Transient Modeling and Analysis of Short-Circuit Faults in the DC Power System for Hybrid Electric Aircraft
Transient modeling of short-circuit faults in the DC power system of hybrid electric aircraft (HEA) serves as a fundamental basis for effective fault identification, localization, and isolation. Before faults are detected and protective measures are taken, distributed sources and loads maintain their normal control strategies. However, previous studies frequently overlook the impact of these control dynamics on the transient behavior of DC power systems, leading to reduced accuracy in fault transient models. Therefore, this paper proposes a fault transient modeling method for the DC power system of HEA considering the control effects of distributed sources and loads. Firstly, the transient characteristics of all components in the system are analyzed, including generators and fan motors, batteries and DC load, and supercapacitors. Subsequently, a comprehensive fault transient model of the HEA DC power system is established. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified through comparison with results from a semi-physical test platform. The results demonstrate that the proposed modeling approach enhances the accuracy of transient analysis for the faulty HEA DC power systems.

Microtransplantation improves the outcome of older patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia: a single-center study with long-term follow-up
BackgroundMicrotransplantation (MST) combines chemotherapy with infusion of HLA-mismatched granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-mobilized peripheral blood stem cells (G-PBSCs) without graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis, offering a potential therapeutic alternative for older acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients.MethodsIn this single-center study, 29 patients aged ≥60 years with newly diagnosed non-acute promyelocytic leukemia (AML) received MST between April 2008 and June 2021. Patients were stratified into two age cohorts: 60–70 years (n = 20) and >70 years (n = 9). Each MST course comprised induction or consolidation chemotherapy followed by G-PBSC infusion. Donor chimerism was monitored by the InDels assay. Endpoints included complete remission (CR), overall survival (OS), leukemia-free survival (LFS), relapse, non-relapse mortality (NRM), and safety. Competing risk analysis (Fine–Gray model) was used to evaluate the cumulative incidence of relapse and NRM. Transcriptomic profiling was performed in a subset of long-term survivors.ResultsThe median follow-up was 148.5 months (range 52.96–219.12). The CR rate was 86.2% (25/29), with no significant difference between age groups (90.0% vs. 66.7%, p = 0.290). The median OS was 20.00 months (range 1.00–205.00). Patients aged 60–70 years had significantly better OS than those >70 years (50.0% vs. 10.0%, p = 0.002). Similarly, LFS was higher in the younger group (45.0% vs. 10.0%, p = 0.015). Receiving >3 MST courses was associated with longer OS and LFS (both p < 0.001). Competing risk analysis showed a significantly higher cumulative incidence of relapse in the >70-year group (66.7% vs. 45.0%, p = 0.048). NRM did not differ significantly between groups (p = 0.13). GVHD occurred in one patient (3.4%). Transcriptomic analysis of four survivors revealed distinct gene expression profiles enriched in immune and hematopoietic pathways.ConclusionMST is an effective and tolerable treatment for older AML patients, particularly those aged 60–70 years and those receiving more than three treatment courses. These results support MST as a viable alternative for older patients ineligible for intensive transplantation.

Severe software defects can lead to significant issues and even result in substantial financial losses. As a result, automated code defect detection has garnered widespread attention. To fix these defects as soon as possible, J ust- I n- T ime D efect P rediction (JIT-DP) and J ust- I n- T ime D efect L ocalization (JIT-DL) have been investigated. Specifically, JIT-DP aims to predict commit-level defects when a code change is submitted, and JIT-DL aims to perform line-level defect localization before they lead to failures. Several methods have been developed for JIT-DP and JIT-DL, with those using C ode P re- T rained M odels (CPTMs) leading to the best results. However, most previous studies concentrate on JIT-DP, even though JIT-DL is arguably more crucial. Identifying which specific lines of a commit are defective facilitates the prediction of whether the commit is defective. Therefore, we propose a M ulti- T ask L earning method (JIT-MTL) designed to address both JIT-DP and JIT-DL. Specifically, we train a CPTM to simultaneously identify defective commits and lines. The line-level predictions are directly used for JIT-DL, while the commit-level predictions for the same commit are merged to determine the results for JIT-DP. To enhance the accuracy of line-level predictions, we provide the CPTM with additional commit-level information, including commit-level defect code representation and expert features. Experimental results on the JIT-Defect4J dataset show that JIT-MTL outperforms the state-of-the-art baselines, with improvements of 14% in F1 in JIT-DP, 53.9% in Top-10 Accuracy, and 36.4% in Top-5 Accuracy in JIT-DL.
