Kinematic simulation of sport movements can be considered as an investigation tool for sport scientists. The throw is a motion that most of players, especially from team sport will perform for a hundreds of time in a practice. Sports biomechanics research technique aims to elucidate the improvement of shooting technique in the game of basketball, to improve effectiveness. Motric gesture improvement depends on analyzing the technical execution of it, sequential observation by analyzing each phase of the movement. This study aims to examine aspects of throwing kinematics in sports in general and basketball in particular. For analysis the free throws we used video analysis method and mathematical modeling. Knowledge of kinematic parameters of a throw can contribute to realizing a dynamic model of throwing which ends with modeling the training and achieve the performance. For that we analysis the free throw model and we conclude that it has a stereotypical shooting pattern for all players evaluated and is characterized by a proximal and distal in joint motion for upper and lower body The free throw is characterized by a pattern of angular velocity which varies depending by the joint motion during the release phase. The capability of organizations to accumulate and use new knowledge represents a critical factor to meet the new competitive standards. The need of adaptation to modifications of external environment hastens the pace of evolution and learning. The need to survive on the market requires the organizations an increasingly high learning pace. The new informational and communication technologies fasten the pace of change and increase the need of learning, that is subject to an increased information flow. This research aims to measure the impact of some initiatives within human resources on an organization, market leader within pharmaceutical field, namely measuring the efficiency of business education programs concerning human resources through e-learning. Under these circumstances, the carried-out research aims to put into practice the theoretical frame of ROI (Return on Investment) methodology of evaluating the business education programs concerning human resources in five stages, suggested by J. J. Phillips. The research validates theoretical data of the surveyed model and it is based on the analysis of the data gathering process within the ROI Methodology. This work shows only the evaluation stage of assimilating knowledge and competences and the evaluation stage of performance improvement on the job of participants following the e-learning training program. The research results have emphasized a higher applicability in practice, on the job, as regards knowledge acquired by respondents following training, and a high efficiency of the e-learning training program, respectively.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5755/j01.ee.29.3.12710

In the paper there are presented the components of the electron beam gun, the principles of the electron beam generating and the processing materials mechanisms with electron beam. In order to understand the phenomena in the electron beam-workpiece impact zone there are considered the Rosenthal analytical models for the heat instantaneous sources' one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional solutions. The present paper illustrates the results obtained after simulating the heat transfer using the application developed by the authors for high alloy steel. These are useful for the estimation of temperature in different areas of the processed channel. The application can also be used for other materials, if the specifications include the material's parameters and the processing parameters.

The integrity and credibility of financial statements are sensitive aspects that significantly influence the investors’ confidence in the capital market efficiency. Recent research in the area of (re)establishing effective communication between the auditor and the investors have brought into the attention of audit practitioners the provisions of International Standard on Auditing (ISA) 701 “Communicating Key Audit Matters in the Independent Auditor’s Report.” This approach proves that investors demand more information that accompanies the audit opinion, when forming a decision to buy, hold or sell equity instruments. Our research is focused on identifying, isolating and analyzing the significant changes in financial asset trading prices, as a consequence of publishing the auditor report. Thus, the overall objective is to assess the impact of the modified opinion, expressed by the auditor in accordance with ISA 705 “Modifications to the Opinion in the Independent Auditor’s Report”, upon the prices of financial assets. Subsequently, the specific objectives aim to identify quantifiable adjustments in the financial position of the entities and to analyze its impact on trading prices. Research is focused on a sample that consists of 32 listed entities, of which 25 entities are included in the BET-XT index and seven entities are traded on the alternative trading system AeRO, selected in relation to the liquidity degree measured by the BVB market operator. Our observations upon changes in financial asset prices were focused on 2009-2017 period, while the analized audit reports addressed the reporting periods from 2008 to 2016, included.
