This study analyzes the integration of Science for Global Sustainability (SFG) principles into Project-Based Science Learning (PBSL) to enhance students' environmental awareness. Using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by literature analysis, this research evaluates the pedagogical and ecological rationale of the SFG-PBSL model, the effectiveness of its behavioral change mechanisms, and the challenges surrounding its implementation at classroom and institutional levels. Findings indicate that without sustainability-oriented values, PBSL produces scientific engagement but fails to promote long-term ecological behavior. In contrast, integrating SFG fosters explicit links between scientific knowledge, moral responsibility for the environment, and sustainable practices through data-driven inquiry, reflection, and action. The analysis demonstrates that SFG is essential to transform PBSL from a purely technical pedagogy into a framework capable of shaping students' ecological identities. The study recommends curriculum redesign, teacher professional development, and school–community collaboration to sustain this learning approach.

Jayawijaya Regency in the Highland Papua Province is a highland region inhabited by indigenous communities who are highly dependent on traditional agricultural systems. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of local agricultural systems, the ongoing food transformation, and the resilience strategies developed by indigenous communities in response to economic, social, and ecological pressures. The methods employed combines literature review with field case studies conducted in several districts of Jayawijaya. The findings indicate that the indigenous people of Jayawijaya have developed a subsistence farming system based on sweet potatoes (hipere), but they are beginning to experience shifts in consumption and production patterns due to policy and market interventions. Nevertheless, local values such as communal granary systems, planting rituals, and mutual cooperation remain fundamental to food security and socio-ecological resilience.

Brand trust negatively and significantly moderates the influence of E-WOM on purchasing decisions.

Rice straw management remains a major challenge in Wara Village, Jayawijaya Regency, where farmers commonly burn straw after harvest and lack the technical capacity to process agricultural waste. This community service program aimed to strengthen farmers’ and women’s family welfare development (FWD) technical and managerial skills by introducing biodecomposer technology based on locally available resources. The program involved socialization, technical training on compost production, simple farm bookkeeping instruction, field practice using molasses and EM4, and intensive mentoring. The results indicated substantial improvements in participants' knowledge and skills, including the ability to process 20–30 kg of rice straw per fermentation cycle and the establishment of a pilot farmer group capable of independently applying the technology. The family welfare development also gained competencies as household-level environmental stewards. The intervention contributed to reducing straw burning, improving soil quality through organic matter reintegration, and strengthening local socio-economic institutions. Overall, this program supports the development of autonomous, environmentally friendly, and sustainable agricultural practices in Wara Village.

This study examines the integration of circular economy (CE) principles into supply chain management (SCM) as a strategic response to Sustainable Development Goal 12 (SDG 12) on responsible consumption and production. Using a qualitative literature-based approach, the research synthesizes recent theoretical advancements and empirical evidence to explore how CE reshapes supply chain structures, operational processes, and sustainability outcomes across global industries. The findings reveal that CE provides a regenerative framework that redefines traditional linear systems by promoting closed-loop material flows, eco-design, reverse logistics, and collaborative multi-stakeholder networks. The study further identifies key enablers—including digital technologies, regulatory pressures, and leadership commitment—that enhance the feasibility and scalability of circular supply chain practices, while highlighting persistent barriers such as infrastructural limitations, financial constraints, and fragmented policy environments. The analysis demonstrates that CE integration not only contributes to environmental performance and resource efficiency but also strengthens organizational resilience, innovation capacity, and long-term competitiveness. From a theoretical perspective, the study advances sustainability and operations management literature by illustrating how CE functions as a structural mechanism for achieving SDG 12. From a managerial perspective, the results underscore the need for strategic alignment, investment in digital capabilities, and cross-sector collaboration to support effective circular transitions. Overall, the study positions circular supply chain management as a critical pathway for accelerating global sustainability transformations and calls for continued research and policy coordination to deepen and institutionalize circular practices.

This study investigates the role of blockchain technology in enhancing transparency, security, and efficiency in the financial reporting systems of Bank BRI Jayapura. It examines the perceptions of employees, the challenges faced during implementation, and the regulatory barriers hindering full adoption. Findings indicate that blockchain holds significant potential to improve financial reporting accuracy and security by reducing fraud risks and ensuring data immutability. However, the successful adoption of blockchain is contingent upon comprehensive employee training, the readiness of technological infrastructure, and the development of clear and structured regulatory frameworks. The research suggests that management’s role in framing blockchain as an innovative solution rather than a disruptive threat is essential for overcoming resistance. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the need for continued research into regulatory frameworks and the long-term impact of blockchain on banking operations.
