Exploring the relationship between new-type urbanization and sustainable urban land use: Evidence from prefecture-level cities in China

IntroductionThe challenge for land use management in the nineties is to initiate a people- centered development process which creates opportunities for local people to make their own choices about which development strategy to follow. This need is felt in particular for upland areas where government initiated blue- print programmes for land use management have a record of failure. The major reason is that these programmes are often not adjusted to cope with the complexity and diversity of the uplands. Land use management encompasses both short-term and longterm benefits and is confronted with rapid changes. The differing role of private, state and communal lands in combination with a complex system of control and utilization makes land use management difficult to fully understand. This study responds with the development of an alternative strategy for planning sustainable land use programmes at local level and has the following objectives:- to develop a strategic model for people-centered planning of sustainable land use programmes;- to develop a flexible planning method that can serve as land use management tool at local level;- to test the feasibility of the strategy for the uplands of East Java, Indonesia.Strategic modelThe two major principles of the strategic model are:- Programmes are planned and implemented through a learning process in a local and organizational dimension. The local dimension includes a learning process of planning, implementing and monitoring of small scale programmes. The planning process is short, but planned interventions are regularly adjusted based on new insights and changing conditions. In the organizational dimension the learning process proceeds through three different phases of trial, development and expansion. In this dimension, the government can learn how to manage the strategy of implementing local level planning and how to change attitudes, norms and organizational competence of organizations in order to do so. This dimension embraces local, regional and national governments.- Three major variables have to be considered in programme planning: land use system; interventions and organizations. Sustainable land use programmes are only possible if a good fit between these variables is achieved.In the strategic model these two principles are combined; a fit between the variables is achieved through a learning process. Because achieving a fit between the three variables is a complicated matter, it requires a phased approach which consists of the following three steps: a trial phase, a development phase and an expansion phase. In the trial phase, the focus is on achieving a fit between interventions and land use system in the local dimension. This is achieved through the implementation of trial cases in local level planning in which villagers, field workers of organizations and local leaders become acquainted with this new approach of planning sustainable land use programmes at a local level. In the development phase, attention is focused on achieving a fit between organizations and land use system. Through the development of human resources and extension processes the skills and attitudes of those involved may gradually change to become more people-oriented. In the expansion phase the focus is on achieving a fit between interventions and organization. In this phase the planning approach is accepted and applied at a national level. Changes in government structures and procedures, such as decentralization and strengthening of local leadership need to be achieved. By dividing the process into phases, the complex problems associated with planning sustainable land use become manageable, and step by step the ultimate goal of achieving a fit between all three variables can be reached.Planning methodIn order to reach an optimal fit between the three variables of the strategic model in the trial phase, a planning method should be applied to collect and analyse data that can be transformed into the design of effective programmes. No 'off-the-peg' planning method is available, instead a combination of existing approaches, methods and techniques is needed.Three development approaches can be distinguished to this end: planning of land use development; extension approaches and project management approaches. Generally speaking, each approach covers a different side of the strategic model. Land use development focuses on achieving a fit between interventions and land use system; extension processes can be used in achieving a fit between land use system and organizations; and the fit between interventions and organizations can be accomplished with the help of project management techniques.For planning land use development in the trial phase a number of current methods and techniques are discussed. These are Farming System Analysis, Land Evaluation, Agroecosystem Analysis, Landscape Planning, Rapid Rural Appraisal and Gender Analysis. The criteria set by the strategic model determine which aspects of these present planning methods and techniques are useful for the development of a new planning method. None of these methods and techniques as such are ideal as an operational planning method for realizing the first phase of the strategic model. A synthesis of all useful features into a new land use planning method is proposed.For the trial phase the focus is on planning land use development while opportunities to develop extension processes and to influence project management are limited. Therefore plans should basically be tailored to the existing competence of organizations. Within these limitations some attention can be paid to extension processes and management techniques by introducing an additional step to land use planning, called programming which includes the preparation of a detailed design and a programme planning matrix.Planning environment on JavaThe environment for the planning of land use development programmes is diverse and complex in the uplands of East Java. Farmers react to the wide diversity in the land use system by developing a large number of different land use strategies. By contrast, government organizations use standardized programmes with uniform and mostly inflexible procedures for planning and implementation. Village development planning procedures exist, but do not yet function properly. Local organizations responsible for village development planning do not yet possess the skills and capability to develop such plans, and centrally organized sectoral agencies still dominate this 'bottom-up' planning process. The dominance of the central government can be explained by the incorporation of a number of socio-cultural features in their policy, such as the principles of 'sole authority', consensus, and harmony. The government uses these principles to encapsulate autonomous local organizations in the government administration, orienting the local leaders more to government rules and procedures than to the needs of the local population.This orientation towards government administration has two major implications for the current planning of interventions. Firstly, the interventions are adjusted to the competence of implementing organizations rather than letting the organizations develop their competence to implement the tasks of locally planned interventions. Secondly little more than lip-service is paid to the participation of villagers in planning.Notwithstanding these shortcomings in the present village development planning process, official government policy has some room for improvement. This may allow for a more balanced planning process new approach.Secondly, constraints which can be expected while applying the model on Java are described. The feasibility of the trial phase of the strategy is evaluated based on experiences with implementing the trial cases on Java. In this evaluation the question is raised as to what extent the results of local level planning on Java can respond to the research objectives as formulated at the start of this study. No experience has been gained as yet with implementing the development and expansion phase. One programme that provides some valuable lessons for the feasibility of the phased learning process of the strategic model is the Java Social Forestry Programme (JSFP). This programme has followed a comparable phasing strategy and has already reached the expansion phase.Conclusions and policy recommendationsThis evaluation results in a number of conclusions on conditions to be fulfilled for successful implementation of the strategy. To sum up:- although the strategy is aimed at the local level, it cannot be realized at local level only as it requires involvement of regional and national government organizations to deal with changing communication processes and organizational structure;- objectives in village development planning should be set realistically in the knowledge that short term results will always dominate long term benefits, tangible results will get higher priority than social changes, while top-down influences from sectoral agencies will prevail;- in addressing the organizational dimension a choice should be made between following an approach of 'decentralized trial cases' versus 'centrally guided bottom-up process'. Whichever strategy is chosen it needs careful management to avoid difficulties in institutionalization or a too rapid expansion respectively;- it is necessary for the government to be shown better results in terms of sustainable land use development programmes at local level implemented by highly committed villagers. Only then may they be motivated to accept such a participatory approach at the cost of losing some power or consensus;- implementing a participatory planning process is an initially slow process, to which government agencies need to be committed.These conditions are translated into a number of policy recommendations for donor agencies and governments pertaining to: long-term and continuous commitment; development of the management capacity and motivation of people involved; and strengthening the competence of a government organization for responsive governance.Experiences in Java have illustrated the importance of congruence between the design of land use interventions; the development of communication processes and the development of organizational competence. The whole range of actors involved who strive for sustainable land use - from villagers to programme managers - will have to contribute to achieving this fit. They will only be able so when they view PLANNING AS A LEARNING PROCESS.

Commercial enterprises operate not only in the conditions of military operations on the territory of the country, but also based on the growing need to transition from the traditional trade model to an electronic one due to the gradual increase in the share of the digital economy in Ukraine as well. The specified circumstances require a review of the principles of security activities in order to preserve business and create favorable conditions for the implementation of digital transformation in the conditions of each trade enterprise in accordance with the actual conditions of operation. Restructuring of security activities must begin with the formation or improvement of the appropriate management system. The purpose of the study was to clarify the essence of the concept of "security management system of a trading enterprise" as a basis for creating safe conditions for transformational changes in the activities of Ukrainian trading enterprises. In order to form the theoretical foundations of building a system of managing the security activities of a trading enterprise, the following methods were applied: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms "system" and "management system"; synthesis and analysis – for positioning the security activity management system within the enterprise management system; morphological analysis – to clarify the content of the main components of the security activity management system of a trading enterprise; graphic – for visual representation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical – for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. In order to create an appropriate theoretical framework, key approaches to the basic concepts, i.e. "system" and "management system", are defined. The author's interpretation of the term "security management system of a trading enterprise" is formulated, under which it is proposed to understand the organizational complex that forms the necessary and constantly updated, taking into account the change in the internal environment and the external security situation, the basis for exercising managerial influence, thanks to coordination with external security subjects in relation to security objects and subjects of the external environment, in order to fulfill the assigned tasks within the scope of security activities. The results obtained within the scope of the conducted research deepen the understanding of the security activity management system of the trading enterprise and fully take into account the specifics of their functioning and development trends.

The article substantiates methods for assessing the efficiency of land use in the rural northern region – the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), identifies and substantiates methods for selecting economic indicators that can objectively assess the current economic efficiency of agricultural land use in a particular region in order to solve economic problems of developing agricultural production, including the main directions of increasing the efficiency of land use in the agricultural sector. The article analyzes the efficiency of land use based on the method the author has developed to select the factors or indicators that have the most significant impact on the efficiency of agricultural land use.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the problems and obstacles that stand in the way of the development of sustainable land use in the communities of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to how the war in Ukraine affected land relations and environmental and socio-economic problems caused by the war. The work is aimed at identifying different approaches to solving these problems that can contribute to the improvement of environmental security and socio-economic development of communities, as well as the possibility of adapting sustainable land use practices to new realities. The research was carried out as follows: the analysis of scientific works with suitable topics, the analysis of statistical data and the collection of data for the research base, the collection of expert assessments and opinions. The analysis of literature and research was conducted on topics related to sustainable land use and the impact of crisis situations on land and land management processes. Statistical analysis was carried out on the destruction of agricultural infrastructure, loss of land due to pollution or mining. The basis was taken from such sources as the data of the State Service of Ukraine on geodesy, cartography and cadastre and information from public reports of the UN [1]. Expert opinions and opinions were also taken into account, especially from representatives of communities affected by military actions. This method makes it possible to determine priorities for the restoration of land resources. The methods used made it possible to create a complete and comprehensive picture of the problems and opportunities of sustainable land use in modern conditions, and taking into account the state of war. It consists in a comprehensive analysis of the problems and obstacles to the development of sustainable land use in the communities of Ukraine, in particular during the martial law, and their integration with the challenges of the present time, which appeared before Ukraine due to the martial law. Such studies were not sufficiently conducted. The work assessed the impact of military actions on the degradation of land resources, identified the main problems and obstacles to sustainable land use during the military conflict, and proposed measures for the adaptation of communities to support the sustainable development of land use under martial law. In particular, the influence of martial law on agriculture, population migration processes, soil degradation and resource depletion is taken into account. It consists in developed recommendations and directions for local self-government bodies and other authorities regarding the implementation of approaches and methods of land resource management, taking into account crisis conditions, martial law. This should contribute to increasing the efficiency of the use of land resources, ensuring environmental safety and improving the well-being of the population. Therefore, the results of this work can be used to develop land recovery strategies in the post-war period, to plan measures to protect land resources during martial law, and to support the communities of the country in matters of rational use of land resources. As a result of the work carried out, the following results can be summarized. The main problems and obstacles that prevent and restrain the development of sustainable land use in the communities of our country are the irrational use of land resources, soil erosion, environmental problems - environmental pollution, corruption factors and gaps in the legislative base. To all this was added a full-scale invasion, hostilities, a large population migration, changes in land legislation and a "starvation" of personnel. The conducted analysis of the real and current state of land resources on the territory of Ukraine shows major problems, such as the degradation of arable land and the urgent need to implement measures that would correct this and restore the land. The main directions regarding the processes of improvement of land resource management systems have been established, which include changes in legislation, ensuring transparency and efficiency of management, introduction of modern technologies and approaches to monitoring and control of the state of land resources. The need to create and develop various strategies for the restoration of land resources in the post-war period, where it is necessary to emphasize ecology, reducing pollution, and rebuilding infrastructure, has been established.

The Amazon and the Atlantic Forest are Brazilian biomes that have undergone intense land use and cover changes, marked by the loss of native forest and the expansion of agriculture and livestock. These are areas with potential use for intensification based on low-carbon technologies, but this change is still taking place slowly. Some factors need to be identified to guide promising solutions for this issue. Aiming at this, this study aimed to identify the land use and land cover in a historical series of 35 years in the Amazon and Atlantic Forest and describe the patterns of sustainable land use by producers who use this technique in the Amazon, identifying their characteristics and perceptions regarding the change developed in the farm. The statistics of the platform from the Annual Mapping Project for Land Use and Land Cover in Brazil (MapBiomas) were used in an annual historical series from 1985 to 2020. The analysis of land use and land cover changes indicates that the native forest of the Amazon was reduced by 44.53 million hectares (Mha), while pastures, agriculture and planted forest increased by 38.10, 6.06 and 0.26 Mha, respectively, over the 35 years. In the Atlantic Forest, for the same period, forest and pasture reduced by 0.99 and 11.53 Mha, respectively, while agriculture expanded by 8.06 Mha and planted forest by 2.99 Mha. Sustainable land use strategies, such as Integrated Crop-Livestock-Forest (ICLF) or Agroforestry Systems (AFS), can support increased agricultural production while recovering and preserving the environment. In view of this, we identified in the Amazon, the pattern of land use by farmers who adopt sustainable technologies, considering AFS and managed pasture monoculture (MP). The results were generated through interviews and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research that allowed the evaluation of producers in three states in the Amazon (Mato Grosso, Pará and Rondônia). In general, farmers in the Amazon are still risk averse and mainly implement MP. But when assessing the states in isolation, we realize that the producers in Pará and Rondônia are more approachable when it comes to moving to a diversified system. We did not find many differences in the profile of these producers, but we noticed that pasture adopters always have areas of larger properties and generally develop livestock as their main economic activity. On the other hand, AFS producers have smaller areas of property, conserve more forest and may have agriculture as the main activity of the property. Regional and local fitness, producer tradition and technology transfer can influence the decision of the adopted technology. There are great opportunities to improve agricultural and livestock practices with MP systems and AFS, demonstrated through improvements in farm income, productivity and environment. This evidence can be extrapolated to land use in the Atlantic Forest biome. However, we emphasize the need to consider regional characteristics, socioeconomic conditions and the perspectives of producers in the development of public policies and programs to encourage sustainable agriculture. Studying the issue of investment attractiveness of land plots is quite relevant, since land resources are an important asset for investors and regional development. Due to the constant growth of interest in investment in land plots, the analysis of their attractiveness is becoming a key task for regional development and economic growth. The article presents the results of a study of the investment attractiveness of land plots in the Cherkasy region, which involved an analysis of a wide range of factors influencing investors' decisions to invest in the land resources of the selected region. The economic, social and infrastructural aspects of land use in Cherkasy region were analyzed in order to determine the overall investment attractiveness. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of potential opportunities for the development of sustainable land use and balanced use of land resources in the region. The dynamics of land relations in the region is revealed, taking into account their retrospective and current trends. The legal environment for regulating land relations and its impact on investment activity in the region is analyzed, which made it possible to more broadly assess the attractiveness of Cherkasy region for investment in land plots. The results of the study can be used as a basis for investors' investment strategies, as well as serve as a basis for justifying decisions regarding investments in land assets in Cherkasy region. By constructing evaluation indicator system of sustainable land use of Tibet from three aspects of ecological environment, economic development, resources and social advancement, this article studies the following contents respectively in two dimensions of time and space: the changes of sustainable land use of Tibet in recent 20 years and spatial characteristics of sustainable land use of Tibet in 2002. The following conclusions can be drawn from evaluation results: (1) With regard to comprehensive evaluation value of sustainable land use, the trend of Tibet sustainable land use evaluation values from 1983 to 2002 are very close to the comprehensive evaluation values of ecological environment, which is up trend; (2) sustainable utilization degree of land use in eastern region of Tibet is much higher than that of western region. (3) the sustainable land use evaluation value of Nyingtri County is the highest, and the counties with relatively higher land sustainable use values include Lhasa, Lhoka, Chamdo. While Nakchu, Ngari, Shigatse counties have the relatively lower evaluation values; (4) By analyzing each evaluation indicator's weight on sustainable land use, it can be concluded that the key limiting factors of sustainable Tibet land resource utilization are land desertification, grassland degradation and low economic level.

Land Fund in Ukraine is experiencing excessive human impact, which is reflected in its performance exceeding the allowable agricultural development and land structure imbalance. The environmental condition of land resources close to critical. Among the largest land area occupied by agricultural land (71% of which - 76% is arable land). Violation environmentally acceptable ratio of arable land, natural grasslands and forests negatively affected the sustainability of agricultural landscapes. Throughout the widespread land degradation processes, among which the most ambitious is the erosion (about 57.5% of the territory), pollution (20% of the territory), flooding (about 12% of the territory). Sustainable (balanced) land is one of the key factors of sustainable nature of territorial entities and may be formed of a priority, taking into account environmental factors. In ecological optimization based on value criteria ekolohostabilizuyuchyh and anthropogenic pressures lands should necessarily provide for withdrawal of intensive land use, which in its modal properties can not ensure sustainability of land use. However, today in Ukraine within the territories of communities no project development to optimize land use on the basis of sustainable development. Accordingly, the purpose of the article was the study of certain aspects of Land Management sustainable development of agricultural land within the territories of local communities. The current structure of the land fund of Ukraine was actually formed in the Soviet period, under the influence of policies of extensive agricultural development. Violation environmentally acceptable ratio of arable land, natural grasslands and forests negatively affected the stability and condition of land, which is confirmed by relevant research. In such circumstances, balancing the land proposed to carry out in two stages - the ecological and economic. In ecological optimization criteria based on land value necessarily should include withdrawal from intensive land use, which in its modal properties can not ensure sustainability of land use. In this respect, proposed to use as a criterion factor environmental sustainability of land use and anthropogenic load factor. Assessing the impact of land in the sustainability area council, which depends on the stability of agricultural development area, and tillage intensity of land, construction work is characterized by a coefficient of environmental sustainability of land use. Proved that the crucial part of the ecological optimization of land use on the territory of local communities is a balanced structure of land on the basis of ecologically appropriate use. It is important that quality indicators improve the structure of agricultural land in the optimization occurs within the environmental feasibility, increases the stability of land use and contributes to sustainable and balanced agrolandscapes territory. Economic optimization based on the requirements of the environmental is the next stage will determine on the basis of performance indicators such structure of land crops, which will be harmonized achieved high performance, yield and profitability management. The article considers the institutionalization of land relations and the imperatives of efficient use of land and resource potential of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. Within the institutionalization of land relations, the methodical approach to complex estimation of effective use of land and resource potential of agricultural enterprises is substantiated, by definition of an integral indicator of efficiency (quantitative and qualitative characteristics of involved resources, productivity and efficiency) of basic kinds of activity of economic entities on agricultural lands. Indicators of transparency in the assessment of land and resource potential and indicators of land policy according to the level of their use in agriculture are proposed. Comprehensive criteria for assessing the components of the efficiency of the use of land and resource potential of agricultural enterprises are presented. The amount of rent for land shares and the amount of fertilizer application per 1 ha of sown area of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine are analyzed. The productive capacity of natural and potential yields for grain and legumes (excluding corn for grain) in Ukraine has been determined. The normative monetary value of 1 ha of arable land in rural areas is calculated on average for one region of Ukraine, adjusted for the natural yield of cereals and legumes, without taking into account the application of fertilizers. With the accelerating industrialization and urbanization, the contradiction between urban development and land use in China has become increasingly prominent. Land use has interaction effect with urbanization development, economic standard, land use pattern and ecological environment, and so on. The problem that how to implement smart land use under the background of the rationality of urbanization, and to promote coordinated and coupling development of person-land-industry becomes the focus of academia and government. Smart growth is an inevitable choice for sustainable growth of China city with constraints of resources and environment. To be honest, it is very important to integration of this theory with the practice of China cities growth. Based on the proposal, this paper uses all kinds of researches of related low carbon city development for reference from domestic and international under the national new strategic choice of rational urbanization. At the same time, the paper takes Tianjin as a case based on the urban smart growth theory, and is directed against status quo of all counties land use, building evaluation index system for county territory land use from aspects of dimensions economic intensification, resource conservation, urban and rural coordination and environment protection. In addition, this paper adopts the aggregate model which classifies and then orders to evaluate the efficiency of land use and measures the land uses standard so as to provide the scientific reference for path selection of the smart land use as well as transformation and upgrading of urbanization. The research shows that: in the first place, there are regional differences among all Tianjin counties land use situation, and there is a certain degree of upside potential. Secondly, by adopting the aggregate model which classifies and then orders, this paper will reflect overall situation of all counties land use more intuitively and the contribution degree that every index made to the result of smart land use. Thirdly, it is significant to coordinate industrial location choice and urban system layout, and to promote the spatial relationship between industrialization and urbanization. Last but not least, the development of rational urbanization in the future should follow the differences and highlight the leading functions among cities, and actively promote the intensive urbanization, shunt type urbanization, ecological urbanization, as well as integration of urbanization, and other leading county urbanization patterns. In the end, the country could realize the efficient and intensive use of land resources, and promote the rational development of urbanization.

The modern development of Russian single-industry towns (monotowns) is accompanied by a number of features, such as: structural reorganization of the city-forming industry, growth of anthropogenic load, changes in socio-economic conditions and demographic processes. In these conditions, the rational and efficient use of urban land becomes an important condition for sustainable development, ensuring a balanced placement of development and improving the quality of the urban environment given limited land resources. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the efficiency of land use in the single-industry town of Usolye-Sibirskoye in the context of environmental constraints, structural changes in the urban economy, and population decline. The solution to this problem is associated with the formation of a more balanced planning structure, improving the quality of the urban environment and creating the preconditions for sustainable socio-economic development of the territory. The aim of this study is to improve the efficiency of urban land use in Usolye-Sibirskoye based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing land use system and the development of substantiated proposals for its improvement. To achieve this goal, an analysis of the theoretical and regulatory framework for the rational use of urban lands, and a characterization of natural, socio-economic and urban development conditions of the city, research of the planning structure and actual use of the territories of the main functional zones, assessing the efficiency of land use in terms of compliance with urban development regulations and territorial planning documents, identifying inefficiently used and environmentally problematic areas, and formulating proposals for their transformation. The paper analyzes the lands of the municipal formation "city of Usolye-Sibirskoye", considered as a spatial basis for socio-economic development and placement of capital construction projects. The study uses general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and systematization, as well as methods used in land management and territorial planning: analysis of regulatory and scientific literature, study of territorial planning and urban zoning materials, statistical and cartographic analysis, calculation and interpretation of urban planning indicators for land use and comparison of actual land use with established types of permitted use and territorial planning documents.

By analyzing the features and knowledge management system of virtual enterprise, the research introduces the complex adaptive systems into the knowledge management system of virtual enterprise. It offers a model based on the knowledge management system of virtual enterprise and discusses the functions of each agent as well as mutual communication and coordination mechanism.

Urgency of the research. Full and effective use of the potential of land resources as one of the competitive advantages of agricultural production. Target setting. Effective and rational use of land resources is of great importance for the national economy of Ukraine. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Specifics of the effective use of agricultural lands were studied by such scholars as Balayev A. D., Balyuk S. A., Hrekov V. A., Krymska L. O., Koval M. V., Medvedev V. V., Melnychuk L. S., Tarariko O. H. and others. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Scientists do not adequately cover the issue of structuring the problems of increasing the efficiency of agricultural land use. The research objective. The article is intended to identify and structure the main issues, the effectiveness of the use of agricultural land and determine the ways of their solution. The statement of basic materials. The article considers and structures the issues of efficient use of agricultural land in Ukraine. The influence of ecological and economic factors on the efficiency of land resources use negatively affecting the quality and fertility of the land is analysed. Conclusions. Effective use of land resources provides for the creation of a material base for ensuring the conservation, reproduction and further increase of the level of economic return of land.

This study presents an overview of the key sports developments in Győr over the past decade, emphasizing the significance of sustainable urban land use, particularly in the context of brownfield rehabilitation and comprehensive city development. Sustainable land use plays a crucial role in influencing economic, social, and environmental dynamics and aligns with the European Union's goal of achieving no net land take by 2050. In Hungary, this objective is also part of the national development strategy. Recent legislative changes, including the Architecture Act XXIII of 2023 and impending regulations for Spatial Planning and Building Requirements, underscore the focus on brownfield rehabilitation and the protection of green spaces. The paper discusses notable sports developments in Győr as well as those in other European cities, such as London and Paris. It explores the challenges faced by various investment types and identifies future opportunities for sustainable urban land use. Additionally, the study aims to highlight the social, economic, and environmental aspects of these sports investments.
