This paper describes a software module created for the purpose of forming a flight task with controls for the cultivation of agricultural land. The problem of effective treatment of territories with various chemicals in order to increase yields is relevant at this point in time, as evidenced by the statistics of companies in this field of activity. The module performs the functions of not only forming a task, but also provides recommendations for the implementation of the maximum productivity of the sprayer drone when moving around the territory. In this case, the recommendations are understood as a number of functional features that indirectly affect the formation of the flight task by the user, for example, the software module provides the ability to calculate the actual area of contact of the working fluid on the ground surface, taking into account such factors as wind speed and direction, as well as the flight altitude of the aircraft. Another important feature of the module design is the provided scalability of the system with additional functions, which is also important when creating an integrated control system for a robotic system.

As medical imaging technology improves, protecting sensitive biomedical images during transmission and storage is becoming more important. Traditional encryption methods often struggle with efficiency and flexibility, especially when dealing with the large datasets typical in this field. This study explores using memristive Hopfield networks for encrypting biomedical images, leveraging their natural abilities for memory and pattern recognition. We examine how electromagnetic radiation and stimulating currents influence the behavior of these networks. Our results show that the model can reach multiple stable and unstable states, producing different patterns, including limit cycles and chaotic structures with various forms (like two-scroll, three-scroll, and four-scroll chaos). Notably, stimulating currents create uneven dynamic behavior. The model also reveals various patterns related to synaptic connections, which could provide insights into neurological diseases. To confirm our findings, we built a digital hardware device that successfully replicated these patterns. We also used a compressive sensing method to compress and encrypt biomedical images with the chaotic sequences generated by the model. Our experiments show that this encryption method is robust against various attacks with high key space, making it a good option for secure communication.

Based on content analysis (in the context of the historical, socio-cultural and political situation, etc.) of texts published during the "stagnant" period of the Soviet Screen magazine (1969)(1970)(1971)(1972)(1973)(1974)(1975)(1976)(1977)(1978)(1979)(1980)(1981)(1982)(1983)(1984)(1985), the authors came to the conclusion that the principle of choosing cinematic personalities to paint portraits of Western actors and directors in 1969-1985 remained stable in the Soviet Screen.This magazine readily wrote about "progressive filmmakers" who went unnoticed in negative statements against the USSR and participation in anti-Soviet films.Especially if these filmmakers came to the Moscow International Festival and spoke positively about the Soviet Union.One of the favorite subjects of the Soviet Screen within the framework of foreign themes is Western actors as "victims of Hollywood", evidence of the "tragedy of the artist in the bourgeois world."But if any of the famous Western actors was involved in the creation of anti-Soviet films and/or films "glorifying the American military," the magazine could strike him with "heavy artillery" on its pages.However, there were many less politicized articles about Western actors on the pages of the magazine.As for interviews with Western filmmakers, as in previous years, the Soviet Screen magazine selected interlocutors from among the most "progressive artists."For example, among American filmmakers, the first place was given to Stanley Kramer.The progressive political position was also emphasized in interviews with Sydney Pollack, Norman Jewison, Ellen Burstyn, Jessica Lange and other Western directors and actors.In general, during the period 1969-1985, the ideological positions of the Soviet Screen magazine remained unchanged.

The article is devoted to the concept of the origin of law of one of the famous theorists of Russian law at the beginning of the twentieth century, G.F. Shershenevich. The author evaluates the arguments of criticism by G.F. Shershenevich approaches to this problem of the school of natural law, the historical school of law, the Marxist theory of law, as well as R. Iering and S.A. Muromtseva. A special place in the article is occupied by the characteristics of the concept of G.F. Shershenevich, which, according to the author, was influenced by the ideas of other approaches.

A claims reserve is money set aside for a claim that has been Reported But Not Settled (RBNS) or Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR). Claim reserves are crucial for the financial stability of insurance companies. Operationally, we can know the amount RBNS, but we don’t know the amount of IBNR. Therefore, actuarial literature has proposed numerous IBNR calculation methods, which are usually based on statistical concepts. However, the mutant and uncertain behavior of insurance environments for each insurance company does not make advisable to use a wide database across all insurance companies in Cambodia when calculating IBNR. As it is not advised by the regulator for any standard methodology of claim reserve calculation and each insurance company must define its own method based on its data and operational procedure. Prevoir (Kampuchea) Micro- Life Insurance in Cambodia, the first Micro Insurance licensed in Cambodia since 2011, has developed its methodology of claim reserve calculation by studying on claim settlement pattern and Stanard-buhlmann method. In this paper, we are going to share evaluation between the two methods after conducting experiment at Previor Insurance company. The Insurance company also operates in the agricultural insurance market.

The purpose of the article is to determine the extent to which the Ulster and Shetlandic regional varieties of the Scots language correspond in their parameters to the definition of an island resettlement dialect, and also to show that the island nature of the areas to be considered is an important factor that has a favourable effect on the development of the dialects in question, as well as the entire Scots language as a whole. The evidence considered in the work confirms the island character of the areas of Ulster-Scots and Shetlandic and substantiates the conclusion that it is a condition that counteracts the linguistic shift and favours the sustainable development of the idioms in question.

The article highlights the peculiarities of restoring the system of school education in the Stalingrad region in the years 1943–1945 as part of the solution of the following problems: generalization of resources for the revival of the regional school network, having material and non-material nature; characterization of sources for recruiting teaching staff; the selection of causes affecting the success of general education in the region at the final stage of the war. The study showed that the task of building schools and providing them with equipment as well as educational supplies was solved mainly at the expense of local reserves and patronage assistance from the regions of the RSFSR and the republics of the USSR. One of the most effective ways of using the local labor potential has become the method of folk construction. The issue of forming the teaching staff of educational institutions was especially difficult and ambiguous in the region. One of the sources for the formation of the teaching staff was the network of pedagogical universities in the Stalingrad region, which was reviving simultaneously with the school system of education. The main breeding ground for teaching staff was short-term courses for high school students and employees at institutes for advanced training of teachers. During the recovery period, the role of the school increases in solving the everyday problems of students, the successful implementation of which directly depended on the attendance of schoolchildren at educational institutions. As a result, in 1943–1945, the foundations were laid for the further productive development of school education in the Stalingrad region in the post-war years.

The purpose of the present research paper is to make a comprehensive analysis of the Russian foreign policy activities in terms of potential risks and possible consequences of termination, suspension of transnational companies’ activities for the Russian economy. The foreign policy of the Russian Federation makes it possible to set due priorities, define proper formats and set the course for the entire foreign policy of the state, which undoubtedly requires proper organisational and legal institutionalisation. This is why exploring the operation of transnational companies in Russia is extremely important in the current geopolitical environment which is presently being formed with a focus on the sanctions-related pressure against our state on the part of unfriendly countries. The present essay considers the statistical data on foreign multinationals that have left Russia and the measures taken by the Russian government towards adaptation and designing a due economic policy course in the conditions of market economy. The research brought the authors to a substantiated conclusion that foreign policy activities are directly and closely connected with the work of transnational corporations; therefore, the competent internal policy of the Russian Federation will enable the society and corporate entities to adapt to the new realities and to pursue the desired foreign policy activities in the country’s interests, avoiding pressure from unfriendly countries.
