Sector Logistics plays an important role in maintaining the smoothness and efficiency of national and global supply chains, especially for third-party logistics ( 3PL ) service providers who face demands for reliability and speed of service amidst global competition. The complexity of the logistics process creates the need for a structured and measurable performance evaluation model. This study aims to apply the Supply Chain Operations Reference ( SCOR ) model in identifying and prioritizing key performance indicators ( KPI ) in a 3PL company . The method used involves distributing questionnaires to decision makers in operational and managerial fields. The weights of SCOR performance attributes including reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost measures, and asset management efficiency are calculated using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process ( FAHP ) method. Furthermore, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution ( TOPSIS ) is used to determine KPI priorities at PT.X. The results of the study show that there are 17 indicators to measure the performance of the freight forwarding sector with the largest weight being operator reliability (0.251) on the reliability attribute, the number of on-time deliveries (0.694) on the responsiveness attribute, load flexibility (0.317) on the flexibility attribute, shipping costs per km (0.379) on the cost attribute and cash-to-cash cycle time (0.479) on the asset management attribute. The SCOR model has proven effective as an initial framework in measuring the performance of 3PL logistics service providers, because it is able to integrate various aspects of performance systematically and quantitatively.

Educational institutions increasingly face pressure to improve organizational performance amid changing stakeholder expectations and rapid digitalization. This study examines the moderating role of digital transformation in the relationships between workplace spirituality, sustainable leadership, and organizational performance. Using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from school leaders and unit heads at educational institutions in Indonesia. The results indicate that workplace spirituality has a significant positive effect on organizational performance (β = 0.842; p < 0.001), while sustainable leadership does not show a significant direct influence (β = –0.225; p > 0.05). Digital transformation also has a positive direct effect on organizational performance (β = 0.288; p < 0.05), but does not moderate the relationships between workplace spirituality or sustainable leadership and organizational performance. These findings indicate that school performance is primarily shaped by value-based and relational factors, with digital transformation contributing independently as a supportive capability. Practically, schools should strengthen human-centered values while aligning digital initiatives with institutional practices. Theoretically, digital transformation operates as a complementary capability rather than altering the influence of leadership or workplace spirituality

Mlirip Village, Mojokerto Regency, consists of seven hamlets with one of the superior products in the form of tempeh produced by seven household industries (IRT) with a demand for soybeans of more than 1.3 tons per day. The main problem faced by artisans is the production process that is still carried out traditionally using simple equipment, and has not yet implemented the rules of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This led to limitations in production and marketing development. This community service activity aims to map the implementation of GMP in seven IRTs, especially related to production machinery and equipment, raw materials, and production process supervision, which is followed by GMP socialization. The stages of activities include field observation, analysis of conformity with GMP standards, mapping of critical aspects, and socialization of results to craftsmen. The results of the analysis showed that the machines and equipment were not equipped with standard humidity and airflow control devices, and most of them were still made of wood that did not meet GMP requirements. From the aspect of raw materials, craftsmen only use basic items without a clear standard formulation so they do not meet quality requirements. Meanwhile, in the aspect of process supervision, many shortcomings were found, including the absence of detailed written procedures, recording of the number of production, composition formulation, and distribution documentation, as well as the lack of use of personal protective equipment. Thus, this activity contributes to increasing the understanding and readiness of tempeh artisans in implementing GMP principles so as to support the creation of more hygienic and empowered household food products. This study synthesizes eight recent articles that repositon the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) from merely a performance measurement tool to a multidimensional, adaptive, and strategically relevant management system in the digital era. Through a multi-method and interdisciplinary approach, the article demonstrates how BSC has evolved by integrating sustainability aspects (ESG), digital transformation, and various sectoral contexts, including SMEs, the public sector, education, and post-pandemic industries. The findings reveal that the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) has become a more inclusive model, addressing stakeholder interests and responding to market and technological dynamics. This article offers not only theoretical contributions, by combining BSC, ESG, contingency, and dynamic capabilities theories; but also practical implications for managers, academics, and system developers to adopt a more flexible, measurable, and sustainable strategic framework.
