-based, and research approaches to ML pipeline management. To address the identified gaps, we introduce the automated MLOps as a Service concept in which an ML model deployed in the network is continuously monitored for data and concept drifts, as well as network performance degradation, and on that basis, specific ML pipeline operations are triggered to improve the model's operation. The proposed approach allows for selecting local (inplace) or remote training by a network operator or external ML service providers. The benefits of selecting different training options are demonstrated in the AI-based network analytics scenario.

As mobile networks advance, so do the use cases and quality demands they must meet, such as achieving “seven nines” reliability. Meeting these demands requires implementing intelligent and autonomous networks. Observability plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven Orchestration within this context. This paper presents Telco-Observer, an innovative solution tightly integrated with Management & Orchestration systems, designed to collect and provide efficient access to telemetry data across distributed cloud native edge environments. To the best of our knowledge, no existing solutions fully incorporate Observability at the Telco edge while supporting efficient Orchestration. Our performance evaluation demonstrates that Telco-Observer incurs minimal overhead while collecting a broad spectrum of telemetry signals and providing fast data access.

With widespread 10 Gbps-capable PON technologies in the access network and Wi-Fi 6E/7 in the home network, final customers can easily enjoy a gigabit experience at home. However, with such enormous bandwidth provided, customers are not always satisfied with their experience, particularly for real-time services, such as VR gaming, cloud gaming, or visio-conferencing, due to network latency issues. In this paper, we focus on optimizing congestion latency that can arise in both home gateway and access networks while keeping an eye on bandwidth-sharing fairness without strictly prioritizing certain traffic. To assess end-to-end performance, our setup includes Internet servers, access/home networks, and customers’ equipment. Transport layer protocols in the TCP/IP model are deployed in both Internet servers and end-user equipment. TCP Prague is implemented to represent time-sensitive services that require a high bitrate, such as VR, and TCP Cubic is used for other common services without low-latency criteria. We create a two-level congestion scenario, configuring different QoS parameters within access equipment and home gateways to compare performance. In our best case, the latency of time-sensitive traffic is at least 10 times lower than other applications and gains more than 30 ms E2E RTT during full congestion scenarios.

Despite the improvements in accessibility for visually impaired people in higher education, non-text material from books still poses a challenge. This paper discusses the purpose of creating an accessible system for understanding diagram features and

Background:Newly married young women face increased susceptibility to adverse health outcomes, social isolation, and disempowerment, yet interventions targeting this vulnerable group remain limited. We examined the feasibility and acceptability of TARANG, a life skills and reproductive health empowerment intervention, developed for and with young newly married women. Methods:We recruited 42 newly married women as participants in our study. We conducted a convergent mixed-methods, single-group cluster pilot study to the intervention in which 41 participants (retention rate=97.6%) completed both baseline and endline surveys in July 2023 and January 2024, respectively. We assessed three primary outcomes––feasibility using proportion of participants who completed at least 50% sessions, acceptability using proportion completely satisfied/somewhat satisfied with TARANG and usefulness using proportion who found TARANG useful/somewhat useful. We conducted in-depth interviews with a purposive sample of 12 participants to understand intervention acceptance and usefulness of the intervention and 6 program staff and moderators to understand barriers to implementing the intervention. We analyzed the quantitative data with descriptive statistics and qualitative data using thematic analysis. We triangulated data from monitoring data filled by moderators, quantitative surveys with participants, and qualitative data. Results:In the pilot study, 35/42 participants had completed at least one session. Overall, 82% participants attended at least 50% of the sessions. Among those who attended at least 1 session,97% were satisfied/somewhat satisfied with the intervention and 100% of participants found the intervention to be useful/somewhat useful. Qualitative findings reveal participants’ appreciation for open discussions on sensitive topics, such as family planning, and highlight the intervention’s role in filling knowledge gaps and fostering social connections, better sense of agency and improved relationships with mothers-in-law and husbands. While barriers to consistent participation were identified, feedback informed refinements to the intervention for the main trial, including session modifications, increased engagement strategies, and integration of educational videos. Conclusion:Our community-based participatory approach, developed with input from end users, demonstrated not only high acceptability and feasibility but also had many benefits for newly married women in rural/tribal Rajasthan. Our findings also led to adaptations that may enhance delivery of, and satisfaction with TARANG intervention, which will be tested with a larger sample in a rigorous cluster randomized controlled trial in Rajasthan, India.ClinicalTrials.gov:The study is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06320964). Registered retrospectively on 13 March 2024, https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06320964.

Swarm electrification-driven communities face significant challenges, including implementing advanced distributed control in areas with limited ICT access and establishing trust among villagers hesitant to grant access to their assets. This paper proposes a distributed DC microgrid architecture for P2P energy exchange in these communities, ensuring stability and effective exchange operation. By implementing a Blockchain marketplace specifically designed to suit the rural context, the proposed architecture ensures tracing of exchange transactions to fairly settle participants. Validation experiments demonstrate its efficacy in achieving peak shaving. It provides 11% of the requester's total demand from the community even while maintaining the constraint of reducing discharge-charge cycles to one per day, thereby preserving battery life. Additionally, the solution reduces prosumer production losses by 16% of the total PV production.
