Subject. This article discusses industry digital transformation in the Samara Oblast and the mechanism development for its implementation. Objectives. The study aims to determine the current level of digitalization of the region's industrial complex, identify systemic problems, and develop a phased mechanism for digital transformation. Methods. For the study, I used comparative and structural analyses of statistical data, systems approach and design methods, and expert evaluations. Results. The article identifies the disparities in the technological development of the region. It also develops a three-stage mechanism for digital transformation. Conclusions. The proposed mechanism makes it possible to overcome the fragmentation of digitalization and create conditions for the technological sovereignty of the region. Integration with the state industrial information system and a focus on domestic technological solutions are of key importance.

A crisis can quickly impact construction companies, leading to significant financial losses. To ensure survival, construction firms must continuously evaluate internal and external environments, detect early warning signs, prepare for emergencies and respond effectively. The aim of this study was to identify ways to help construction project managers mitigate and resolve crises in the short term, enabling a return to pre-crisis conditions. Findings from a questionnaire survey conducted with 234 construction firms are presented. Both qualitative and quantitative results indicate that the ongoing financial crisis has significantly impacted construction project management. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis with SPSS software and structural equation modelling with AMOS. The study provides an extensive outlook on crisis management predictions within the construction industry. In response to increased public demand for more efficient, reliable and accessible communication with government, along with economic challenges and a need for greater data independence, government agencies are encouraged to adopt modern computer technologies and Web 2.0 applications. Variables such as project performance, crisis preparedness, economic resilience, social vulnerability and policy effectiveness have positively influenced crisis management factors, with beta values (standardised path coefficients) of 0.66, 0.62, 0.57, 0.60 and 0.84, respectively.

Abstract In this paper, we demonstrate the exact solution of the nonstationary Schrodinger equation for the Tavis–Cummings model, in which three identical two-level atoms (qubits) are prepared in an arbitrary superposition of 8 Hilbert space vectors and which resonantly interact with a coherent resonator field mode of any intensity. The exact solution was used to calculate the parameters of atom–atom and atom-field entanglement: linear entropy, pairwise and three-particle negativity, and population inversion of three atoms. The results of computer modeling have shown that the degree of correlation between the atoms and the resonator field can significantly depend on the initial state of the atoms. Separable, biseparable, and genuine entangled W -type states demonstrate a high rate of energy exchange between atoms and the resonator field mode and the effect of sudden death of pairwise entanglement of atoms. On the contrary, all GHZ-states exhibit stable pairwise and three-particle entanglement between atoms and a slow rate of energy exchange between atoms and the resonator field mode. We also demonstrate the effect of the sudden death of three-particle entanglement for various states of atoms, the collapse and revival of the Rabi oscillations of the population inversion of three atoms, and the effect of the transition of entanglement from a subsystem of atoms to the total system. These results can be used for optimal operation of quantum networks.

n this article, the author addresses the special importance of forensic examinations as evidence in civil cases and economic disputes. The author notes that currently, cases of experts being held criminally liable under Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are rare, and the prospect of holding an expert criminally liable is highly questionable. This is due, among other things, to the complex process of proving the intentional culpability of a forensic expert. The author believes that a number of circumstances, such as the unlikelihood of holding an expert criminally liable, the absence of any other liability for errors in a forensic examination, and the guaranteed remuneration of an expert for even a poor-quality (unfounded) examination, are factors that encourage the conduct of knowingly unfounded examinations in the interests of a particular party to a dispute. In the article, the author proposes to introduce a number of additional provisions into civil and arbitration procedural legislation, criminal procedural legislation, as well as into the Federal Law as of May 31, 2001, No. 73-FZ “On state forensic activity in the Russian Federation”, which, in the author’s opinion, could become a factor preventing an expert from giving a knowingly erroneous conclusion to the court.

This article examines the formation of large local areas of agricultural and industrial populations in the forest -steppe borderlands of the Southern Middle Volga region after the end of the Time of Troubles, in the 1620-ies–early 1640-ies. An attempt has been made to identify the special role of representatives of the royal family and the highest ecclesiastical circles, as well as privileged merchants, in this process. This study continues a series of papers devoted to the study of the specifics of the mass governmental, military-administrative, and economic agricultural-industrial colonization of the European southeast of the Russian state during its development as a frontier. The work is based on sources from the collections of the Russian State Archives of Ancient Documents (RGADA), the Russian State Library’s Archives of Archives (OR RSL), and other central Russian archives, as well as previously published sources. The study demonstrated that throughout the joint reign of Tsar Mikhail Feodorovich and Patriarch Filaret, they maintained close cooperation with Nadeya (Epiphanius) Sveteshnikov, a guest belonging to a privileged merchant corporation. This cooperation enabled the development of one of the most significant foreign fishing industries in the Volga Delta and the establishment of two large local centers of industrial and agricultural settlement in the Samara Luka.

The influence of the distribution of initial deformations presented in the form of algebraic functions on the diagram of residual axial stresses in the cross-section of a part is studied. Smooth solid steel parts with a diameter of 10 mm and parts of the same diameter with a stress concentrator in the form of a semicircular notch with a radius of 0.3 mm are considered. Finite element models are implemented in the ANSYS software environment in an axisymmetric formulation. Residual stresses are modeled using the thermoelasticity method with the initial deformations specified in the form of a corresponding temperature field. It is found that for all considered diagrams of axial residual stresses in the cross-section of the part, the condition of static equilibrium is satisfied. It is noted that in smooth parts, the diagram of axial compressive residual stresses is more complete compared to parts with a stress concentrator. Based on the conducted research, it was concluded that when modeling residual stresses in a part, it is sufficient to specify the diagram of initial deformations in the hardened layer. The diagram of the distribution of axial residual stresses is self-balanced without introducing corrections for the depth of occurrence of residual stresses.

In this paper, we study the dynamics of a system consisting of two identical qubits interacting non-resonantly with a single-mode field of an ideal resonator in the presence of direct dipole-dipole and Ising interactions between the qubits. In the representation of "dressed" states, we find an exact solution of the quantum time Liouville equation for the full density matrix of the system under consideration for the initial separable and entangled states of the qubits and the thermal initial state of the resonator field. Based on the exact solution, the criterion for qubit entanglement, negativity, is calculated. The results of numerical modeling of negativity show that the inclusion of dipole-dipole and Ising coupling in the case of separable initial states of qubits can lead to a significant increase in the maximum degree of their entanglement, and in the case of entangled initial states of qubits, to stabilization of the initial entanglement. For the model with resonant interaction of qubits and the resonator field, direct interaction of qubits can also lead to the disappearance of the sudden death of entanglement effect.

The article presents a study of the influence of tool inclination and deposition angles on geometric accuracy and surface quality during direct laser deposition of cylindrical workpieces, based on experimental data and specially developed mathematical models for predicting dimensional deviations and material shrinkage intended for optimizing process parameters in order to improve the accuracy and quality of products.
