Innovative educational trends in the preschool education system require a new type of teacher and make extremely high demands on his professional competence. The article describes current issues of professional training of future specialists in preschool education. The need for professional training of pedagogical staff of preschool education institutions leads to the development of new approaches to technologies and methods of professional training of future specialists. An integral component of the professional training of future educators is the formation of professional qualities. The training of future specialists in preschool education is considered as a multifactorial structure, the main task of which is the acquisition by each student of a personal sense of activity, the formation of professional skills, an ever-growing interest in working with children and their parents, as well as in the development of success in activities. Qualitative training of a preschool teacher includes interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary integration, the implementation of personal-activity and systemic approaches. An analysis of approaches to the organization of the educational process in institutions of higher pedagogical education was made. Professional training of a future specialist in an educational institution is carried out in the pedagogical process and includes the following components analyzed in the article. The basic principles of training future preschool teachers and primary school teachers in the light of the concept of early childhood and preschool education and the concept of the New Ukrainian School define the provisions of the following approaches: humanistic; axiological; interdisciplinary; personally oriented; technological; activity; competent. The training of preschool teachers is characterized by the presence of two methods of integration: horizontal and vertical. The issues of organization of the learning process within the andragogic approach require further consideration.

The article considers the problem of professional training of future computer science specialists in the field of information technology. The labor market requirements for future computer specialists are considered and it is substantiated that the training of future masters of computer science involves mastering fundamental theoretical knowledge and skills from the mandatory components of professional training in combination with the formation of professional skills to effectively apply professional competencies in practical activities. It is found that an important component of modern higher education for the training of future masters of computer science in the field of information technology is the development of the ability to work on real projects that model or directly reproduce the conditions of future professional activity. It is determined that the educational process of the second (master's) level of higher education should be aimed at training highly qualified future specialists capable of innovative activity, critical and systematic thinking, analytical evaluation of information and making effective decisions in difficult conditions of professional activity; capable of solving professional tasks and creating innovative products and services for the strategic sustainability of the information society and the state's innovation infrastructure. It is outlined that the professional training of future computer science specialists in the field of information technologies at the second (master's) level of higher education is focused on: the formation of professional competencies, deepening of theoretical and practical skills and abilities, strengthening of the integrated system of knowledge, skills and abilities for innovative activity and effective solution of complex professional tasks, development of a high level of professional competencies of education seekers, improvement of analytical thinking and communication culture, integration of theoretical base with practical activity in real projects, acquisition of the ability for continuous professional self-development and self-correction, formation of professional skills of scientific research and project work, improvement of mastery of modern software tools, methodologies and technologies of information systems management, strengthening of fundamental and practical training of individuals in the field of information technologies. The main problems and prospects of training future computer science specialists are substantiated and characterized. It has been established that a key aspect of modern training of future masters of computer science is the formation of the ability to continuous professional development and self-education, which ensures readiness for the rapid integration of new technologies into professional activities.

The article examines the current state of training of specialists in vocational education institutions, analyzes the main problems and outlines the prospects for developing the system of professional training of future specialists in the sphere of services. The purpose of the paper is to study the current state of training of specialists in vocational education institutions, to conduct analysis of main problems and to outline the prospects for the development of the professional training system for future specialists in the service sector. Methods of research: theoretical − analysis, generalisation and systematisation, which allow to reveal pedagogical positions in pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, to systematise normative-legal documents and mate future specialists of the sphere of services in the vocational schools of Ukraine. Professional qualifications of graduates of vocational education institutions should correspond to the current level of scientific and technological progress, therefore the training of working personnel should be carried out in accordance with the concept of advanced training. The purpose of modern vocational education should be aimed at updating the content of training of specialists, reviewing existing forms of educational activities of students, creating the appropriate conditions for meeting the needs of the younger generation in vocational training, retraining and training in accordance with the actual demands of society. The most significant factors in improving the quality of training specialists in the field of services should be: the need for theoretical training of specialists with the simultaneous formation of entrepreneurial skills; development and formation of scientific and methodical support that enables to create the necessary methodical basis for the training of professional personnel; improving the quality of training specialists and reducing the period of adaptation of graduates in the workplace.

The article deals with the results of the recent scientific research concerning training of experts for homeschooling in general and its today’s challenges in particular. Canada has been chosen as a target country due to its specific attitude towards homeschooling and its significant experience in specialist and/or teacher training for homeschooling. The urgency of the problem has recently aggravated because of the present-day situation with covid-19 worldwide restrictions in education and subsequent increase in the number of homeschooling families that need expert advice from certified specialists. The purpose of the article is to highlight the actual state of homeschooling specialist training in Canada in order to decide on a possibility to apply the experience of Canada in those counties which face similar challenges. To conduct the scientific results such methods as a continuous sampling method and a data classification method were used. The present research resulted into revealing current challenges in the realm of teacher training for homeschooling in Canada along with possible ways of overcoming of all the revealed difficulties with the help of various institutions that provide pedagogical education or practical support within the process of specialist training for homeschooling. The article considers acquiring skills and knowledge necessary for organizing family (home) education from colleges, institutes, universities, teacher training courses, associations, homeschooling support groups, etc. Some relevant educational programs provided by these establishments are under consideration as well. Thus, the following conclusions were inferred from the results of the research: the system of Homeschooling Specialists’ Training in Canada is highly-developed and well-prepared to cope with the difficulties connected with the Present-day Challenges.

The introductory part of the article presents historical facts about the field of journalism and how and when its primary education was formed. Also, the scientific significance of the research results in the field of journalism is explained by the usefulness of the proposed system, methodology, evaluation criteria to improve the content and methodological basis of journalism in higher education, and researches on teaching journalism terms. Practical significance of the research results, the developed proposals and practical recommendations provide theoretical insights on the formation and development of lexical competence in media terms, improvement of curricula in students majoring in journalism in higher education in English. The main part of the article is devoted to the importance of a competent approach to teaching foreign languages to journalism students.Theoretical and practical analysis of the importance of having language skills, mainly communicative competencies, for journalism students not only in language learning but also in the formation of professional skills is analyzed in the article. It mainly studies the importance of training and project methods in training journalists for the profession. The theoretical aspect of the article is mainly based on the competency approach and these two methods with the opinions of the researchers. In the practical part of the article, based on the theory, an experiment was conducted with students of the Faculty of Journalism. As a result of the project method, students' language skills increased and they worked on other specialties. In short, there are different approaches to learning English, and one of them is the communicative approach. This method helps to overcome language practice fear and language barriers in teaching English. The use of a competency-based approach in teaching foreign languages to journalist students during the lesson is an important factor in improving students' professional and language skills in their fields.

This paper aims to analyze the Principal's leadership management strategy in improving the Performance of Educators and Education Personnel. The Headmaster Leadership management strategy is one of the keys to success for improving the quality of performance of educators and education personnel. Increasing the quality of the performance of educators and education personnel will have a significant impact on the educational process and the achievement of desired educational goals. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative approach that seeks to describe the form of leadership management strategies for school principals in order to improve the quality of educational performance and education personnel. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Principal's management strategy has a very important role in improving the performance of educators and education personnel. (2) the quality of the performance of educators and education personnel has an impact on improving the quality of learning and achieving educational goals to the fullest.

Considerable attention is paid to the problem of training teachers of fine art, carrying out aesthetic education and art education of the younger generation, since the traditional approach to teaching color science does not ensure the achievement of the tasks.The study includes a theoretical foundation for the need to apply the principles of a systematic approach to teaching color science since the multi-stage process of forming a coloristic literacy, which is one of the effective tools that provide the key to understanding art, requires a deeper theoretical base, the search and implementation of new methods and techniques, development and interaction of artistic activity, the relationship of general art and special disciplines. On the basis of sensory-figurative thinking, an aesthetic attitude to reality is formed, and the development of color perception plays a crucial role in this process. The article emphasizes the importance of system-forming connections in teaching special disciplines, identifies ways to implement the tasks with the aim of mastering students with special knowledge and skills, forming the artistic and pedagogical competencies of future teachers of fine art, necessary for further pedagogical activity in the field of effective use of the educational potential of art.

The process of formation of the Tatar theater was associated with both the formation of national drama and the development of Russian and foreign classics. The Tatar Theater turned to world drama from the first years of its existence. It was an important school of directing and acting, contributed to the expansion of cultural horizons, the formation of professional skills and artistic taste of the young Tatar theater figures. Depending on the nature of the era, the director's preferences and the characteristics of the troupe, the plays of foreign playwrights emphasized social sound, heroic or romantic beginnings, psychologism or the universal nature of human relations. And although the main emphasis in the Tatar theater has always been on national drama, plays by foreign classics have always been included in its repertoire. The article examines the peculiarities of the Tatar theater's reception of the legacy of Shakespeare Moliere and Schiller at different stages of its development.

The present paper suggests the idea of development and introduction of a textbook in the Chinese language for future teachers of Chinese in the system of higher education in Russia. The authors analyze a number of reasons for the absence of such textbook in our education system. They consider both formal and content criteria of the existing textbooks for teaching practical Chinese language at the initial stage, which are most frequently used at our educational institutions. Special attention is paid to their advantages and disadvantages as well as to compiling new textbooks and teaching aids. The authors conclude that on the whole the existing textbooks are aimed at the formation of language knowledge and development of speaking skills, but their drawback is that they are not sufficiently aimed at the formation of professional skills and development of personal competencies essential for the future teacher.

Research is devoted to the development of a computer simulator complex (CSC) to develop the professional skills of food production operators. The structure (conceptual model) of CSC for training of food production operators is developed, the distinctive features of which for solving the problem of professional training of operators is the integration of the simulator, which allows to reproduce real technological processes of food production for training purposes, with the automated information system (AIS) of control over the formation of professional skills in the course of exercise courses on CSC. The sets of parameters that determine: the structure and properties of the technological operation modeled in the exercise on CSC for the generation of individual exercise variants; the actions performed by the trainee in the exercise depending on the features of the simulated technological operation with the use of physical models of real equipment or elements of virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR); evaluation of the process and results of the exercise in the virtual automated training environment CSC are described. The application of CSC in the training process allows to flexibly customize exercises for professional training of operators of different branches of food industry (meat, dairy, bakery, confectionery, etc.), which helps to improve the quality of training results, as well as to reduce the labor intensity of creating and controlling the implementation of training courses in CSC by operators.

The article presents an analysis of the mechanisms used by a vocational high school in Bulgaria to develop dual training and implement it sustainably. It focuses on the school management’s leadership role in the network of different stakeholders, demonstrating the importance of this aspect in the entire process of developing dual education. Apart from the case analysis of the Bulgarian vocational high school’s successful implementation of dual learning, the research strategy includes examining regulatory documents, evaluation reports and publications in media and by companies, as well as analyzing the attitudes among key stakeholders. An overview of the challenges facing dual education in Bulgaria is also provided. Based on the case study findings, the factors supporting the implementation and sustainability of the dual system have been identified. We conclude that the long-term development of the dual education model depends on the understanding that the formation of professional skills is a dynamic process, requiring attention to the needs of the local environment, adaptability to current changes and active participation by all stakeholders. The role of school leadership—with regard to both its motivation and activity—has proven to be essential, and therefore it should not be overlooked when creating state incentives to support dual training.

The article examines the role of military chaplaincy in the formation of national-patriotic education of the Ukrainian army. The relevance and novelty of the research lies in determining the essence of Ukrainian military patriotism’s spiritual foundations, which is formed on the archetypes of "clan", "Father", "Mother", "Family". Historically, "Father" embodies power, dominion not only over the body, but also over the soul, he brings conscience and moral grounds for subordination in the entire military family, based on the principles of fraternity. The archetype of "Mother" was formed from ancient Slavic ideas about Berehynia, in the Christian era it receives a new incarnation in the image of the Mother of God as the heavenly protector of the entire human race. One of a woman-mother archetype’s varieties in Ukrainian spiritual culture is Mother Nature, which transforms into the archetype of Mother Earth, which in turn is transferred to the paradigm of the native land - "Nenka-Ukraina", creating the archetype of the Motherland. The lack of desire to conquer others and the desire to preserve one's original, native, defines the essence of the Ukrainian army’s patriotism. It has been established that the Orthodox tradition of military chaplaincy is based on the spiritual union of Cossacks and monasticism during the liberation struggle. Later, the formation of the Ukrainian military clergy was closely connected with the Greek Catholic Church, which at that time had the greatest experience in moral and spiritual support of the Ukrainian national liberation struggle participants in the western Ukrainian lands. The dangers of the destructive influence of pro-Russian denominations’ priests on the moral and psychological state of military personnel are analyzed. It was noted that the armed aggression against Ukraine led to the intensified use of the church and the clergy’s potential for consolidation of the population and strengthening of patriotic feelings in servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to expose and isolate pro-Russian religious communities. On the basis of the positive experience of the leading world’s countries, an own system of professional training and education of personnel was created, which was based on defining principles: national dignity, patriotism, Christian morality, fidelity to the oath, fidelity to military duty.

The development priority of modern education is its optimization and the introduction of information technologies. More and more attention is paid to the spiritual and moral development of the personality of students, education of citizens in the interests of social progress in Russia on the basis of the principles of individuality and subjectivity of the educational process, and its program-targeted organization. The changes taking place in the economic sphere put forward new priorities for the educational sphere - the training of professional personnel who, in the new changing conditions, could carry out professional activities with a value reorientation towards initiative, creativity, and enterprise. Such personal qualities have a positive effect on the professionally important qualities of a highly qualified specialist - professionalism and competence. There are many scientific studies indicating the widespread use in the educational process in universities of the so-called blended learning, which combines traditional teaching technologies and the use of electronic resources. Various methods of transferring knowledge to students are considered and proposed, various pedagogical technologies are used, in which more and more importance is given to an individual and personality-oriented approach to students. It is too early to talk about the old, traditional forms of classroom training as outdated, with no further prospects of use. Many authors note the need for a differentiated approach to teaching various disciplines using training programs that simultaneously include traditional forms of classroom studies and innovative educational technologies.
