Corruption is still one of the problems that is difficult to solve in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Islamic corporate governance variables, internal control systems, whistleblowing, and community empowerment on efforts to prevent Fraud in the distribution of village fundsin independent villages, Bone Regency. The sample was selected based on accidental sampling techniques by distributing questionnaires to 202 samples consisting of village officials and communities in 82 independent villages in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The use of data analysis methods in this study involved descriptive tests using the Validity and Reliability test. The measurement of the questionnaire was based on a Likert scale and data analysis techniques through Structural Equation Models using SMART-PLS tools. The results of the study indicate that Islamic corporate governance, internal control systems, and community empowerment have a positive and significant effect on efforts to prevent fraud, and whistleblowing influences preventing fraud in independent villages. These results contribute to the importance of implementing Islamic governance where most of the village population is Muslim and improving the internal control system and community involvement in the use of village funds so that fraud does not occur.

HIV-related stigma and discrimination remain persistent barriers to HIV prevention and treatment, and prior studies show that biomedical services alone are often insufficient when stigma disrupts testing, disclosure, and retention in care, highlighting the novelty of culturally grounded stigma-mitigation strategies. This study examined the role of Bugis–Luwu local wisdom as a health intervention resource to reduce stigma and discrimination toward people living with HIV (PLHIV) in Palopo, Indonesia, and identified cultural mechanisms that can be integrated into HIV service programs. A phenomenological qualitative design was applied with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and cultural document review involving PLHIV, customary leaders, religious leaders, health workers, community cadres, and HIV program managers. Data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis, supported by triangulation and member checking. Findings indicate three interlinked cultural mechanisms with intervention relevance: (1) social-ethical values (sipakatau, sipakalebbi, and sipakainge) that reinforce dignity, respect, and non-judgmental guidance; (2) musyawarah adat as a restorative forum to resolve conflict and reintegrate PLHIV; and (3) the moral authority of customary and religious leaders as trusted messengers capable of reframing HIV away from moral blame and toward public health support. Key challenges include misconceptions about HIV transmission, limited cultural integration in formal health programs, and social change weakening customary practices. Integrating local wisdom into health communication, community mobilization, and culturally safe service delivery may strengthen acceptability, sustainability, and equity of HIV interventions in Palopo.

This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted at MA Darussalam with the aim of improving mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the Probing-Prompting model. The subjects of this study were 26 grade XII students. Data collection was carried out using learning outcome tests given before and after the application of the learning model. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the average score of students' learning outcomes in cycle I reached 82.38, while in cycle II it increased to 86.15. Based on the learning outcome completion category used, the achievement of students' mathematics learning outcomes in cycle I was 73.07%, and in cycle II it reached 100%. The application of the Probing-Prompting model has proven effective in increasing students' motivation and understanding of the material being taught. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Probing-Prompting model has a positive effect on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes, showing a significant increase in their understanding and skills in solving mathematics problems.

The increasing influence of social media on public perception has made it a powerful driver of dietary behavior in urban communities. Nevertheless, the abundance of unverified health information often obscures individuals’ ability to make informed food choices. This study proposes a deep learning-based framework to analyze sentiment and emotion from social media discourse in order to uncover the key factors affecting healthy food decisions in urban settings. By applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and advanced deep learning models to a large corpus of user-generated content, the research identifies significant patterns linking emotional expression with food-related decision-making. The results indicate that positive emotions, such as pride and satisfaction, are strongly associated with healthy food promotion, while negative emotions, including frustration, are predominantly tied to affordability, accessibility, and convenience issues. Among these, price and food quality emerge as the most critical determinants shaping consumer preferences. These findings underscore the importance of integrating emotional and socio-economic considerations into public health strategies. Beyond offering empirical insights, this study demonstrates the scalability and effectiveness of deep learning in extracting nuanced perspectives from unstructured social media data, thereby contributing a robust methodological approach for real-time public health monitoring and intervention design.

Extraordinary Events (KLB) are a serious threat to public health that require rapid and appropriate response. The active role of the community is crucial in early detection and response to outbreaks, particularly through a community epidemiology approach. This article discusses the implementation of a community epidemiology-based community empowerment program in outbreak-prone areas. Implementation methods included education, cadre training, outbreak response simulations, and citizen-based monitoring. Results showed increased community knowledge, community preparedness, and a reduction in delays in case reporting. The conclusion of this activity is that the community epidemiology approach is effective in building a community-based early detection and rapid response system.

Village Alert Cadres are at the forefront of early detection and response to health problems at the village level. Cadres' limited understanding of epidemiology concepts and risk reporting has weakened the early warning system. The objective of this activity was to increase the capacity of cadres in health risk mapping and case reporting based on basic epidemiological principles. The activity was implemented through training, risk mapping simulations, and practice in preparing case reports. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in cadres' understanding and skills after the training. It is hoped that this activity will serve as a replicable training model in other areas to strengthen community-based health systems.

Hospitals are considered high-risk work environments for occupational accidents. Therefore, the optimal implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system is essential to prevent the occurrence of work-related accidents and illnesses, particularly among healthcare workers serving in hospitals. This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety practices. A quantitative method was employed using an analytic approach with a cross-sectional study design, the sample consisted of 69 nurses. The results of this study indicate that good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is positively related to its implementation at RSUD Haji Makassar. Nurses with good knowledge are more likely to correctly implement OHS standards. Therefore, continuous training on OHS is essential to enhance nurses' awareness and compliance with safety standards. Further research with a larger sample size and direct observational approaches is recommended to understand other factors that influence the implementation of OHS.
