The injection moulding technique provides a minimally invasive approach offering a predictable and simplied treatment protocol to achieve functional and aesthetic outcome using the highly lled owable composite resin. Furthermore, this approach can be viewed as a more cost-effective alternative. The injection moulding technique is a minimal invasive procedure to treat clinical situations with challenging aesthetic demands, recreate complex morphologies, re-establish the vertical occlusal dimension. In this paper presentation, case report of a 25 year old female will be presented which was diagnosed with discoloration and incisal edge chipping, for which direct composite veneers were planned using injection moulding technique. Transparent silicone index was created from wax up models and high lled owable composite application was performed through the holes created over the transparent silicone index. This efcient method resulted in optimal, aesthetically pleasing outcomes, leading to high patient and dentist satisfaction. However, additional follow-ups are essential to thoroughly assess the clinical longevity of the restoration.
