This study examines collaborative governance in Bali’s Green Tourism Villages (Desa Wisata Hijau, DWH) as a strategy for post–COVID-19 rural tourism sustainability amid urban hotel oversupply and environmental degradation. A mixed-methods design was employed, combining quantitative survey data from 126 respondents across 28 tourism villages with qualitative–secondary analysis of policy documents, tourism statistics, and environmental reports to contextualize empirical findings beyond the village level. Quantitative data were collected through the SIDeWiHuB digital platform, which integrates sustainability assessment, village registration, and DeWiKu e-commerce services. Three constructs were measured using validated multi-item scales: Need for Green Village (N-GreenV), Community Participation (CP), and Perception of Sustainability (PS), derived from established sustainability and participatory tourism frameworks and benchmarked against normative standards developed from prior baseline studies. Internal consistency and construct validity were assessed before analysis. Multiple linear regression was applied, with diagnostic checks for normality, multicollinearity, and model fit conducted to ensure robustness. Results indicate that all sampled villages met the Kalpataru 5 (greenest) classification threshold. This findings demonstrate the analytical validity of SIDeWiHuB as a digitally enabled collaborative governance instrument within a Pentahelix framework and support its potential scalability as a policy tool for sustainable rural tourism governance in Indonesia.

Introduction: Wide upper extremity soft tissue defects with exposed bone following malignant tumor excision remain a significant reconstructive challenge. Although free flaps are the gold standard for large coverage, factors such as advanced age, comorbidities, or limited microvascular resources may require alternative approaches. In such settings, the pedicled latissimus dorsi flap provides a reliable and effective reconstructive solution. Case Illustration: A 70-year-old man presented with a 15 × 12 cm soft tissue defect in the right upper arm extremity following malignant tumor excision, with exposed humerus and complete loss of the deltoid muscle. Reconstruction was performed using a pedicled latissimus dorsi flap to cover the exposed bone, combined with split-thickness skin grafts harvested from the lateral right thigh for residual defects (3 × 3 cm and 5 × 2 cm). The flap remained viable, surgical drains were placed, and the extremity was immobilized with a cast to support healing. Discussion: The pedicled latissimus dorsi flap provided reliable vascularized coverage for the exposed humerus and compensated for deltoid loss, avoiding the longer operative time and microsurgical demands of free flaps. In this elderly patient, the flap healed successfully with full graft take and complete donor-site epithelialization, demonstrating its safety and effectiveness. These outcomes support the continued use of pedicled LD flaps as a practical alternative for large upper-extremity oncologic defects, especially when patient comorbidities or treatment factors limit free flap reconstruction. Conclusions: The pedicled latissimus dorsi flap remains a safe and effective option for wide malignant defects of the upper extremity, serving not just as a substitute for free flaps but as a strategic choice that balances surgical safety, functional restoration, and patient-centered outcomes.

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience on consumer loyalty in the service sector. Customer experience is a crucial factor that reflects the overall interactions and perceptions of consumers toward the services they receive. This research uses a descriptive approach by reviewing literature and previous studies on the dimensions of customer experience, including sense, feel, think, act, and relate. The analysis indicates that customer experience significantly impacts loyalty through satisfaction, emotional attachment, and quality perception. The more positive the experience provided by a company, the more likely consumers are to repurchase, recommend the service, and remain loyal. Therefore, service companies must ensure consistent customer experience to maintain competitive advantage.

Background: The digital era has accelerated the digitalization of organizational processes, including leadership communication. The emergence of digital leadership requires leaders to adapt their communication and leadership styles to dynamic, technology-mediated work environments. In hospital settings, effective digital leadership communication is essential to support coordination, decision-making, and quality nursing care. Purpose: This study aimed to identify determinants associated with the digitalization of leadership communication in hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed involving 131 nurses recruited through purposive sampling based on predefined inclusion criteria. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring leadership style, communication style, leadership skills, leader enthusiasm, and the implementation of digital leadership communication. Statistical analyses included the Spearman rho test, contingency coefficient, and multiple logistic regression to examine associations between variables. Results: The findings indicated that 94.7% of respondents perceived the implementation of digital leadership communication as good. Leadership style showed a moderate positive correlation with digital leadership communication (p = 0.000; r = 0.512). Communication style was not significantly associated with digital leadership communication (p = 0.434; r = 0.068). Leadership skills demonstrated a strong positive relationship (p = 0.000; r = 0.589), while leader enthusiasm showed the strongest association (p = 0.000; r = 0.698). Multivariate analysis confirmed that leadership skills and enthusiasm were the most influential determinants. Conclusion: Leader enthusiasm and leadership skills are key determinants of effective digitalization of leadership communication in hospital settings. Strengthening these competencies may enhance digital leadership practices and improve organizational communication in healthcare institutions.

This study aims to identify the factors causing delays in issuing Building Approval (PBG) and Certificate of Function Worthiness (SLF) through the Building Management Information System (SIMBG) in Denpasar City and determine the most dominant factor influencing the delay. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 147 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through validity, reliability, and descriptive tests. The results indicate that all indicators are valid (r count 0.465–0.625 > r table 0.159) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha 0.778–0.794). The main causes of delay include technological issues (mean score 4.42), limited facilities (3.98), ineffective time management (4.21), service quality and staff knowledge (4.15), complicated procedures (3.87), and relatively high costs (3.76). The most dominant factor is the frequent occurrence of system errors (score 4.56; 84.4%), which hampers the process until the system recovers. The study concludes that the success of PBG and SLF issuance depends not only on technology but also on infrastructure, human resource competence, and procedural efficiency. Recommendations include improving system stability, staff training, optimizing time management, and simplifying procedures to achieve more effective public services
