the paper analyzes the existing basic methods of data integrity control, suggests criteria for their effectiveness and a model for choosing the optimal method for implementing data integrity control procedures, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of an automated system. The applicability of the proposed model for choosing the optimal integrity control method for a specific system is evaluated. It is emphasized that ensuring the integrity of information in modern automated systems is becoming one of the most critical tasks, the solution of which directly affects the functions related to maintaining the reliability of the information system and data security. The high dynamics of the increase in the volume of processed data of various structures, the increasing complexity of the infrastructure of the supporting part of the information system and the increasing equipment of intruders make the problem of integrity control relevant. The current methods of solving this problem, including checksum mechanisms, electronic signatures, and hierarchical integrity control methods, are effective, but they face limitations related to limited resources, complexity in implementation in automated systems, and vulnerability to modern types of attacks. The following description is intended to determine the optimal method of information integrity control, to build its model, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the automated system

Objective. The purpose of this paper is to describe the causes of software vulnerabilities, as well as their classification. Eliminating the ambiguity of the concept of software vulnerability criticality. Method. Analysis of existing approaches to the assessment, classification, and identification of software vulnerabilities. Modeling, building a UML model, and describing an algorithm. Result. A definition of the criticality of a software vulnerability is proposed. The causes of the software are partially described, and the existing classification of software vulnerabilities is expanded. An example of assessing the criticality of software vulnerabilities based on calculated metrics is given. An example of vulnerability metrics evaluation and prioritization is given. The UML model and vulnerability assessment algorithm are presented. Conclusion. The results of the conducted research expand the list of indicators and the subject area of the description of software vulnerabilities.

The functional description of processes of information security threats implementation by hidden steganographic channels as a way of their realization by an external intruder in the absence of measures to counteract such threats is given. The article considers the mechanisms of information hiding and transmitting by using steganography, which allow to bypass conventional information protection measures. The analysis of methods of information security threats implementation by steganographic channels for malware deployment, management and stealing sensitive information is carried out. A descriptive model and functional model of process of implementing threats in the absence of protection measures have been developed. These models can be used to develop analytical models for estimating the time required for the realization of the investigated information security threats, characterizing the dynamics of their implementation in the absence and applying protection measures. An indicator for assessing information security is proposed. It is shown that, while developing analytical models for calculating this indicator, necessary to consider the interrelation of parallel processes of information processing in information systems, threats to its security by hidden steganography channels and counteraction to the implementation of these threats using steganalysis. To develop these models, it is reasonable to use the apparatus of composite Petri-Markov networks.

The article analyzes the navigation equipment of consumers, as well as presents the organizational structure of the mobile object monitoring system, the integration of satellite communication systems and the specifics of the use of mobile terminals.

The effect of the bias electric field E= (0–10 kV/cm) on the dielectric properties of the VDF60/Tr40 copolymer was studied within the temperature range of 20–110°C. It was found that the dielectric nonlinearity De, is negative in the polar phase and becomes positive above the Curie temperature (TC). The increase in TC under the field E= is not uniform. At E= Ec (Ec is the threshold field), the Curie temperature is practically independent of E=. At E= Ec, the increase of TC is observed. The presence of the threshold field indicates the presence of sources of random electric fields in the material under study. It is assumed that they are responsible for the smearing of the ferroelectric phase transition.

The article addresses the issue of the possibility of granting voting rights to foreign citizens when forming local government bodies. A comparative analysis of the electoral legislation of the national legal system of Russia and the regulatory legal acts of foreign countries is carried out. This article discusses the problem of developing a mathematical model and applying dynamic programming methods to improve the effectiveness of the training process for students in the interests of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation in subordinate higher educational institutions, which, within the framework of this article, are considered as a complex organizational system. Currently, due to the existential challenges presented to our country, it is necessary to solve more multifaceted professional tasks by employees of law enforcement agencies in their practical activities. All this requires advanced professional training for solving professional tasks by law enforcement officers who study at higher educational institutions. The training of law enforcement officers in higher education institutions, like any complex organizational system, depends on the objective and subjective parameters that affect the functioning of this system. To this end, in order to increase the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in the process of training cadets of law enforcement agencies, heads of higher educational institutions responsible for improving the quality of the educational process should introduce information systems into the activity that operate on the basis of a mathematical apparatus describing the model of preparing students to perform professional duties. The development of mathematical models involves the use of the apparatus of the theory of operations research, as well as the theory of Markov random processes, in particular, the description of functioning based on processes with discrete states and continuous time and using game theory in order to achieve the necessary practical results is considered.
