Digital technologies foster intensification of transformation processes on insurance market. Insurance market development depends on efficient introduction of digital insurance technologies, which give an opportunity to compete with global innovation technologies providing information security on global space. The article studies acute issues of insurance market development in conditions of digital technologies. On the basis of digital insurance analysis the article shows importance of further introduction of digital technologies into insurance industry in order to raise quality of insured’ protection and to develop insurance business in digital economy. The authors came to the conclusion that digital insurance is a result of the stable and effective development of finance market. Factors influencing insurance market development were identified, the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on insurance industry was demonstrated and acute types of insurance in these conditions were studied. The role of finance theory and insurance education in insurance market transformation was described as well as the necessity of system upgrading of education technologies.

The digital technologies’ development requires the determination of directions and advantages of their implementation and using, designing the ways and implementation structure. The article proposes the directions and marks advantages of introduction, use, and development of digital technologies, and identifying and analysis of market entities and the structure of their interaction. It will allow differentiating such interaction by groups of entities and detail the possibilities, and the ways of digital technologies using in all areas of implementation, and will contribute to achieving the benefits from digitalisation of business activities’ various types. Matrixes for the digital technologies using and matrixes for using the digital technologies’ effectiveness for authorities and business structures have been proposed. The compilation and analysis of these matrixes will make it possible to identify the most attractive areas for the introduction of digital technologies and ways for the development and interaction of business structures and all market entities.

The paper considers the directions and problems of digital technologies development in certain industries and areas of activity. Currently, the industries demonstrate different levels of digital maturity. In some industries, there are so-called “superstar” firms that have, unlike traditional companies, a higher level of productivity and derive maximum benefits from digital technologies. “Superstars” set trends in the development of digitalization in their industries. Other industries are far from their potential to use digital technologies. The speed of implementation of innovative solutions in the business processes of companies depends both on the external environment, and on the problems and risks that are generated by such solutions. Some of such problems are discussed in this article. On an example of tourism and network retail, the author describes the industry specifics of the advantages and restrictions of the development of some digital technologies, including digital platforms, the Internet of Things, blockchain technology, and mobile applications. For many companies, the introduction of digital technologies is a complex process not only from the technical, but also from the management side, requiring a digital strategy, implementation plan, and a comprehensive assessment of possible risks and benefits for firms. The paper highlights the necessary components of a digital strategy that meets the goals of the digital transformation of companies. Special attention is paid to the industry features and specifics of the market in which the company operates.

This article considers the impact of digital technologies on the organizational development of an enterprise. It shows the relevance and neces- sity of studying the topic at the present time. At different stages of its develop- ment, the company faces certain difficulties that prevent further growth and further transition from one stage of the organization’s life cycle to another. In industries, businesses are reengineering business processes and even entire business models to transform big data and apply them to achieve competitive advantage. The trend towards digital transformation of related value systems using information and communication technologies (ICT) can be considered as an opportunity for organizational development of the enterprise. Businesses use digital technologies such as IoT platforms, advanced human-machine interfaces, the authentication and fraud detection tools, 3D printing, smart sensors, big data Analytics, and more. Digital technologies can be profitable for an enterprise by saving costs, expanding connectivity, and being more flexible and adaptable to a digital environment that is becoming more complex and competitive. In the scientific literature, there are many studies devoted to the study of organizational development of the enterprise. Almost every concept considers organizational development from the point of view of distinguish- ing stages of the life cycle of organizations. Each functioning enterprise at one time or another of its development is at one or another stage of the life cycle of the organization (LC). The article considers the main stages of the orga- nizational life cycle growth up to I. Adizes model and that of L. Greiner. The life cycle stages are correlated according to two concepts and possible issues arising at separate stages of development are identified; as well as the potential complications and their possible solutions through the digital technologies implementation and use. It should be noted that the introduction of digital technologies implies deep changes in the way the interaction of the external and internal environment of the enterprise works at all stages of the life cycle of the organization. The introduction of digital technologies can lead to the emer- gence of new business models for relationships between the company and its customers: customers have direct access to communication with the company, which facilitates the exchange of data between them, but at the same time it forces the enterprise to pay attention to its digital reputation and invest in it. It is revealed that the introduction of digital technologies in the organizational development of the enterprise requires the inculcation of a digital culture that supports that change: namely, an organizational culture suitable for the digital transformation of the enterprise. It is worth noting that in order to apply digi- tal technologies and benefit from them, it is extremely important that new tools are understood, accepted and adapted by employees to their daily work.

Purpose. The aim of the article is substantiation of the role of digital infrastructure in the process of digital transformation of Ukraine and analysis of the possibilities of using blockchain technologies. Methodology of research. General and special methods of economic research are used in the course of scientific research, in particular: analysis and synthesis to reveal the economic essence of digital infrastructure; statistical and graphic methods ‑ in the analysis of world trends in the development of information and communication technologies, methods of induction and deduction, abstract and logical method ‑ in drawing conclusions from the results of the study. Finding. Definitions of digital economy, suggested in domestic economic literature, are considered. The author’s definition of this concept is substantiated. Areas of activity have been identified in which the introduction of digital technologies will play a decisive role in the context of digital transformation. The Concept of the development of the digital economy and society of Ukraine and the directions of digital development defined by this Concept are considered. The types of digital infrastructures and the main digital technologies that ensure their formation are given. The essence of the concept of blockchain and the scope of its possible application in Ukraine in order to protect data and ensure cybersecurity is revealed. Originality. The author's definition of digital economy is offered, in which special value is given to introduction and real use of digital technologies in various spheres of human activity. The role of digital infrastructure and main technologies that ensure its formation is substantiated. The directions of using blockchain technologies and measures that need to be implemented for further digital transformation of Ukraine are proposed. Practical value. The results of the study will contribute to the formation of the institutional basis for further development of information technologies in Ukraine, their introduction into the real sector of the economy, and in the future ‑ building an effective digital economy focused on innovation in production and services. The presented monograph examines the economy of modern China. Of particular interest are the issues of e-commerce. The current stage of global economic development is characterized by the widespread introduction of new digital technologies and a gradual transition to a digital economy model. In this regard, a new form of international trade has appeared — e-commerce. The new trading system seems to be the future of an effective digital economic system, as it implies the reform of strategies, models, operations, products, marketing, supported by the introduction of digital technologies, and a complete change in the management structure in the political, economic and social spheres. The historical and current processes of forming a new agenda for the transformation of the world economy in the context of energy transition are analyzed, as well as a number of modern works on this topic are analyzed and evaluated accordingly. The current state and prospects of tourism development in the People’s Republic of China are considered. The introduction of digital technologies by business entities and their impact on the operational activities and financial discipline of transport companies in the fourth digital revolution are studied. Industry 4.0 is a fully automated production with real-time control. The sphere of transport in Industry 4.0 is characterized by the following processes of digitalization development: use of big data and cloud technologies; robotics development; the spread of the IoT; blockchain; crowdsourcing. Today, the next direction of digital technologies in transport is being developed, such as traffic control automation. The introduction and use of information technology to manage operational activities in transport enterprises is a control over the condition and location of vehicles, cargo or drivers on the basis of GPS-technologies and on- board computer systems. The next direction of introduction of digital technologies in transport is the use of electronic logistics. The financial discipline of transport enterprises is carried out by various digital technologies that analyze and control the activities of enterprises, namely: electronic data interchange (EDI), FMS fleet management system, electronic financial transactions, CCTV cameras, cataloged databases. The competitiveness of transport companies is now inextricably linked with the use of digital technologies in operational activities and to ensure financial discipline, it is effective to: stimulate the transition to payment information and electronic circulation of invoices between companies; creation of electronic files which will allow to keep the detailed account of all components of work of the transport enterprise; for the effective application of digital technologies for the development of "electronic skills"; use of Digital Data, Big data, blockchain, crowdsourcing and other technologies.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (FIR) is radically changing the way people live, work and interact through the introduction of digital technologies that integrate into all spheres of society. ChPR is based on a complex of innovations, such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, robotics, virtual and augmented reality, cloud computing, big data and 5G. These technologies make it possible to achieve new levels of automation, individualization and efficiency of production and business processes, as well as significantly increase the speed of information exchange and processing. Artificial intelligence opens up possibilities for the creation of intelligent systems capable of making decisions based on the analysis of large amounts of data, which are used in the financial sector, medicine, logistics, agriculture and the entertainment industry. The Internet of Things (IoT) creates "smart" ecosystems where everyday objects interact with each other over the network, providing users with new conveniences, from automated "smart" homes to "smart" cities. Blockchain, in turn, ensures the reliability and transparency of transactions and finds its application not only in the financial sphere, but also in logistics, legal transactions and even in voting systems. In addition, digital technologies contribute to the growth of manufacturing flexibility, which allows companies to quickly adapt to changes in demand, and robotics and automation create new production models where human labor is replaced by high-precision machines. With cloud computing, businesses have the ability to access powerful computing resources without significant capital investment, making innovation more accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. However, with the development of CSPR, new challenges arise, in particular, the threat of cyber security, the need to adapt personnel to new technologies, and the need for legislative regulation that protects users' personal data. The labor market is also changing: routine work is being replaced by automated systems, which requires improving the skills of employees and promotes the development of new professions. Digital CNC technologies change all aspects of our lives, transforming not only the economic model, but also the social structure, relations between countries, as well as developing a new level of technological interaction that can affect all spheres of society.

Global digital technologies permeate all modern aspects of society. In private life, in business, in the activities of state bodies, advanced technologies are widely used. The development and spread of the Internet and modern technology is often associated with the digital revolution, which fundamentally and rapidly changes the picture of the world around us and the structure of relations in it. It should be noted that the agro-industrial complex in particular, like the entire agricultural industry as a whole, is actively involved in the digitalization process. This trend is due to the general directions of the social and economic development of our state, which is reflected in the Main directions of the Government of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024 [11] In particular, one of the key tasks is: the introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions in public administration and the provision of public services, including in the interest of the public. Digitalization of the agro-industrial complex should result in the development of agriculture capable of ensuring the food security of the country and the improvement of the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex; Promoting digitalization of the economy, creating conditions for the development of new sectors of the economy, ensuring the most favorable conditions for innovation; Promoting innovation and investment, including investment in human capital; Ensuring development of infrastructure and improvement of its quality, use of digitalization and innovative technologies for this purpose.

Introduction. The development of computerization and digital technologies in the world leads to their widespread use in the educational process of higher education, at the same time, the modern digital society poses new challenges for national education in terms of training students, who will flexibly adapt to real-life practical situations, think creatively, generate ideas, freely navigate information flows, and be able to search, process, create and use digital information through technical, software, hardware, network and other means of digital technologies. The use of such technologies is extremely relevant today, as there is an urgent need for new approaches to the training of physical therapy specialists due to a number of social factors associated with the deterioration of the health of different age groups, an increase in injuries and disabilities among civilians and military personnel caused by military operations in our country. The purpose of the publication is to substantiate the use of digital technologies in the training of future specialists in the specialty 227 Therapy and Rehabilitation of the educational program "Physical Therapy". Methods. Theoretical analysis of scientific sources, generalization, systematization and comparison of the collected material, modeling. Results. The concepts of pedagogical technology, innovative technology, digitalization of education, digital technology, medical information system have been clarified. The specifics of training specialists in the speciality "Physical Therapy" and functional responsibilities in the future profession are clarified. The article outlines the positions of domestic scholars on the interpretation of the term "digital technology". Some consider this concept as digital resources (platforms, applications, messengers, programmes), others as teaching methods, technical (computer) learning tools. In most scientific sources, the definition of digital technology is presented in terms of various options for combining elements of existing other technologies (interactive, project-based, person-centered) with computer-based learning tools. It has been found that digital technologies are actively used not only in the educational process of higher education institutions, including medical ones, but also in the practical activities of health care institutions. Attention was focused on the practical use of educational simulations, telemedicine, teleexamination, online consultation, electronic health care system (eHealth), medical information systems (Health 24, Doctor Eleks, Helsi), and artificial intelligence in the work of physical therapists. The article presents variants of combining elements of digital and other teaching technologies in practical classes in the discipline "Pedagogy and the Art of Teaching" for students of the second (master's) level of the educational programme "Physical Therapy", speciality "Therapy and Rehabilitation". Conclusion. The use of digital technologies in combination with elements of other innovative technologies ensures effective training of future physical therapists and enriches the process of communicative interaction between the teacher and students in practical classes in the discipline "Pedagogy and the Art of Teaching" for second (master's) level students. Further research needs to highlight the problem of distinguishing between methods and means of teaching that encompass digital technologies. The development of the digital economy and digital technologies of quality management requires improving the training of quality specialists. The traditional path of a small change in the curriculum no longer provides the necessary level of qualification of graduates. There was a need to develop new training courses and specializations at the bachelor's and master's level. As an example, we can cite the new course "Quality Management based on digital technologies", implemented at the Department "Quality Management" in MAI. Especially relevant is the introduction of digital technologies in the new curricula that are being prepared as part of the reorganization of the nomenclature of specialties and areas of training. This also applies to postgraduate studies, where the new nomenclature has already been approved and will be introduced next year. Within the framework of the new specialty 5.2.22, which includes the existing 05.02.22 (Production Organization) and 05.02.23 (Quality Management), digital technologies are included in the specialty passport.

The article analyzes key factors of introduction and realization of digital marketing technologies into economic activity of business entities. The relevance of research is determined by the fact that in the modern world digital technologies are one of the decisive factors of successful promotion in practically any sphere of economy, entrepreneurship and business. It has been established that marketing in the field of entrepreneurial activity will experience the greatest transformation under the influence of processes of digitalization. It is pointed out that at present time, the development of the latest technologies has led to the emergence of an innovative type of marketing activity – digital marketing. It is noted that digital technologies transform the functions of marketing activity of entrepreneurial entities, providing new possibilities of personalization and individual configuration of marketing programs. The basic prerequisites that determine the possibility and necessity of technological development of marketing policy of entrepreneurial structures in the digital environment have been identified. Key trends of economic activity of entrepreneurial entities that needs to introduce digital marketing technologies are identified. Factors of development of marketing digital technologies have been established. The marketing policy tools and technological solutions, the exploitation of which, will improve marketing activity of entrepreneurial subjects, are specified. The advantages of using digital marketing technologies by entrepreneurial entities are outlined. It is stated that digital marketing technologies are used for the purpose of coordination of efforts of the entrepreneurial entity to achieve strategic and operational goals. The exploitation of digital marketing technologies involves taking into account market requirements and ensuring interaction with clients and business partners through the transfer of information about goods and services, as well as receiving, processing and analysis of marketing information. It is summarized that the application of marketing digital technologies in economic activity of the entrepreneurial entities will provide them with growth of sales of products and services inside the country and will facilitate access to international markets.

Within the development of digital technologies, dental professionals aim to integrate virtual diagnostic articulated casts obtained by using intraoral scanners (IOSs), the mandibular motion of the patient recorded by using an optical jaw tracking system, and the information provided by computerized occlusal analysis systems. This article describes the various digital technologies available for obtaining the digital occlusion of a patient and outlines its challenges and limitations. The factors that influence the accuracy of the maxillomandibular relationship of diagnostic casts obtained by using IOSs are reviewed, as well as the occurrence of occlusal collisions or mesh interpenetrations. Different jaw tracking systems with varying digital technologies including ultrasonic systems, photometric devices, and artificial intelligence algorithms are reviewed. Computerized occlusal analysis systems for detecting occlusal contacts in a time sequential manner with the pressure distribution on the occlusal surfaces are reviewed. Digital technologies provide powerful diagnostic and design tools for prosthodontic care. However, the accuracy of these digital technologies for acquiring and analyzing the static and dynamic occlusion need to be further analyzed. Efficiently implementing digital technologies into dental practice requires an understanding of the limitations and state of current development of the digital acquisition methods for digitizing the static and dynamic occlusion of a patient by using IOSs, digital jaw trackers, and computerized occlusal analysis devices.

The author's research is devoted to the proposal of the main directions for the development of the digital financial assets market in the Russian Federation.Through the definition of the category of digital financial assets and their economic essence, it is proposed to amend the national legislation on the market of digital financial assets by classifying them as non-documentary securities, which will make it possible to include digital financial assets in full-fledged civil law circulation.In addition to changing the legal aspects of the functioning of the digital financial assets market, the author formulates organizational, economic and institutional mechanisms for the formation and development of the digital financial assets market based on an integrated and systematic approach.

New century turns out the intensive scientific revolution, which leads to the extension the digital technologies. The research is devoted to the analysis the opportunities and prospects for the implementation of the artificial intelligence in the legal system. The urgency of the study predetermines by the large-scale digital revolution that affects all spheres of society, including the area of legal activity (for example, the initiative to use lawyers-robots in the legal corporations; the idea to automate legal activity; the appearance of smart contracts, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency, which are not regulated by the Russian law yet; increase if the cybercrime and others). The purpose of the study is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and limits of introducing the digital technologies into the legal environment. Research methods are analysis, synthesis and comparative law. The study contains several positions. Firstly, the analysis the points of view about the theme of research among the national and foreign scientists are presented. Secondly, the comprehensive assessment of the artificial intelligence influence on the legal sphere is given. Thirdly, the opportunities for regulation changed relationships, connected with digital technologies, in the current Russian legislation, and the advantages and disadvantages of fixing new categories in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are researched. Fourthly, examples of the negative impact of legal vacuum on the law enforcement practice and the ways for its overcoming are given. By the way, specific decisions of the courts given as the arguments. Fifthly, the analysis of current trends in the introduction of digital technologies in the legal sphere in the Russian Federation and in the over countries is carried out. There are some contradictory opinions of scientists and practitioners regarding the possibility of using robotic technologies in the legal system. Sixthly, it presents own conclusion based on the conducted research, which is to substantiate the positive trend towards digitalization in the legal system, but the negativity of the possible effects excessive interference of the artificial intelligence in the legal activity.
