Background: Delays in health insurance claim payments remain a persistent challenge for healthcare providers in Indonesia, particularly private clinics that rely heavily on insurance reimbursements for operational sustainability. Methods: This study employed a qualitative case-study approach at MMC using in-depth interviews with clinic managers, administrative staff, and medical personnel, supported by document analysis of insurance claims data from 2022–2023. Data were analyzed using thematic coding and triangulation techniques. Findings: The results indicate a declining proportion of claims paid within the agreed settlement period (N-1, defined as claims settled within one month after submission), alongside a significant increase in delayed claims, including claims settled after two months (N-2) and those exceeding two months (>N-2). Claim payment delays were primarily caused by incomplete medical records, limited administrative capacity, inadequate management information systems, and financial constraints on the insurer’s side. These delays disrupted clinic cash flow, delayed staff salary payments, constrained drug availability, and negatively affected service quality. Conclusion: Late payment of health insurance claims significantly undermines both financial stability and service quality at MMC (a private healthcare clinic in Mataram City, Indonesia). Strengthening administrative capacity, improving medical documentation completeness, and optimizing clinic–insurer coordination are critical strategies to mitigate claim delays and ensure sustainable healthcare service delivery. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study contributes novel insights by explicitly linking claim-settlement time categories (claims settled within one month, two months, and more than two months) with service quality implications at the clinic level, providing empirical evidence from Indonesia’s private healthcare sector.

Purpose: This article presents a review of the role of therapeutic communication in tourism and hospitality service management, as empathic, caring, and humanistic communication improves customer satisfaction, staff performance, and organizational competitiveness. Design/Methodology: The article will utilize a literature review of recent studies in the field, conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach by searching journals, books, and policy documents. Literature and documentary analysis were used to collect data, and thematic analysis was conducted according to Miles and Huberman's (2019) framework. Triangulation was used to ensure validity. Findings: The results show that therapeutic communication—in the form of face-to-face communication, intercultural adaptation, crisis management, and digital media— has a positive impact on the quality of services provided, customer trust and loyalty, and favorable customer experiences (Abdulaziz et al., 2023; Saez-Ruiz, 2024). It also strengthens employee motivation and resilience, reduces work stress, and facilitates sustainable service management (Liu-Lastres, 2024; Anwar et al., 2024). However, challenges such as lack of employee training, cultural and language barriers, operational pressure, and insufficient digital empathy remain (Arjona-Granados, 2025; Luka, 2024). Originality: This document is one of the first to synthesize therapeutic communication as a communication tool and management instrument in the tourism and hospitality sector, and therefore significantly contributes to the sustainability of guest experiences, organizational stability, and competitive advantage.

The post-digital era has given rise to the phenomenon of phubbing, with a prevalence of 49.3% among young people, creating a crisis of relational spirituality within Christian communities. This research aims to analyze phubbing as a manifestation of digital alienation from a Christian communication theology perspective and construct relational spirituality as its theological antithesis. Through literature study methods with an integrative theological reflection approach, this research explores the phenomenology of phubbing, the framework of relational spirituality, the construction of resistant communities, and the transformation of ministry. Findings indicate that phubbing represents a fundamental crisis in understanding the relational imago Dei, threatening fellowship that reflects Trinitarian love. Relational spirituality offers a comprehensive theological paradigm that integrates the wisdom of Christian tradition with contemporary digital realities. Practical implications include developing theological praxis for forming communities resistant to digital alienation and reconceptualizing pastoral ministry for the post-digital era, as well as creating compelling counter-narratives to digital culture's assumptions about connectivity as a substitute for authentic human development.

The socialization and implementation of the Desain Besar Olahraga Daerah (DBOD) is a strategic step in supporting structured, sustainable, and locally-based sports development. Cianjur City, as part of West Java Province, has the potential of human resources, culture, and geography that support sports development at both the participatory and achievement levels. However, challenges remain in sports governance, limited infrastructure, low synergy among stakeholders, and the absence of a comprehensive long-term planning document. Through this activity, it is hoped that a shared understanding of the direction and objectives of the DBOD will be created, while also encouraging the active involvement of local governments, educational institutions, sports organizations, and the community. The main objectives of this activity are to socialize the concept and content of the DBOD, increase stakeholder capacity, and formulate implementation strategies that are appropriate to regional characteristics. The results of this activity are expected to strengthen the regional sports ecosystem and serve as a reference in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of sports programs in Cianjur City in a sustainable.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Joint Circular (SEB) of the Three Ministers in 2025 regarding the strengthening of character education through the Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children Movement at the elementary education level. The focus of the study is directed at four main managerial functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews involving principals, teachers, students, and parents of students at SDN Lengkong, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. The research findings show that although the policy framework has been designed systematically, the implementation process at the school level still faces a number of obstacles. In terms of planning, a comprehensive SWOT analysis has not been carried out as a basis for formulating the program. At the organizing stage, there was an unclear division of tasks and responsibilities between stakeholders. As for the controlling aspect, the evaluation mechanism has not been running consistently and systematically. Based on these findings, this study concludes that the effectiveness of the implementation of the SEB Three Ministers policy is greatly influenced by the school's ability to make contextual adaptations to the internal and external environment. Consistency in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation is also a determining factor in the success of the program

ABSTRACTObjectives:Pancreatic stone protein (PSP) has been identified as an indicator of systemic stress and is elevated in individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), potentially serving as a prognostic marker for both the onset and progression of the disease.Materials and Methods:This study was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis 2020 guidelines. Articles were sourced from MEDLINE, ProQuest, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Cochrane Library electronic databases. Studies included are all observational studies examining PSP/Reg1α serum levels in patients with T2DM. The quality of the study was evaluated using the Newcastle–Ottawa Scale, as well as Review Manager 5.4 to perform the meta-analysis.Results:Seven studies met the criteria for inclusion. Pooled analysis revealed significant differences in PSP values between T2DM individuals and healthy controls (standardized mean difference [SMD] = 2.14, 95% confidence interval CI: 1.05–1.92, P < 0.00001). Further subgroup analysis showed PSP was substantially higher in T2DM with complications (SMD = −1.57, 95% CI: −2.12 to −1.02, P < 0.00001) compared to T2DM without complications (SMD = −1.39, 95% CI: −2.17 to − 0.61) and newly diagnosed T2DM (SMD = −1.85, 95% CI: −2.96 to −0.74). Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations demonstrated moderate quality of evidence. Conclusion:Our analysis revealed a progressive elevation in PSP values concomitant with the worsening T2DM disease state across the entire spectrum. PSP exhibits promising potential as a biomarker for predicting both disease initiation and subsequent clinical course.
