This exploratory-descriptive quantitative study analyses student cyberviolence against secondary school teachers in Sinaloa, Mexico, using a questionnaire administered to 959 educators that examined sociodemographic characteristics, use of digital platforms, experiences of victimisation, and emotional responses. A total of 77% of survey participants acknowledged having heard of coworkers who experienced forms of cyber victimization, such as cyberbullying, provocation, digital harassment, identity theft, the peculiar circulation of insulting material, and AI-generated manipulations. These forms of cyber victimization result in: substantial work-related stress, a range of disturbing psychological and emotional elements such as anxiety, depression, and phobic disorders, decreased productivity in teaching, and thoughts about leaving the profession. Research shows that this occurs at a systemic level with regard to gender and access to formal education. This evidence compels digital safety education organizations to develop and implement educational frameworks that integrate digital and social-emotional learning skills, and to develop frameworks that build safe, ethical, and nonviolent educational ecosystems.

Myriophyllum aquaticum and M. verticillatum are macrophyte herbs that can grow in dry shallow waters. These plants are resistant to variations in water levels. These plants can also grow at higher water levels and, in shallow wetland habitats, slow-flowing rivers, reservoirs or irrigation channels, lake edges, ponds, swamps. This study aims to analyze the differences in morphology and anatomy of two Myriophyllum species, as well as to determine the conditions of the plant community structure and the ecological conditions of the plants. The results showed that the comparison of M. aquaticum and M. verticillatum plants has different characteristics in the roots, stems, leaf stalks, leaf blades, and glands on the leaves. The paradermal part of the M. aquaticum leaf blade has an actinocyte stomata type, while M. verticillatum has a parasitic type. This study also found that M. aquaticum is more dominant than M. verticillatum. The diversity of M. aquaticum and M. verticillatum is classified as low, the evenness of M. aquaticum is classified as moderate while M. verticillatum is classified as low. Based on Simpson's Dominance Index, M. aquaticum and M. verticillatum showed that both were stable in the community.

Abstract Limacodidae (Zygaenoidea), a mostly pantropical family of 1,800+ species, is known for sluglike caterpillars with suckers below rather than typical prolegs. They typically have either venomous spines (nettles) or a smooth surface (gelatines) above. Previous limacodid phylogenies were of limited geographic scope or narrow taxonomic focus, thus unable to show the family’s internal relationships comprehensively. Our phylogenetic hypotheses include 95 genera and 125 species of Limacodidae (stat. nov.) of worldwide distribution, doubling genera, and tripling species numbers represented from previous studies. Additionally, 14 species in other zygaenoid families and 6 outside Zygaenoidea are included. In contrast to other works based on independent analysis of either molecular or morphological data, our limacodid-focused trees are the first ones to combine molecular data with morphological characters from adults and immature stages. Resulting topologies are based on 1 mitochondrial and 6 nuclear genes, totaling 5,153 base pairs, and 122 morphological characters (5,275 characters in total). Our trees support the monophyly of Zygaenoidea and a new subfamily arrangement of a monophyletic Limacodidae: Crothaeminae (stat. rev.), Dalcerinae (stat. nov.), Chrysopolominae, and Limacodinae (stat. nov.). Two tribes recognized in Limacodinae, and previous subfamilies in Dalceridae and Chrysopolomidae are reduced to tribal rank. Synapomorphies of all life-stage characters are presented for Limacodidae and other family groups of Zygaenoidea. The total evidence topology is congruent with many features of egg, larval, and adult stage evolution. With new larval ontogenetic information, we present a hypothesis on how ontogeny and other modifications played a significant role in Limacodidae diversification through various defensive strategies.

Rhizobiome is a network of beneficial microbes (fungi, bacteria, nematodes, actino-mycetes, mycorrhizae) and to study their interaction is fascinating in producing higher crop yield and increase resistance against phytopathogens. The interactions could be competitive, neutral, commensal and mutualistic. Beneficial interactions chiefly colo-nize roots and maximize plant growth parameters like plant height, leaves number & fruit/pod/seed number. The positive microinoculants fix nitrogen, solubilize P and Fe, produce phytohormones, improve plant defense chemicals and enzyme machinery in root tissues upon pathogen invasion. The rhizomicroinoculants also increase photo-synthetic and nutritional proficiency by maximizing total chlorophyll, carotenoid, carbohydrates, amino acids and proteins in plants. They play a crucial role in pre-venting disease outbreak under stressful situations like drought, metal stress, salinity, high temperature, soil erosion, change in rainfall and humidity. Understanding rhi-zomicrobiome interaction and preparing novel rhizospheric microbial formulations could be good strategy to improve plant growth parameters, fruit yield and defense ability towards pathogen.

New data on the morphology, distribution and host plants of three species from the Terellia virens group are provided. Terellia freidbergi Korneyev, 2013 and T. ivannikovi Korneyev et Evstigneev, 2013 are redescribed based on fresh specimens having the body shape and colour characteristic of living flies. Terellia zerovae Korneyev, 1985 is recorded for the first time from Russia; T. ivannikovi, previously known from the Samara Province of Russia, is recorded for the first time from Armenia and from the Saratov and Ul’yanovsk provinces of Russia. Centaurea takhtajanii Gabrieljan et Tonjan is recorded for the first time as a host plant of T. ivannikovi. In Armenia, the larvae of T. freidbergi develop in capitula of C. kotschyi persica (Boiss.) Greuter, C. (Chartolepis) sp., C. polypodiifolia Boiss, C. daralagoezica (Fomin) Greuter and C. spectabilis (Fisch. et C.A. Mey) Sch. Bip.; all these taxa are recorded for the first time as host plants of T. freidbergi. A key to identification of seven species of the T. virens group occurring in Armenia and Russia, is provided.

Introduction. The formation of the communicative culture of children is one of the most important tasks at the stage of preschool education. Children's journalism has shown its effectiveness in solving a number of problems of children's communication. At the same time, there is not enough research aimed at studying the potential of children's journalism in solving the problem of the low level of communicative culture of older preschoolers. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the potential of children's journalism in project activities as a means of forming the communicative culture of older preschoolers. Methods and materials. Theoretical analysis, synthesis, generalization, concretization of data of domestic and foreign scientists. Results. The advantages of children's journalism in project activities are demonstrated in comparison with other means of forming a communicative culture due to an integrated approach, purposefulness, organization, the content of individual and collective forms of work, the ability to attract cultural carriers significant to the childparents and family members. Positive changes in the communicative behavior of older preschoolers were noted. Conclusions. The use of children's journalism in the project format allows the child to harmoniously enter and participate in communicative activities, form a value attitude to communication, promotes the assimilation of communicative norms and rules of behavior by older preschoolers.

A description of a new species, the coastal cattail Typha litoralis, collected in the coastal areas of the Sea of Okhotsk is given. Habitually, the plants differ from T. latifolia and T. laxmannii, has been reported Sakhalin Island and the Kuril Islands. The new species is morphologically closest to T. krasnovae Doweld.

The subject of this article is the methodological features of the cultural studies’ approach as the foundation, the basis of modern teacher education. The article deals with various types of culture; the need for understanding at a new historical stage characterized by global environmental and social challenges, the role of the teacher as a carrier of Culture in the modern school, the application of various aspects of the cultural studies’ approach to building individual cultural trajectories of students in the process of modern teacher education is noted. Based on the consideration of the views of scientists from various scientific schools regarding possible solutions to the above very complex and urgent tasks, the significance of art and creative activity in the professional and pedagogical development of a modern teacher is revealed. The result of the theoretical and empirical study of this issue by the authors of the article was the development and implementation on the basis of pedagogical universities of the Russian Federation of a parametric model of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers for the organization of culturally appropriate pedagogical interaction with schoolchildren. The goals, objectives and fundamental principles of introducing this model into the educational process are briefly disclosed in this article.

The article is dedicated to the research of definitions of proceedings in administrative offense cases notion presented in law literature from the perspective of their correspondence to the notion of a legal process as well as the requirements to definitions design. The author proposes her own definition of the “proceedings in administrative offence cases” notion.
