Применение системного подхода при переходе от текстового описания проектной деятельности к системам автоматизированной поддержки информационных решений

Purpose: development of recommendations for the study of security-oriented disciplines by students of higher educational institutions. Methodology: Analysis and generalisation of research results regarding the need of higher education students to study security-oriented disciplines. Results: In the conditions of modern warfare, knowledge and understanding of security issues are of critical importance for students of technical specialties. It helps them to be aware of the threats and risks associated with armed conflict and make the right decisions to ensure personal and collective security, and provides the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively respond to emergencies and save lives. Therefore, in the article: information on the state of higher education in Ukraine until February 2022 has been studied and summarised; the need of students of higher technical education to study security-oriented disciplines during the war was investigated; an expert survey was conducted among students who are studying for the Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees of two higher technical educational institutions – the State Higher Educational Institution “Donetsk National Technical University” and Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. It was established that about eighty percent of the respondents are in favour of mandatory study of security-oriented disciplines during martial law, as an opportunity to ensure their own safety and the safety of others, help others and be useful in war conditions. A new concept of civil security education in higher technical institutions under martial law from the point of view of studying individual disciplines is proposed, which consists of the following: improvement of training plans for higher education applicants. recommendations for students of technical higher education institutions to study the following disciplines (in order of priority): “Life safety”, “Occupational safety”, “Fire safety”, “Civil protection”, “Environmental safety”, “Psychology of hazards”. Mandatory courses for students on pre-medical care, psychological help for themselves and others, military training should be introduced. Scientific innovation: a scientific approach has been developed to clarify the new concept of civil security education in higher technical institutions under martial law. Practical significance: the results of the work can be used in the preparation of educational plans for applicants of higher technical educational institutions.

This article presents the results of a pedagogical study on the relationship between motivation and self-education competence among students of higher technical education (specialties 131, 133, 174). The relevance of the research topic is emphasized, particularly in the context of the challenging educational realities faced by higher technical education institutions (HTEI), where student motivation and well-developed self-directed learning skills become decisive factors for successful academic and cognitive performance. The study identified a correlation between students’ motivation levels and their self-education competence: students with higher motivation scores also demonstrated higher levels of self-education competence. It was found that students enrolled in the second (master’s) level of higher education exhibit greater motivation and self-education competence, indicating more clearly defined plans and goals for professional self-realization. The study highlights the importance of a motivating educational environment within higher technical institutions, as well as the role of internal motivation and developed self-education competence in ensuring students’ academic success.

The article examines the history of establishment of the Kharkiv Practical Technological Institute in the broad context of modernization processes. The history of the Practical Technological Institute in Kharkiv is considered in the context of socio-economic changes in the South of the Russian Empire, primarily in the "Ukrainian provinces", in the last third of XIX – early XX centuries. The methodological basis of the article is the modernization approach. Changes that took place in the Russian Empire in the last third of the XIX – early XX century are considered as a modernization movement. Modernization is understood as a complex number of transformations that society is undergoing on the path of development from traditional agricultural to urban and industrial. We proceed from the fact that modern society of that time was aware of the speed of industrial production, the need for qualified engineering personnel. The training of such personnel required the opening of local higher education institutions. The processes of industrialization, migration and urbanization, due to the modernization theory, were the main components of social development in the XIX century. The approach chosen by the authors allowed to analyze the formation of higher technical institutions in the Russian Empire, on the example of the Kharkiv Practical Institute of Technology, within these changes. The approach within the new imperial history enabled us to take into account the socio-political subtext of the situation and the decisions that contributed to the establishment of technical universities in the south of the empire. An important aspect of our article is the European context. We investigated the general tendencies of opening similar to Kharkiv educational institutions. We can see certain commonalities, which allows us to explore the problem more deeply. We came to the conclusion that, the emergence of a higher technical educational institution ‒ Kharkiv Practical Technological Institute, in Kharkiv was due to the demand of local elites, which was met by the highest bureaucracy of St. Petersburg, as well as the situation in the city itself. This compromise did not cancel the rivalry, both at the highest bureaucratic level – the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of National Education, and at the regional level, in particular Kharkiv university elite and the inspirers of the idea of a separate technical institution.

I.—SUPPLY AND OUTPUT OF STUDENTS. TWO of the chief subjects dealt with in the report of the Government Committee on the position of natural science in the educational system of Great Britain, of which ia summary was given in NATURE of April 18, are (1) the need for concerted efforts to increase the number oif students at universities and higher technical institutions with the view of securing a larger supply of trained scientific workers required for industrial, and other purposes, and (2) that increased grants of public money are required to equip the universities for their work in pure and applied science, and to enable a substantial reduction of fees to be made. Few particulars are given an the report to show how the position of Great Britain as regards university and higher technical education compares with those of countries like Germany and the United States, though the evidence which sucth a comparison affords strengthens greatly the case presented. It may be worth whale, therefore, to bring kagelther some facts which accentuate ithe need and urgency of action in the directions indicated by Sir J. J. Thornson's Committee.

The formation of architectural compositions in the city of Kharkiv is examined through the contributions of professors of the Kharkiv Practical Technological Institute (KhPTI, now NTU “KhPI”). Established in 1885, KhPTI became the first higher technical institution in Upper-Dnieper Ukraine. The institute served not only as an educational center but also as a hub of architectural innovation and a training ground for new engineering professionals. The architects who taught at KhPTI left a substantial architectural legacy that reshaped the city’s appearance. This legacy includes the works of S.I. Zahoskin, O.M. Beketov, M.Z. Kharmanskyi, O.H. Molokin, and V.Kh. Nemkin. These architects not only taught at the institution but also actively participated in competitions and engaged in exchanging ideas through societies and journals. Research on the architectural heritage of these specialists remains relevant, as it allows us to trace how the activities of educators at academic institutions influence the development of urban infrastructure and architectural style.

The monograph "Models and indicators of technosphere safety" is based on previously published works of the authors and represents an attempt from engineering positions to present and reveal by examples the order and sequence of actions of the expert on the construction of logical models and parametric conditions of occurrence of accidents and their prerequisites mainly by means of the parametric model "impact – attenuation – susceptibility". The analysis and systematization of the main methods of calculation of safety indicators and (or) risk of the system based on the probability or possibility as an "objective" or "subjective" measures. Elementary logical models are systematized, which are obtained on the basis of the analysis of linguistic models of incidents in specific systems of the type "protection – object – environment – person". Collected rules convert the logical models in probabilistic and vozmozhnostey (fuzzy) functions of the vertex of the outcomes and presents the typical options of calculation of indicators of the system. Developed and illustrated with a parametric model allowing to calculate the probability and (or) vozmozhnostyu measures apical outcomes in a complex system of almost the entire range of values of the parameters of exposure and susceptibility. A combined version of the calculation of probability and possibility measures for the reduced parametric safety margin of the system is obtained and tested using an additional error function and the obtained analytical and calculated dependences of the possibility function of the vertex outcomes. On the basis of the proposed models and methods, the calculation of safety and risk indicators of specific technical and environmental systems was performed. Performed set-theoretic and a linguistic formalization of the task of assessing the levels of insurance contributions to the statistically unusual systems. The monograph was developed the unified issues of formalization, modeling and evaluation safety and risk of complex technical and (or) ecological systems with the aim of developing a model of logical and parametric models to the assumptions of the accident and (or) emergencies. The widespread consideration of these theoretical issues will eventually lead to the creation of a single statistical data Bank for practical tasks in labour protection, insurance and various types of examination. In didactic aspect the presented material serves as a basis for a comprehensive presentation of such academic disciplines as "System analysis and modeling of safety", "Calculation of safety and risk indicators", "Fundamentals of Risk", "Monitoring of safety", "Noxology", which contributes to the success in the implementation of training tasks and practical work on the analysis, justification and (or) optimization of methods and means of protection of workers and potentially dangerous objects.

This paper discusses aspects related to the formation of professional and legal competence in the process of scientific and educational process of training bachelors of engineering and technical profile. A modern professional should be not only qualified literate, but also socially competent, and also often legally literate, be able to coordinate, manage and obey himself, resolve conflicts and be able to make decisions within the existing legal framework, etc. For this, it is advisable for a future bachelor know legislative and other regulatory legal acts, be able to use them productively in practical professional work. Purpose of the study: to determine the essence and properties of the structural components of the formation of legal competence of bachelors in the process of vocational training. When solving particular problems of theoretical research, methods were comprehensively used such as analysis of methodological, philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical literature on the problem of research, study of legislative and regulatory acts on higher education and the functioning of technical institutions, synthesis and generalization of information received on subject of research. The structure of legal competence, as well as objective and subjective properties of legal competence are revealed. Legal competence is presented as a complex, integrative education, consisting of a complex system of knowledge, abilities, skills and individual qualities of a future bachelor of engineering and technical specialties. Moreover, the content of legal knowledge should be adequate to the professional activity of the future bachelor, and only if this condition is met this knowledge will contribute to the improvement of his legal competence.

Research goal: the research is aimed at theoretical substantiation of applying the augmented reality technology and its peculiarities at higher technical educational institutions. Research objectives: the research is to solve the problems of determining the role and place of the technology in the educational process and its possible application to physics training. Object of research: teaching physics to students of higher technical educational institutions. Subject of research: the augmented reality technology as a component of the training process at higher educational institutions. Research methods used: theoretical methods include analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical methods include studying and observation of the training process. Research results: analysis of scientific publications allows defining the notion of augmented reality; application of augmented reality objects during laboratory practical works on physics is suggested. Main conclusions. introduction of the augmented reality technology in the training process at higher technical educational institutions increases learning efficiency, facilitates students’ training and cognitive activities, improves the quality of knowledge acquisition, provokes interest in a subject, promotes development of research skills and a future specialist’s competent personality.

The evolution of Engineering Education (EE) in India has been drastic from the British era to the present day. EE in India started during the British era and focused mainly on civil engineering. In 1945 a Government Committee was appointed to suggest options for advanced technical education in India which recommended the establishment of higher technical institutes based on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the four regions of India which resulted in setting up five Indian Institutes of Technology and the 20 Regional Engineering colleges just after independence was one of the first milestone achieved by Independent India. Then, there are a large number of State Government Engineering Colleges, often affiliated to a University and having a limited or no autonomy about curriculum, examinations, degree granting, etc. The great demand for engineering and technical education has led to the mushrooming of a large number of private engineering colleges. Since the establishment of IIT Kharagpur in 1951, India has a total of 3,393 engineering colleges as on May, 2012. In spite of the large number of engineering colleges in India, as per the third edition of the National Employability Report, Engineering Graduates - 2014, only 18.33% of the Indian engineers are employable and only about 18.09% actually get a job. This alarming survey indicates the need of a paradigm shift in today's school of engineering learning and training so that we may not only target increased employability but also set our eyes on ameliorating research and innovation into Engineering Education. This paper presents the work conducted by the Centre of Engineering Education Development (CEED) at KG Reddy college of Engineering and Technology, which was established to continuously work towards improving the teaching learning process by implementation of new pedagogies. The focus will be on implementation of active learning into the lecture delivery, it's impact on the student's, subsequent results and the future scope of work.

In the present Research work an attempt has been made to compute quality of higher technical Institute by incorporating various important parameters such as faculty strength, Placement of students, faculty satisfaction, student's satisfaction etc. The impact of these factors on quality of higher technical education is studied by constructing a system dynamic model for policy planning for optimum quality in higher technical education system.

The article deals with the problem of competitiveness of higher education graduates of modern higher technical institutions by introducing dual education. A dual mode of study includes a combination of the theory at the higher education institution and practice at the enterprise. One of the most important educational tasks is to provide the future specialist with a workplace with the balancing of the demand and supply of specialists in the labor market. A combination of training and practice (work on a specialty) will facilitate the development of the necessary competences of a future specialist.
