Background. The article addresses one of the most urgent and critical aspects of social work – the psychological support of children of participants in the Special Military Operation (SMO) who died in service, as well as their families. The effectiveness and resilience of this support system directly affect the success of social adaptation and psychological recovery for those who have suffered the loss of loved ones and faced tragedy. The authors have developed technologies for psychological support for families of SMO participants and veterans. Psychological support is a comprehensive process focused on the emotional recovery and adaptation of a family to new life circumstances following a loss. The primary goals of support include reducing anxiety, overcoming post-traumatic stress, and creating conditions for the psychological and social well-being of the family. The purpose of this article is to develop and systematize methods and approaches for psychological support for families of participants in the Special Military Operation (SMO), based on an analysis of international and domestic experience, to enhance the effectiveness of social and psychological support in conditions of loss and post-traumatic stress. Research materials. Scientific articles and studies dedicated to psychological support for children and families of military personnel who have experienced loss, with an emphasis on traumatic stress, grief, and recovery; guidelines and practices concerning cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other psychotherapeutic approaches applied to children and adolescents in stressful situations; regulatory documents and legislative acts governing support for veterans and their families, including international experience in working with families of deceased military personnel; psychological tools and support algorithms developed in international and domestic practice for working with families who have lost relatives in military service. Research methods. Literature analysis – study and systematization of scientific works and publications on the topic of psychological support for military families, as well as adaptation of foreign experience to Russian practice. Comparative analysis — comparison of various approaches and algorithms for psychological assistance to children and families of deceased combatants to identify the most effective practices. Modeling — development of psychological support technologies based on the collected data, taking into account the specifics of working with children and families of military personnel. Analysis of regulatory documents – study of legal acts concerning social and psychological support for the families of deceased military personnel. To achieve the objectives, a literature analysis was conducted on the topic of psychological support for military families, including foreign studies, as well as a comparative analysis of various support approaches and algorithms. An overview of regulatory documents governing issues of social and psychological support for families of deceased military personnel in Russia and abroad was also carried out. Results. An analysis of effective methods of psychological assistance was conducted. The study identified the most effective methods of psychological support for children and their families in conditions of loss. Approaches aimed at addressing post-traumatic stress and grief were found to be particularly effective. In particular, methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional support techniques, and programs focused on reducing anxiety proved especially effective in restoring the psycho-emotional state of children and aiding their adaptation. The study also examined existing approaches to psychological assistance for military families, which were adapted to the specific needs of families of deceased SMO participants. The most effective forms of support were identified, including both individual and group methods that provide comprehensive emotional support to children and their families. The study confirmed the need for an integrated approach involving specialists from various fields: psychologists, social workers, educators, and medical professionals. This ensures more complete and effective support for children and their families, improves coordination between services, and thus enhances the quality of psychological assistance. An important result of the work was the identification of the need for an individualized approach to psychological assistance. Recommendations were developed for individualized support planning, taking into account the child’s age, specific experience of loss, and social environment. Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations were developed for the implementation of state programs for psychological and social support for the families of SMO participants, veterans, and deceased military personnel. The article discusses the essence and peculiarities of international recruitment, the importance of expatriates in an international company, as well as their place in each of the recruitment approaches. The article analyzes international recruitment strategies and expatriate hiring practices in the international food company Nestle, and assesses their impact on organizational efficiency. The relevance of the research is due to the growing globalization of business and the need for effective management of international teams in a competitive market. The research methodology is based on an integrated approach, including an analysis of scientific literature on international marketing and expatriation, study of internal documents and official reports of Nestlé, as well as the use of comparative analysis and expert evaluation methods. The research found that effective international recruitment strategies and professional recruitment of expatriates have a positive impact on the organizational efficiency of Nestlé.

The article highlights the role of psychological support in the rehabilitation process of individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), which is one of the key aspects of their social adaptation and improvement of the quality of life. It addresses modern scientific approaches to psychological and pedagogical support of individuals with ASD, in particular cognitive-behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), art therapy, sensory integration and alternative communication methods. The main challenges that complicate the provision of effective psychological care include the lack of qualified specialists, insufficient adaptation of methods to the individual characteristics of patients, low accessibility of rehabilitation services and social stigmatization of individuals with ASD. Particular attention is paid to the prospective development of the psychological support system, which include the personalization of therapeutic approaches, the increased state funding for rehabilitation programs, the integration of digital technologies into the psychocorrectional process and heightened public awareness regarding the features of autism. Expanding international cooperation in the field of autism research and implementing the best international practices is also a promising direction for the development of the rehabilitation system. The experience of foreign countries indicates the effectiveness of comprehensive programs that combine psychological support, inclusive education and social initiatives to increase the level of integration of people with ASD into society. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the prospects for enhancing the psychological support system are outlined. This includes the development of personalized therapeutic approaches, the integration of innovative methods, and the promotion of a more tolerant societal attitude. The article investigates the social and psychological aspects of adaptation among older adults in the context of forced displacement. The aim of the study is to identify the main features, challenges, and mechanisms of social and psychological adaptation for elderly individuals who have been internally displaced due to armed conflict, occupation, or other emergency situations. Particular attention is given to the impact of displacement on mental health, social connections, daily routines, and overall well-being. The study employs a combination of theoretical and empirical approaches. Methods include analysis of scientific literature, generalization of theoretical frameworks, and comparative analysis of social and psychological adaptation models. Emphasis is placed on understanding both the psychosocial and socio-economic dimensions of adaptation, as well as the interplay between individual coping strategies and environmental support. The findings indicate that older adults experience significant challenges during forced displacement, including heightened anxiety, fear for personal safety and the well-being of family members, social isolation, and disruption of habitual life patterns. Adaptation processes are influenced by individual resilience, access to social and economic resources, and the availability of psychological and community support. Three main forms of adaptation were identified: active adaptation, characterized by proactive engagement and efforts to restore autonomy; passive adaptation, focused on self-preservation and reliance on previously learned behavioral patterns; and situational adaptation, involving alternation between active coping and passive adjustment depending on circumstances. The results demonstrate that comprehensive social and psychological support, including counseling, group therapy, recreational activities, and community engagement, significantly enhances adaptation outcomes. Such support helps maintain psychological stability, rebuild social networks, and foster a sense of purpose and agency among displaced older adults. The study highlights the importance of integrating both psychosocial and socio-economic considerations into policies and programs aimed at supporting elderly internally displaced persons, ensuring their dignity, active participation in community life, and long-term well-being. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complex processes of adaptation in vulnerable elderly populations and provides practical recommendations for improving social and psychological interventions in the context of forced displacement.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant uncertainty in international business. This is due to the fact that the spread of the virus significantly affects the State policy on social restrictions, as well as on the economic behavior of the population, which, in turn, leads to the development of crisis phenomena in business. Therefore, international companies must adopt new corporate behaviors that are in line with proper health protocols, but taking into account the existing significant differences in the activities of these companies. The aim of the study is to identify the features of the transformation of management activities in international companies in the post-COVID period. The study was conducted using methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, which allowed to establish the risk factors of the COVID-19 pandemic for business, as well as their impact on the formation of a management strategy for international companies in the post-COVID period. As a result of the analysis of factual material, approaches to business risks management in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic are summarized. They include the study of macro- and micro-risks from an economic point of view and their impact on consumer behavior along wuth purchasing power. As result of the pandemic, businesses have experienced difficulties owing to a decrease in trade turnover caused by a decrease in consumer demand. It is proved that the easing of social restrictions on economic activity with regard to the danger of transmission of COVID-19 should be interpreted taking into account possible risks for international companies. That is, there is a need to transform risks management in international companies as response to COVID-19. It must be carried out in a disciplined manner and with zero tolerance for any negligence. It is substantiated that the new model of management activities of an international company should help control the spread of COVID-19 and, accordingly, should include three main stages – planning, introducing, and embedding. Future research in this scientific field will be more focused on the development of a risk management instrumentarium, based on the differentiated needs of international companies, which are due to the presence of significant differences in their activities.

The article considers the specific aspects of social and psychological adaptation of the military personnel after returning to civilian life. The authors of the article describe the psychological characteristics and ability of the military to socialize after the war. A number of methods were used to assess the psychological state of the military. The researchers define the social and psychological adaptation of military personnel as the result of changes in social, psychological, ethical, economic and demographic relations, as well as the adjustment of individuals to the existing social environment. The peculiar features of this adaptation are active conscious participation, the impact of human activity on the environment and the results of the changes in response to social context. The study was conducted at the «Tysovets» sports and military base among the servicemen aged 25 to 45. The researchers used various methods to analyze social and psychological adaptation, including the Adaptability-200 questionnaire for studying neuropsychological stability and resistance to deviant behavior, the 16-factor R. Kettell questionnaire for personality analysis, the Leongard-Schmiszek questionnaire for diagnosing personality accentuation, and a survey to determine the readiness of military personnel to adapt to the conditions of everyday civilian life. The results of the study showed that military personnel demonstrate a high level of neuropsychological stability and easily adapt to new challenges. They are not concerned about changes in their professional activities and adapt to them with ease. However, some individuals show signs of addictive and delinquent behavior. The analysis of the Kettell methodology revealed that many of them have a high degree of withdrawal and a low history of socializing with civilians. They have difficulty establishing contact with others and often categorize people as «friends» and «strangers». The veterans also demonstrated the low level of tolerance to frustration and irritability that can lead to neurotic symptoms. The Leongard-Schmiszek methodology proved that many military personnel have an anxiety type of personality accentuation, accompanied by severe agitation and restlessness. This can affect their ability to regulate their emotions and social relationships. Overall, the study highlights the importance of psychological support and assistance to veterans in the process of their social and psychological adaptation after returning from war. In the context of globalization and increasing academic mobility, studies on cross-cultural differences in the development of personal resources have gained particular importance. Psychological capital, which includes optimism, hope, resilience, and self-efficacy, is a key factor in students' successful adaptation and professional development. This review aims to identify and systematize cultural and social differences in the formation of psychological capital among college students in China and Russia. The review is based on the analysis of scientific literature published between 2015 and 2025. Methods of systematization, comparative analysis, and data synthesis were used. The search was conducted in the Google Scholar database using key terms in Russian and English. After filtering, 124 publications were selected for detailed analysis. From this array of sources, 30 of the most significant, representative, and methodologically sound publications were included in the reference list. It was found that the formation of psychological capital in China and Russia is determined by fundamentally different cultural paradigms (collectivism vs. individualism) and social contexts (systemic state support vs. fragmented local initiatives). Chinese students demonstrate a higher level of collectivist attitudes and social resilience, while Russian participants tend to exhibit a more individualistic orientation and a stronger sense of self-efficacy formed under conditions of greater personal responsibility. The results confirm the significance of cultural and social factors in shaping psychological capital. The need to develop adapted programs of psychological and pedagogical support that take into account national specifics is a key conclusion of the work. Future research prospects are related to an in-depth analysis of the influence of digital transformation on the development of students' personal resources in both countries.

In 2014, the Institute of Medicine published a meta-analysis on current military reintegration programs, suggesting they have failed to improve postdeployment behavioral health. In this chapter, I explore some of the issues associated with the two paradigm reintegration programs supported by the Department of Defense (DoD), namely, BATTLEMIND postdeployment debriefings and Master Resilience Training. My discussion will be located within a subpopulation of military personnel I call warriors, particularly those men who have been exposed to combat. In performing a normative analysis of current reintegration programs, I rely on an ethics of embodied personal presence as a derivative focus of both nursing ethics and the just war tradition. Using an interdisciplinary approach to evaluate warriors' experiences of training across the military life cycle illustrates how reintegration challenges have been construed as potential pathology because disembodied reintegration programs do not consider the influence of military training and lifestyle in the development of certain health behaviors. When compared to the warrior's lived experience, a broader set of reintegration challenges emerge that cannot be fully captured by the symptoms of posttraumatic stress. Therefore, new reintegration programs need to be developed. Although I do not provide explicit details concerning what these reintegration programs should look at, I suggest that the DoD turn to something akin to the Healthy People campaign.

Subject and purpose of the work Russian armed aggression sharply slowed down the socioeconomic development of Ukraine, causing colossal loss of human capital, productive and non-productive assets, and disruption of logistics and economic ties. Under the influence of these losses and destruction, the Ukrainian economy underwent significant changes. The purpose of the article is to assess the determinants of the structural and spatial transformation of the economy of Ukraine in a regional context. Materials and methods The information base of the study was official data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. During the study, methods of trend analysis of indicators of the volume of sold products, gross added value, output, employment, and labor productivity in the context of basic types of economic activity and regions of Ukraine were applied. The justification of the determinants of the structural and spatial transformation of the Ukrainian economy was based on methods of comparative analysis, data systematization, and scientific abstraction. Results Based on the analysis of the values of the gross domestic product indicator of Ukraine, structural changes in the national economy were diagnosed during 2021-2023. Vectors of development of basic types of economic activity, in particular, industry, agriculture, trade, and construction, were established in comparison with the losses incurred in the conditions of a full-scale war. The emphasis was on the positive transformation of the structure of output of industrial and, in particular, metallurgical products in Ukraine. Changes in the export potential of the domestic processing industry by production were analyzed. Changes in the economic specialization of the regions of Ukraine were determined by the criterion of the share of basic types of economic activity in gross value added. An assessment of the results of the functioning of the economies of the regions was carried out by indicators of the volume of products sold, output, employment, and labor productivity. Conclusions Despite significant losses and destruction as a result of a full-scale war, the economy of Ukraine is gradually recovering. All basic types of economic activity demonstrate positive development dynamics. The restoration of the industrial sector of the Ukrainian economy is taking place mainly through increasing the production of defense products, which stimulated the accelerated development of all segments of mechanical engineering. The prospects for further development of the Ukrainian economy lie in the plane of neo-industrialization.

The country's financial system is considered to be the true heart of the national economy, ensuring effective cash flow management and financial and economic stability, facilitating investment and creating conditions for its further development. Problem statement.The financial sector is characterized by constant transformations, which are driven, among other things, by the country's gradual transition to a digital economy. This creates a need for financial services market participants to transform their business processes based on the active implementation and advanced use of digital technologies. Unresolved aspects of the problem. The theoretical basis of the study is the work of modern foreign and domestic researchers devoted to the study of the impact of digitalization processes on the functioning of the economy and its financial sector, as well as certain aspects of digital transformation at different levels of socio-economic systems. Purpose of the article. The purpose of the study was to identify key markers of the development of fintech companies in Ukraine and to build a deterministic conceptual model of digital transformation of financial services market participants. Presentation of the main material. The object of the study is the financial sector of Ukraine's economy and financial services market participants, in particular, fintech companies. The article examines certain indicators of the functioning of financial banking and non-banking services market participants in Ukraine in the context of the country's strategic course towards digitalization. The determinants are identified and a determinant conceptual model of digital transformation of financial services market participants is built. The study used statistical and dynamic analysis methods, methods of logical generalization, and applied a deterministic approach to building a conceptual model of digital transformation of financial services market participants. Conclusions. Based on open analytical materials, the key markers of the development of fintech companies in Ukraine are identified in terms of parameters characterizing their human resources, the spread of the Internet and innovations, the level of digital quality of life, the contribution of IT services to GDP, the dynamics of the number of market participants, their financial condition and performance, localization and access to the global arena. The determinants of digital transformation are identified, namely: digital context, digital adoption, digital vision, digital competence, digital management, and digital maturity. The conducted research creates the basis for making and implementing management decisions at the level of individual participants in the financial services market regarding the digital transformation of activities.

Aim. To identify the features of the relationship between ethnonational attitudes and indicators of life satisfaction and subjective well-being among university students in the new subjects of the Russian Federation. Methodology. The empirical study was conducted using the “Scale of Ethnonational Attitudes” (O. E. Khukhlaev, I. M. Kuznetsov, N. V. Tkachenko), which provides a multidimensional approach to studying respondents’ generalized attitudes toward nationality and interethnic relations. These attitudes are perceived in Russian public discourse as equivalent to the concept of ethnicity. Additionally, the “Warwick-Edinburgh Scale of Psychological Well-Being” (adapted by S. K. Nartov-Bochaver) was used to assess the level of subjective well-being. Finally, the questionnaire “Life Satisfaction” (N. N. Melnikova) was employed to examine subjective feelings of satisfaction with life. Results. It has been found that among university students from the new subjects of the Russian Federation who are migrants, nationalistic attitudes are associated with lower subjective well-being and lower life satisfaction. On the other hand, patriotic attitudes are linked to higher levels of these indicators. These findings suggest that ethnonational attitudes play a significant role in the subjective well-being of these students, highlighting the importance of considering ethnocultural factors in developing psychological support programs. However, in students from other parts of Russia, these relationships are less prominent or non-existent, indicating a specific role for ethnonational identity in the adaptation process. Research implications. The theoretical significance of the study is to clarify the influence of ethnonational attitudes on the subjective well-being and civic identity of students in the process of their social adaptation. The results obtained will make deeper understanding of the mechanisms possible by which ethnicity and related attitudes can both facilitate and hinder students’ adaptation to new conditions. The practical significance of the research is due to the possibility of using the data obtained for the development and implementation of programs for psychological support and prevention of maladaptation of students in new regions of the Russian Federation. This will make it possible to create more effective strategies for helping students who have difficulty adapting due to ethnonational factors.

The paper discusses the issues of institutional integrated systematic support for ensuring social adaptation and reintegration of United Forces Operation (UFO) (formerly ATO) participants and internally displaced persons (IDPs). Insights are provided on the "Program of support, social adaptation and reintegration of Ukrainian citizens who moved from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and areas of the anti-terrorist operation to other regions of Ukraine" along with the laws and Government regulations on the maintenance of social adaptation of the above population group in terms of efficient utilization of their labor potential. The study of different dimensions in promoting integration and social adaptation of the IDPs and UFO (ATO) participants allowed to identify the following subsequent stages in the process of integration of displaced persons into the local community: the preliminary phase affected by the integration factors; initial (adaption period); modification (transformation) stage related to the integration implementation; and the resultant one reinforcing the integration indicators. It has been revealed that large-scale integration involves: adjustment of a range of social and economic indicators; ensuring equal treatment to migrants within local community; providing conflict-free interaction; effective cooperation and partnership; long-lasting multi-level relationships; satisfaction with social status, comfort; positive perception of the environment in harmony with self-perception; positive demographic dynamics; linking the future of the community with the national labor potential enhancement. The research findings on the specifics of providing the institutional integrated systematic support for social adaptation and reintegration of UFO (ATO) participants and IDPs have enabled to build up and generalize the dimensions for promoting integration and social adaptation of the given population group concerned.

The development of a global economy is impossible without economic ups and downs, which disrupt economic stability. The growth of the crisis in Ukrainian companies is no exception. In world practice, there are many methods for estimating the possibility of companies’ bankruptcy. At the same time, there are no methodological approaches to setting up the possible commencement of company’s liquidation during its bankruptcy. The article aims to develop a methodology for estimating the possibility of company’s liquidation due to the introduction of its bankruptcy procedure and to determine the financial potential of the company based on the Ukrainian economy. Statistical surveys about the activities of Ukrainian companies were conducted. Using a discriminant analysis, a four-factor model for estimating the possibility of companies’ liquidation undergoing bankruptcy was developed. An appropriate scale has been constructed to interpret the values obtained using the collective expert estimation method. The matrix method was applied to construct matrices of pairwise comparison for the results of qualitative assessment.It has been proposed to assess the liquidation of a company by determining the conditional probability of such liquidation. A matrix of the pairwise comparison of the qualitative assessment results has been constructed for the company’s bankruptcy procedure commencement probability and that for the company’s liquidation procedure commencement. It has been substantiated that the level of the company’s financial potential is the reverse indicator of the probability value for the bankruptcy and the liquidation of that company. Matrices have been constructed that qualitatively assess probabilistic level of the financial potential both for the companies at the bankruptcy stage and for those whose bankruptcy procedure has not yet begun. The results of the testing confirm the correctness of the proposed methods and the expediency of their application.

Introduction. Given the emerging challenges associated with the ongoing conflict, the implementation of innovative rehabilitation approaches is imperative to preserve military personnel's combat morale and facilitate their successful reintegration into civilian society. Aim. To review and synthesize scientific research on innovative rehabilitation methods for military personnel, including state-of-the-art prosthetic technologies, and assess their impact on physical and psychological recovery. Materials and methods. This study presents a comprehensive analysis and generalization of current scientific literature, guidelines, and expert recommendations related to the justification and implementation of medical and social rehabilitation strategies for military personnel who have undergone limb amputation due to combat-related injuries during the war in Ukraine. Results. The full-scale war in Ukraine, which began in 2022, has served as a powerful catalyst for the development and integration of innovative technologies in medical rehabilitation, particularly in the field of prosthetics. The widespread occurrence of traumatic injuries among military personnel, especially limb amputations, has created an urgent demand for high-tech solutions aimed at restoring lost functionality. In response to these challenges, domestic and international scientific and engineering communities have intensified efforts to develop advanced prosthetic systems based on bioengineering, robotics, neurotechnology, and additive manufacturing achievements. Particular attention has been given to the development of bionic prostheses capable of not only morphologically replicating lost limbs but also restoring their functional capabilities through the use of sensory systems, neural interfaces, and machine learning algorithms. The integration of cutting-edge technologies into prosthetics is regarded as a promising direction in rehabilitation medicine, contributing to improved quality of life and full social reintegration of affected individuals. Conclusions. Innovative approaches to the rehabilitation of military personnel after limb amputation and prosthetics occupy a key position in modern medical practice. The effectiveness of the rehabilitation process is ensured through a comprehensive approach that includes physical therapy, psychological support, social integration measures, and the application of high-tech solutions.

Introduction. The problem of psychological support for students is always very relevant, especially in the conditions of military conflicts and crisis situations. War, conflict or other stressful events significantly affect the mental state of children and adolescents. It is important to investigate and analyze the peculiarities of psychological support of the participants of the educational process in the realities of the war in Ukraine. The relevance of this problem is manifested in the negative impact of excessive excitement, stress, anxiety and learning, the general development of children, the preservation of mental health and positive microclimate in the team. This requires a systematic response from educational institutions, government agencies and specialists in the field of psychology to provide support for children and adults who have experienced stressful situations due to military conflicts or other events. Purpose. Military conflict impact assessment on the mental health of participants in the educational process for the development and implementation of a psychological support program. Methods. The scientific research used the method of critical analysis of scientific and methodical literature, practical experience. The following methods were widely used: observation, interview, questionnaire, rating, modeling, survey, focus group, empirical experiment. Results. The study analyzed the impact of war events on the psyche and emotional state of participants in the educational process. The results of an empirical study of psychological indicators, which include an assessment of the level of stress, anxiety, depression and other mental reactions among students and teachers, are summarized; revealed their experiences, experiences and mental state during the war period. Based on the received data, a program of psychological support that meets specific needs has been developed. This program includes individual consultations, group sessions, stress resistance training and psychological meetings. Possible strategies of psychological support and methods of assistance for teachers in working with children during military operations are considered. Practical advice and recommendations for psychologists, teachers and parents are offered, which are aimed at ensuring effective psychological protection and support of participants in the educational process in the realities of the war in Ukraine. Originality. A program of psychological support for participants in the educational process in war conditions has been developed and adapted. The program includes individual consultations, group classes, stress resistance training and psychological classes. Conclusion.
