СУЧАСНИЙ ПОГЛЯД НА ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОКОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ПРОФЕСІЙНІЙ ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАЙБУТНІХ МАГІСТРІВ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ І СПОРТУ

Удосконалення системи підготовки наукових кадрів з інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті спирається на досвід розвитку досліджень у цій науковій галузі, що, своєю чергою, потребує уваги до історії. В історико-педагогічних працях ретельно проаналізовано розвиток наукових досліджень з теорії та методики інформатики (13.00.02) та сучасної спеціальності 13.00.10 – Інформаційно-комунікаційні технології в освіті. Дослідження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті кінця ХХ і початку ХХІ століть з точки зору теорії педагогіки, дидактики, теорії та методики професійної освіти висвітлені недостатньо. Метою даної роботи є аналіз підготовки кадрів вищої кваліфікації з інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій як складової наукових досліджень у 90-х роках ХХ сторіччя в межах наукової спеціальності 13.00.01 – Теорія і історія педагогіки. За результатом перегляду каталогів та електронних ресурсів Національної бібліотеки України імені В. І. Вернадського (nbuv.gov.ua) та фондів наукової бібліотеки ХНПУ імені Г. С. Сковороди виявлено 22 дисертації, які були захищені в 90-х роках ХХ сторіччя за спеціальністю 13.00.01 і за змістом пов’язані з використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті. У цих наукових працях здійснено науковий аналіз та презентовано практичні напрацювання в напрямах створення та використання комп’ютерно орієнтованих засобів навчання, психолого-педагогічного аналізу методів навчання за допомогою інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, розвитку змісту й розробки методичних систем навчання інформатичних дисциплін та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у різних галузях освіти, проблем застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для вимірювання рівня навчальних досягнень; поставлено питання стосовно розробки експертних систем для оптимізації педагогічного проєктування та запропоновано модель застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в управлінні освітою на рівні району. Аналіз авторефератів дисертацій дав змогу визначити наукові центри в Україні, у яких були виконані відповідні дослідження, та установи,у яких відбулись захисти дисертацій, і визначити провідних фахівців, які виявились найбільш активними в підготовці кадрів вищої кваліфікації з теорії педагогіки (13.00.01) в напрямку застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті в 90-х роках ХХ сторіччя.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Application of Information and Communication Technology on improving the Asn Innovation of the Central Transportation Ministry. The number of samples in this study was 249 respondents using the slovin technique from all units in the Ministry of Transportation. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews with related parties. The data analysis technique used is a mix method with multiple linear regression analysis and indicator analysis. The results showed that the variables of Application of Information and Communication Technology positively affected employee innovation at a significance level of 0.05 with a regression coefficient of each of them. There is a positive and significant influence the application of information and communication technology to The Innovative with a regression coefficient (?) of 0.136 and the resulting regression equation is Y ? 115.409 ? 0.136X3 , which means that each one-level increase in the Application of Information and Communication Technology results in an innovative increase of 0.136 at the constant 115,409. Thus, the application of information and communication technology is predicted to increase employee innovation. Based on the results of the determination test calculation, it can be known that the effective contribution (SE) variable of the Application of Information and Communication Technology (X3) to Innovation (Y) is 2.11%.

The article analyzes organization of the educational process of a mixed form related to teaching economic and mathematical disciplines, identifies the didactic potential of information and communication technologies in the organization of educational activities and proposes a pedagogical and organizational model of using information and communication technologies in organizing the educational activities of students of economic specialties in the process of studying economic mathematical disciplines. The subject of the research is the process of organizing the educational activities of students of economic specialties in the study of economic and mathematical disciplines by means of information and communication technologies. The purpose of the work is to find the optimal format for teaching economics and mathematics disciplines, considering the experience of transition to the ubiquitous distance learning form of study and the creation of effective communication between students and teachers, based on existing information technologies. The methodological basis of the article was the following methods: comparative and system analysis, generalization, classification, modeling, substantiation of pedagogical conditions, design of a model for organizing educational activities, observation, expert assessment, self-assessment, conversations, questioning of teachers and students. Results of work. The state of the organization of the educational process of a mixed form is analyzed, the theoretical and existing pedagogical conditions for organizing training in economics and mathematics courses using information and communication technologies are considered. A pedagogical, structural, organizational model for the application of information and communication technologies in the process of studying economic and mathematical disciplines has been developed and measures have been proposed to optimize the learning process. Scope of the results implementation. Theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations of the research can be applied in teaching economics and mathematics at universities in the preparation of specialists in finance, economics and accounting. Conclusions. The quality of teaching economic and mathematical disciplines in a mixed form of education by means of information and communication technologies requires improvement, where information and communication technologies act both as a means and as a teaching method. The proposed organizational and pedagogical model of teaching, in these disciplines, will make it possible to implement an active learning strategy, where the interaction between students and teachers is optimized by means of information and communication technologies.

This article is devoted to innovative aspects of enhancement of management processes in a higher educational institution on the basis of application of modern information and communication technologies. Research purpose is development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations about enhancement of management processes in higher education institution on the basis of application of information and communication technologies. This purpose has determined statement and the solution of the following tasks: to research theoretical essence and concept of corporate management of higher education institution; to determine the directions and forms of corporate management in higher education institution; to reveal feature of corporate management processes in higher education institutions; to determine the factors constraining implementation of the corporate principles of management of higher education institution; to develop technology of use of corporate mail of higher education institution on the basis of application of the program MS Outlook complex and a security system of Kerio Control. In the course of research methods of the economic, historical and logical analysis, system approach, a method of analogies, methods of generalization, method of expert evaluations, SWOT analysis, etc. were applied. Applied researches on this problem, and also practical experience of the Tashkent state economic university are used. During writing of article the results containing elements of scientifi c novelty are received: author’s defi nition «corporate management in higher education institution» on macro and microlevels is given. At the macrolevel – this state regulation, support and assistance of processes of implementation, transformation and adaptation of methods, models and the best practices (practice) of corporate management to the sphere of the higher education, increase of degree of autonomy of higher education institutions and sale of mechanisms of public-private partnership for the purpose of increase of social effi ciency and responsibility of the parties. At the microlevel – this use of the mechanisms of effective corporate management providing coordination of interests of the entities and organizations and creation of the conditions for long-term cooperation about business by community promoting a performance of the mission of higher education institution and maintenance of the academic values of the higher education; the directions of corporate management in higher education institution are determined; the features of corporate management processes consisting in ambivalence of their influence on the high school environment both with positive, and from negative sides are revealed; the factors constraining processes of forming of corporate management in higher education institution at various stages which elimination creates bases for search of new allowances of successful functioning of higher education institutions in the conditions of the increasing complexity, uncertainty and dynamism of external environment are determined. Zones of tripartite interests of the state, business and higher education institution in the course of integration of education, science and innovations are revealed. This research is directed to systematization and development of theoretical bases of the concept of corporate management in higher education institution. The received results can be used in activities of governing bodies, business by structures, professional and higher educational institutions as a basis for development of recommendations about development and enhancement of management processes based on application of information and communication technologies.

Socio-cultural reality of the present time is marked by quite significant events. First, the active penetration into society of the latest information and communication technologies (ICT), which arose as a result of the rapid development of electronics. And secondly, the formation and spread of a special type of worldview under the general name of "postmodernism". It is the need for a philosophical understanding of these two events and determined the main idea of this article. The article also shows the role of information technology in the transformation of the cultural reality of postmodernism. Also the main directions of application of information systems and innovative technologies in the field of education and science in general, and at studying of disciplines of a natural cycle in particular are covered. Peculiarities of studying natural sciences by students are revealed, didactic potential of ICT and its realization in the process of studying natural disciplines is considered, methodical analysis of the problem of application of information technologies in natural education is carried out. The principle of integration, multimedia clarity, interactive interaction of participants of educational process at application of new information technologies at studying of natural disciplines is allocated. It is determined that ICT in the teaching of natural sciences can intensify the educational process, accelerate the transfer of knowledge and experience, as well as improve the quality of teaching and education.

In the article, the authors highlight the advantages and summarize the experience of using information and communication technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions of central Ukraine, namely: Kyiv University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ukoopspilka University of Economics “Poltava University of Economics and Trade” and National University “Poltava Polytechnic named after Yury Kondratyuk” in the conditions the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine. It has been proven that the use of these information and communication technologies contributes to the organization of the educational process in the conditions of new challenges and threats in educational institutions. It is noted that higher education institutions of Ukraine have a sufficient number of high-quality information and communication technologies, successfully solve the problems of organizing distance learning and adapt to new challenges and threats during the period of war and pandemic in the conditions of the development of the digital economy. The analysis of the use of distance learning information and communication technologies among students of various educational and professional programs is determined as a perspective for further research.

The article considers the peculiarities of providing English-language training of (future) aviation specialists for professional self-realization and performance of professional duties with the use of modern distance learning technologies. The specifics of distance learning are revealed. Terms and concepts, forms of learning are provided. Distance learning technologies, namely: psychological and pedagogical, information and communication, web-environment provide an opportunity to implement the process of distance learning in educational institutions. There are also two strategies for organizing distance learning: asynchronous distance learning and synchronous distance learning. During the planning and organization of distance learning a great role is given to the independent work of cadets. There are also IT elements that a lecturer and a cadet should be able to use in professional interaction. It is noted that Internet technologies, the ability to use Internet resources have a special place in the formation of professional self-realization of a future aviation specialist and providing innovative approaches to the educational environment. The main tasks of English language training in the educational language centers of the Flight Academy of NAU are: improving language skills and strengthening the communicative competence of the teacher / instructor to teach the professional disciplines in English, teaching professional English, preparation for the general English exam at level B2. The use of distance learning technologies in the English-language training of future aviation specialists requires a high level of knowledge, both theoretical and practical. It is necessary to interest and direct students to the use of innovative methods in order to build their professional capacity to use information and communication technologies in their further professional self-realization. This research was conducted based on the problems of using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) towards teachers’ performance in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi Tasikmalaya. Due to the lack of expertise in using ITC, and the use of foreign languages that did not understand that system, so the teachers should have to carry out training, perseverance and discipline by using that ICT. The aim of the research is to determine how to due the application of information and communication technology can be impact to the teacher’s performance with the use of application of ICT in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study were 68 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi. The sample was selected by using saturated sample method. The instrument of this research were taken interview, observation and questionnaire. The research instrument was tested by means of validity and reliability test. The results of this study indicated that the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi is in poor classification, teachers’ performance in SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi is in good classification, and there is a significant relationship between the Application of ICT to Teachers’ Performance in SMA 1 Ciawi.

Actuality of the conducted research is practically oriented character. Without the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the field of higher education, it is impossible to carry out qualitative training of specialists in engineering, the results of which are necessary for the implementation of a national strategy for modernizing the economy and forming a progressive state of European type. Formulation of the task - the specificity of the use of ICT in the system of higher education has not been studied sufficiently. ICT form a complex environment, which includes a lot of information objects and the links between them. It can be argued that the structural and functional analysis of the use of ICT in higher education is the basis of the theoretical justification in the formation of technical professionalism of future engineers. ICTs form a complex system, which includes not only technical and software-hardware capabilities, but also psycho-pedagogical, organizational, methodological. Without taking into account all of these components, as well as the needs of the subjects of the educational process, the use of ICT tools (especially centralized) may be accompanied by risks and negatively affect the quality of high education. Stavyts'ka, O.P. Pinchuk, O.V. Shestopal and others. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. The use of information technologies in the educational process is the foundation of innovative development of the educational system. The rapid development of ICT provides not only significant pace of innovative progress, but also requires the definition (limitation) of information resources that guarantee the quality of learning, the choice of techniques that are in line with the general strategy for the formation of professional competences. Therefore, the problem of choosing an approach to the process of learning with the use of ICTs remains one of the main tasks of education. Research methods. In theory and practice, the study of the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in high school uses empirical methods of collecting and analyzing information based on the results of the survey of 120 students. Presenting main material. The essence of professionalism of future specialists of the technical direction is revealed. The scientific point of view on the professionalism of the engineer is presented. The peculiarities of formation of the basis of technical professionalism of future engineers in the process of studying at a higher school are theoretically grounded. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of empirical researches of this problem is presented. The practical significance of the research topic is that the innovative approaches to the training of specialists in engineering specialties are differentiated, which differentiate in the educational concepts of teaching in higher educational institutions of European countries

The use of technology is not only for social media, but the use of technology has an important role in the world of work today. The increasingly rapid development of technology has created many changes and updates in every field. One of the applications most widely used and needed by society is Data Science. Data Science is a multi-disciplinary science that is very widely used in both exact and social fields. To make your job search easier, Data Scientist certification is required. This of course requires someone who is competent in their field. Today's young generations should be worthy of having these competencies. Based on the above, the lecturers at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Mercu Buana contributed to providing a coaching understanding in the application of Information and Communication Technology to increase knowledge in the Modern Era among academics so that they can equip the younger generation to have certification in the field of information technology, especially Data Scientists. This activity or training is a form of concern and is also one of the duties as a lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science who understands information technology, especially in the field of Data Science.

Introduction. The imperative of global society is a change. The most effective way that modern man is 'in step' with daily changes is the application of information and communication technologies. Expansion and development of information and telecommunication technologies rapidly found their application in the health care system by improving medical practice itself. Medical informatics with its specific subbranch - dental informatics is engaged in the development, implementation and evaluation of information technologies in medicine and dentistry, ie. solving problems related to information and communication in health care. The Internet is the largest global network today and is increasingly used in medicine and dentistry. Using the Internet and other telecommunication methods allows us to easily keep pace with the continuous expansion of knowledge base. The entire information technology has been recognized as an integral part of the health care and an important element of good clinical practice, resulting in the emergence of telemedicine, teledentistry and telepharmacology. Telemedicine with the use of modern communication systems enables the transfer of medical data, which can provide medical services regardless of physical location of doctors and patients. Conclusion. Teledentistry is the combination of telecommunication and dentistry, it involves the exchange of clinical information and images over long distances for specialist dental consultation, diagnosis and treatment planning. Pillars of modern teledentistry are the application of the Internet and the rapid flow of data.

The unprecedented technological revolution seen in the field of communication and space technology stretches over a very small span of Asian history and the collective memory of ancient civilizations of India and China. The techno-political events in the modem political paradigms, of parliamentary democracy in India and communism in China, are just about half century old. In such a situation, any expectation that information and communication technology would alter or influence recently adopted political systems and worldview needs an in-depth analysis of the social structure and capabilities of information and communication technology. The author had earlier proposed three forms of challenges that information and communication technology can bring to bear on the political paradigms. These were ‘technopositivism’, ‘techno-neutralism’and ‘techno-negativism’. The ‘techno-positivism’… view refers to the opinion of those who believe that satellite-based broadcasting helps political and emotional integration, thereby strengthening democracy. The ‘techno-negativism’ endorses the views of those who think that satellite-based broadcasting in plural civilizations having multiple languages and a ‘world view’, imposes the views of a politically dominant minority over the majority. The third form represents views of those who believe that technology by itself does not create any condition for weakening the democracy; rather the aims and goals of the communicators are directly responsible for strengthening or weakening the democracy. (Agrawal 1993:222, also see Hamelink, 1986). The situation has not substantially changed in the last decade. A large number of scholars have cast futuristic views on the basis of experiential knowledge about the repercussions on individual freedom of speech and expression, and human insights as a result of the all pervasive technological penetration in human society. The fundamental assumption being that information and communication technology willy-nilly will influence the existing political paradigms since information and communication is an essential ingredient in maintenance and perpetuation of clearly held values like democracy. The author has attempted in this paper is to have a synoptic view as to how professionals of communication and information technology have postulated its influence on democracy and the likely challenges it can pose to human freedom, freedom of expression and human rights. This will be followed by a likely scenario and the challenges that it can pose to the world’s largest democracy of a billion people.

Introduction. A comprehensive analysis of the development of information and communication technologies in the context of educational practice will contribute to the development of effective strategies for the modernisation of educational systems in the context of global technological change. Modern education can no longer function effectively without the integration of information and communication technologies into the educational process. Information and communication technologies open up new opportunities for personalisation of the educational process, development of independent work skills, creativity, critical thinking, and communication. At the same time, their implementation is accompanied by certain challenges: the need to modernise educational programmes, train teaching staff, provide technical infrastructure, and overcome digital inequality. The study of the historical stages of development of information and communication technologies in education allows us to understand the patterns of implementation of these technologies and identify effective strategies for their use today. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the stages of development of information and communication technologies in the context of their introduction into educational practice, to analyse the historical background of integration of information and communication technologies into education, and to identify current trends and prospects for their effective use in the educational process. Methods. The study used theoretical methods of scientific and pedagogical research analysis (dissection of historical and pedagogical material into its component parts (facts, ideas, concepts, events) allows to reveal the essence of certain phenomena, trends in the pedagogical past); synthesis (combining individual facts and provisions into a holistic view of pedagogical phenomena, used after analysis to form a generalised picture); historical and logical method (study of pedagogical phenomena in the chronological sequence and logic of their development, makes it possible to establish the patterns of development of pedagogical ideas); comparative and historical method (comparison of pedagogical phenomena, ideas, education systems in different historical periods or in different countries, allowing to identify common, different and unique); induction and deduction (induction – from individual facts to general conclusions, deduction – from general principles to explanation of individual historical and pedagogical facts); abstraction and generalisation (separation of essential features of pedagogical phenomena, construction of generalisations, concepts, typologies); prognostic method (use of historical and pedagogical experience to predict possible directions of education development). Results. The study has shown that information and communication technologies are the driving force behind the transformation of education, and their integration into the educational process requires not only technical support but also methodological training of teachers, updating of educational programmes, and rethinking of traditional educational models. The study identifies eight stages of the development of information and communication technologies; the periodisation of the development of information and communication technologies reflects the gradual transition from early forms of information storage and transmission to modern information and communication technologies. The further development of information and communication technologies in education will help to increase its accessibility, efficiency, and inclusiveness. Mass computerisation, the Internet, mobile technologies, cloud services, and artificial intelligence. The development of information and communication technologies is a multidimensional process that combines new opportunities with large-scale challenges. Successful digital transformation depends on the ability of society to effectively manage these challenges, ensuring inclusive, secure, ethical, and environmentally responsible development of information and communication technologies. Only by integrating innovation with the principles of sustainable development can a harmonious digital future be shaped. Originality. The article examines the evolution of information and communication technologies in the context of education, analyzes the key stages of their development, as well as current trends in the integration of information and communication technologies into educational practice. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digitalisation on educational processes and the formation of innovative pedagogical approaches. The main challenges and prospects for further implementation of information and communication technologies in education are outlined. In particular, attention is paid to the problems of digital inequality, cybersecurity, ethical aspects of the use of information and communication technologies, and the role of innovation in ensuring sustainable technological progress in the context of education. Conclusion. Information and communication technologies play a key role in the transformation of education, providing new opportunities for accessibility, flexibility, and personalisation of the educational process. The historical development of information and communication technologies shows their growing importance in pedagogical practice. Modern education is actively introducing distance learning formats, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and other innovations. At the same time, there are challenges, such as digital inequality, the need for digital literacy of teachers, and cybersecurity issues. Effective integration of information and communication technologies into education requires a systematic approach, investment, and methodological support.

This paper reports on the changing nature of a range of information technology (IT) application skills that students declare on entering an accounting degree over the period from 1996 to 2006. Accounting educators need to be aware of the IT skills students bring with them to university because of the implications this has for learning and teaching within the discipline and the importance of both general and specific IT skills within the practice and craft of accounting. Additionally, IT skills constitute a significant element within the portfolio of employability skills that are increasingly demanded by employers and emphasized within the overall Higher Education (HE) agenda. The analysis of students' reported IT application skills on entry to university, across a range of the most relevant areas of IT use in accounting, suggest that their skills have continued to improve over time. However, there are significant differential patterns of change through the years and within cohorts. The paper addresses the generalizability of these findings and discusses the implications of these factors for accounting educators, including the importance of recognising the differences that are potentially masked by the general increase in skills; the need for further research into the changing nature, and implications, of the gender gap in entrants' IT application skills; and the low levels of entrants' spreadsheet and database skills that are a cause for concern.

Today, an important aspect of future teachers training, in particular, natural sciences, is the usage of innovative technologies and approaches in the educational process of higher education institutions. The features of training future teachers of natural sciences using information and communication technologies are considered. The general global trends in the development of informatization of education are highlighted: expansion of the scope of use new information technologies. The principles of using information and communication technologies in the educational process are highlighted: the principle of visibility; the principle of expediency; the principle of systematicity and consistency; the principle of strength of knowledge; the principle of accessibility; the principle of individualization; the principle of connecting theory with practice; the principle of multimedia; the principle of interactivity. Online tools are highlighted to enable the use of innovative technologies for teaching future teachers of natural sciences. It is noted that in the educational system there are applications and information and communication technologies that widely used in the education system: word supercomputers, databases, demonstration programs, catalogue organization schemes, planners, graphic packages, etc.
