Modeling and prediction of tobacco cut stem drying process using an ARIMA-LSTM hybrid model
To address the complex mechanistic modeling challenges in tobacco cut stem drying, this study proposes an ARIMA-LSTM hybrid model for accurate prediction of outlet moisture content over 180 timesteps. Leveraging the dynamic characteristics of moisture content, the method employs ARIMA to capture linear features and LSTM to learn residual nonlinear relationships. Experimental results demonstrate the hybrid model's superior accuracy over individual ARIMA or LSTM models, effectively establishing a mapping between dryer process parameters and outlet moisture content. This provides a novel technical approach for optimizing drying process control.

Effective image-guided and precisely controlled drug release remains a critical challenge in cancer therapy, particularly for overcoming drug resistance and minimizing systemic toxicity. Herein, we developed a multifunctional nanoplatform by co-encapsulating a newly engineered near-infrared (NIR)-absorbing semiconducting oligomer (TD19) and doxorubicin (DOX) into DSPE-PEG5000 carriers. Benefiting from a donor-acceptor molecular design, TD19 exhibited a high extinction coefficient, extended π-conjugation, and superior photothermal conversion efficiency, which directly contributed to strong photoacoustic imaging (PAI) and photothermal therapy (PTT) performance. The resulting TD19/DOX nanoparticles (TD19/DOX-NPs) demonstrated dual-responsive drug release triggered by 808nm laser irradiation and the acidic tumor microenvironment. In vitro, the nanoplatform enhanced cellular uptake, nuclear delivery of DOX, and synergistic apoptosis of breast cancer cells. In vivo, TD19/DOX-NPs achieved precise PAI-guided tumor localization, efficient tumor ablation (96.8% growth inhibition), and no observable acute systemic toxicity in the 4T1 mouse model. This study highlights the structure-function-therapeutic relationship of the designed semiconducting oligomer, linking its rational molecular engineering to chemo-photothermal synergy as a promising nanotheranostic candidate for breast cancer precision therapy.

Research on the impact of digital-intelligence integration on agricultural industry resilience: evidence from China
In the context of internal and external shocks, leveraging digital-intelligence technologies to enhance the resilience of the agricultural industry has become a focal point for countries around the world. This study, based on panel data from 30 provinces in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Tibet) from 2012 to 2022, examines the impact of digital intelligence integration on the resilience of the agricultural industry and its underlying mechanisms. The findings are as follows: (1) Overall, digital-intelligent integration significantly enhance agricultural industry resilience. For every one-unit increase in digital-intelligent integration, agricultural industry resilience increases by an average of 0.0865 units. Among these, the development of digital infrastructure and the promotion of digital technology applications have a positive effect on agricultural industry resilience, with impact coefficients of 0.6915 and 0.2038, respectively. (2) Digital-intelligence integration enhances agricultural industry resilience by promoting agricultural technological advancements, improving industry diversification, and alleviating labor misallocation; (3) In regions with lower levels of fiscal support for agriculture and higher levels of financial regulation, the impact of digital-intelligence integration on agricultural industry resilience is more significant. The conclusions of this study provide valuable insights and empirical evidence for both developing and developed countries to enhance agrarian industry resilience by improving the level of digital intelligence integration.

ABSTRACT High‐nickel ternary materials are considered as promising cathode materials for lithium‐ion batteries, primarily due to their high specific capacity and energy density. However, the crystal structure of high‐nickel cathode materials undergoes significant changes during charge and discharge cycles. The accumulated stress leads to the formation and growth of microcracks along the inter‐particle boundaries, ultimately compromising particle integrity. Repeated volume contractions and expansions eventually cause further pulverization of the material. In this study, Al 3+ ion doping was employed to stabilize the layered structure of the high‐nickel ternary materials. Al 3+ ‐doped LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 was synthesized by a one‐step solid‐state sintering method. The characterization confirmed that Al 3+ ions were successfully doped into the transition metal layers of the cathode material and formed stronger Al─O covalent bonds, which enhanced the stability of the bulk phase structure, suppressed phase transition, and microcracks. The cathode material doped with 1.5 mol.% Al 3+ exhibited excellent cycling stability, with a capacity retention rate increased by 15.01% after 600 cycles compared to the pristine specimen. In addition, Al 3+ doping reduces cation mixing and optimizes ion transport kinetics, the discharge capacity reached 145.5 mAh·g −1 at 10 C rate. Therefore, achieving Al 3+ ion doping through co‐lithium sintering provides an effective strategy for improving the performance of high‐nickel cathode materials in lithium‐ion batteries.
