The article focuses on the role of education in the formation of an independent professional skills of future teachers of music in the system of uninterrupted education

Research is devoted to the development of a computer simulator complex (CSC) to develop the professional skills of food production operators. The structure (conceptual model) of CSC for training of food production operators is developed, the distinctive features of which for solving the problem of professional training of operators is the integration of the simulator, which allows to reproduce real technological processes of food production for training purposes, with the automated information system (AIS) of control over the formation of professional skills in the course of exercise courses on CSC. The sets of parameters that determine: the structure and properties of the technological operation modeled in the exercise on CSC for the generation of individual exercise variants; the actions performed by the trainee in the exercise depending on the features of the simulated technological operation with the use of physical models of real equipment or elements of virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR); evaluation of the process and results of the exercise in the virtual automated training environment CSC are described. The application of CSC in the training process allows to flexibly customize exercises for professional training of operators of different branches of food industry (meat, dairy, bakery, confectionery, etc.), which helps to improve the quality of training results, as well as to reduce the labor intensity of creating and controlling the implementation of training courses in CSC by operators.

The introductory part of the article presents historical facts about the field of journalism and how and when its primary education was formed. Also, the scientific significance of the research results in the field of journalism is explained by the usefulness of the proposed system, methodology, evaluation criteria to improve the content and methodological basis of journalism in higher education, and researches on teaching journalism terms. Practical significance of the research results, the developed proposals and practical recommendations provide theoretical insights on the formation and development of lexical competence in media terms, improvement of curricula in students majoring in journalism in higher education in English. The main part of the article is devoted to the importance of a competent approach to teaching foreign languages to journalism students.Theoretical and practical analysis of the importance of having language skills, mainly communicative competencies, for journalism students not only in language learning but also in the formation of professional skills is analyzed in the article. It mainly studies the importance of training and project methods in training journalists for the profession. The theoretical aspect of the article is mainly based on the competency approach and these two methods with the opinions of the researchers. In the practical part of the article, based on the theory, an experiment was conducted with students of the Faculty of Journalism. As a result of the project method, students' language skills increased and they worked on other specialties. In short, there are different approaches to learning English, and one of them is the communicative approach. This method helps to overcome language practice fear and language barriers in teaching English. The use of a competency-based approach in teaching foreign languages to journalist students during the lesson is an important factor in improving students' professional and language skills in their fields.

Considerable attention is paid to the problem of training teachers of fine art, carrying out aesthetic education and art education of the younger generation, since the traditional approach to teaching color science does not ensure the achievement of the tasks.The study includes a theoretical foundation for the need to apply the principles of a systematic approach to teaching color science since the multi-stage process of forming a coloristic literacy, which is one of the effective tools that provide the key to understanding art, requires a deeper theoretical base, the search and implementation of new methods and techniques, development and interaction of artistic activity, the relationship of general art and special disciplines. On the basis of sensory-figurative thinking, an aesthetic attitude to reality is formed, and the development of color perception plays a crucial role in this process. The article emphasizes the importance of system-forming connections in teaching special disciplines, identifies ways to implement the tasks with the aim of mastering students with special knowledge and skills, forming the artistic and pedagogical competencies of future teachers of fine art, necessary for further pedagogical activity in the field of effective use of the educational potential of art.

Innovative educational trends in the preschool education system require a new type of teacher and make extremely high demands on his professional competence. The article describes current issues of professional training of future specialists in preschool education. The need for professional training of pedagogical staff of preschool education institutions leads to the development of new approaches to technologies and methods of professional training of future specialists. An integral component of the professional training of future educators is the formation of professional qualities. The training of future specialists in preschool education is considered as a multifactorial structure, the main task of which is the acquisition by each student of a personal sense of activity, the formation of professional skills, an ever-growing interest in working with children and their parents, as well as in the development of success in activities. Qualitative training of a preschool teacher includes interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary integration, the implementation of personal-activity and systemic approaches. An analysis of approaches to the organization of the educational process in institutions of higher pedagogical education was made. Professional training of a future specialist in an educational institution is carried out in the pedagogical process and includes the following components analyzed in the article. The basic principles of training future preschool teachers and primary school teachers in the light of the concept of early childhood and preschool education and the concept of the New Ukrainian School define the provisions of the following approaches: humanistic; axiological; interdisciplinary; personally oriented; technological; activity; competent. The training of preschool teachers is characterized by the presence of two methods of integration: horizontal and vertical. The issues of organization of the learning process within the andragogic approach require further consideration.

The relevance of the study is due to the need to comprehend and use the results of long-term activity of state institutions for the training of qualified specialists of internal affairs bodies. The article examines the activities of the courses for senior and junior policemen formed in 1923 in the Donetsk province, their classes were conducted according to the program of the Main Militia of the Ukrainian SSR. The level of responsibility and interest of the NKVD in the sphere of the educational process of the formed provincial militia courses is shown. The problems of material, educational and methodological support of the provincial militia courses, as well as the shortage of teaching staff in the main disciplines, are analyzed. The purpose of the study is to study and summarize the historical experience of the NKVD-MIA of the RSFSR, the USSR on the organization, as well as the legal regulation of professional training and professional education of militia personnel. Methodological basis of the study is the institutional approach, which is traditional in the study of the history of state-legal systems, combined with elements of historical and logical methods. Research results. The authors come to the conclusion that the militia courses played a significant role in the formation of professional skills, as well as the quality of militia personnel in Donbass during the studied period. The study materials can be useful for practitioners in the organization of educative work with cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The article considers the problem of professional training of future computer science specialists in the field of information technology. The labor market requirements for future computer specialists are considered and it is substantiated that the training of future masters of computer science involves mastering fundamental theoretical knowledge and skills from the mandatory components of professional training in combination with the formation of professional skills to effectively apply professional competencies in practical activities. It is found that an important component of modern higher education for the training of future masters of computer science in the field of information technology is the development of the ability to work on real projects that model or directly reproduce the conditions of future professional activity. It is determined that the educational process of the second (master's) level of higher education should be aimed at training highly qualified future specialists capable of innovative activity, critical and systematic thinking, analytical evaluation of information and making effective decisions in difficult conditions of professional activity; capable of solving professional tasks and creating innovative products and services for the strategic sustainability of the information society and the state's innovation infrastructure. It is outlined that the professional training of future computer science specialists in the field of information technologies at the second (master's) level of higher education is focused on: the formation of professional competencies, deepening of theoretical and practical skills and abilities, strengthening of the integrated system of knowledge, skills and abilities for innovative activity and effective solution of complex professional tasks, development of a high level of professional competencies of education seekers, improvement of analytical thinking and communication culture, integration of theoretical base with practical activity in real projects, acquisition of the ability for continuous professional self-development and self-correction, formation of professional skills of scientific research and project work, improvement of mastery of modern software tools, methodologies and technologies of information systems management, strengthening of fundamental and practical training of individuals in the field of information technologies. The main problems and prospects of training future computer science specialists are substantiated and characterized. It has been established that a key aspect of modern training of future masters of computer science is the formation of the ability to continuous professional development and self-education, which ensures readiness for the rapid integration of new technologies into professional activities.

The present paper suggests the idea of development and introduction of a textbook in the Chinese language for future teachers of Chinese in the system of higher education in Russia. The authors analyze a number of reasons for the absence of such textbook in our education system. They consider both formal and content criteria of the existing textbooks for teaching practical Chinese language at the initial stage, which are most frequently used at our educational institutions. Special attention is paid to their advantages and disadvantages as well as to compiling new textbooks and teaching aids. The authors conclude that on the whole the existing textbooks are aimed at the formation of language knowledge and development of speaking skills, but their drawback is that they are not sufficiently aimed at the formation of professional skills and development of personal competencies essential for the future teacher.

The article presents an analysis of the mechanisms used by a vocational high school in Bulgaria to develop dual training and implement it sustainably. It focuses on the school management’s leadership role in the network of different stakeholders, demonstrating the importance of this aspect in the entire process of developing dual education. Apart from the case analysis of the Bulgarian vocational high school’s successful implementation of dual learning, the research strategy includes examining regulatory documents, evaluation reports and publications in media and by companies, as well as analyzing the attitudes among key stakeholders. An overview of the challenges facing dual education in Bulgaria is also provided. Based on the case study findings, the factors supporting the implementation and sustainability of the dual system have been identified. We conclude that the long-term development of the dual education model depends on the understanding that the formation of professional skills is a dynamic process, requiring attention to the needs of the local environment, adaptability to current changes and active participation by all stakeholders. The role of school leadership—with regard to both its motivation and activity—has proven to be essential, and therefore it should not be overlooked when creating state incentives to support dual training.

The article reveals the current and pending issue of a young teacher professional formation. The thorough analysis of scientific literature source enabled the possibility to specify the term «young teacher» as there is no single and unified approach among the researchers towards its definition. Having summarized different scientific viewpoints it has been suggested to distinguish such fundamental criteria for the term defined as professional training and professional activity. The very first steps of the young teacher who only starts his/her professional activity will provide for his/her professional skills formation and development in future. It has been proved that the scientific results achieved and formulated by the prominent pedagogue V. Sukhomlynskyi have a lot of things in common with the pedagogical experience of today and have not lost their importance and significance for modern teaching/learning process. The experience of teachers’ professional skills and mastery formation and development generated in Pavlyska secondary school is widely implemented into practice of methodological activity in many secondary educational establishments nowadays. Except the traditional and efficient methodological activities and types of events used in Pavlyska secondary school, there were teachers’ councils, methodological unions, psychological and pedagogical seminars, young teachers schools, lesson and pedagogical events attendance and analysis. It has been stated in the article that according to the results of the written and oral opinion polls we had conducted the conclusion may be made that the great part of young teachers does not feel confident as for their mastery of modern educational and innovative didactic techniques and methods. Though, on the other hand, they showed the quite advanced level of technical means mastery and skills that are applied in the system of blended learning. The research revealed that the more active is the support of school management and more experienced teachers more successful is the way of young teachers’ professional development. The following conditions have also been defined as quite useful: young specialists-friendly atmosphere, appropriate methodological work organization. Such conditions are believed to be helpful for teachers who only start their professional career and motivate them to improve their skills and abilities, to promote their creative potential.

This article will consider the problems of developing students' professional skills using stylization tools. According to the authors, mastering the style (using the example of a still life) will contribute to the formation of professional skills. It was also noted that by designating decorativeness as one of the features of works of art, defining its compositional, plastic and coloristic structure, a way of expressing beauty, it can be proved that by mastering stylization techniques and studying the decorative properties of painting, students will not only find it easier to study the basic laws of visual literacy, but also develop creative abilities, artistic taste. To solve pedagogical problems, the authors analyzed the works of artists Picasso, Matisse and S. Dali, who used stylization techniques (converting volume into a planar decorative shape; converting shapes in accordance with geometric shapes (circle, square, triangle, perspective violation, etc.) and highlighted effective methods of working with students. Thus, we theoretically studied psychological, pedagogical, and art history literature and characterized the essence of the concept of stylization and stylization as an artistic technique and a means of developing creative thinking among students

Among national dramas, however, the older and current French playwrights have continued to receive the most exhaustive and penetrating scrutiny.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of orchestral-conducting training of instrumental students at the university. The author summarizes the scientific-methodical and own practical experience of the conductor's work on orchestral works of various genres and artistic epochs. The specifics of professional training of students-instrumentalists at the university and the importance of the disciplines of the orchestral-conducting cycle are characterized. The principles of their teaching (gradual and sequence, systematic and accessible, pedagogical expediency and artistic value, collegiality and interest in the results of joint musical-creative activity) are defined. The peculiarities of working with educational orchestras consisting of students with different levels of pre-university instrumental-performing training are revealed. The basic types of a student's work on an orchestral work in the class in orchestral-conducting disciplines: work with a score, analysis of the work by ear, manual technique, creative communication with an orchestral group using special terminology, etc. The work on an orchestral work is defined as a complex process that integrates the student's creative potential and natural musical abilities, his instrumental and musical-theoretical knowledge, musical-performance and emotional spheres, individual and collective. Attention is focused on the role of the teacher of orchestral conducting in the formation of professional skills of the student in the process of working on an orchestral work. Conductor's analysis of symphonic and operatic works studied by instrumental students. The peculiarities of students' educational activity in the class of orchestral conducting in the conditions of distance learning are revealed. The results of the study are summarized and conclusions are formulated: practical study of an orchestral work in a conducting class contributes to the formation of analytical-ear skills, conducting-performing skills, creative imagination, stage culture and professional experience in an instrumental student.

This article analyzes the specific features of Karakalpak jirov performance, performance traditions and their role in the formation of professional skills of students studying in the field of music. In jirov performance, the national spirit, musical feeling, vocal and instrumental skills develop not only technical, but also artistic and aesthetic taste in students. The article highlights the professional competencies that students should acquire through the integration of jirov art into the educational process, in particular, understanding national music, stage culture, and skills of working in an ensemble.
