Background and Objective: Intensive physical therapy or exercise has been associated with favorable cerebral palsy (CP) outcomes, but few studies have investigated the effects of exercise intensity on the improvement in CP outcomes. In this study, we assessed the effects of intensive exercise-based therapy on improvement in gross motor function in children with CP.Methods: We searched three databases for randomized clinical trials evaluating the effects of therapeutic exercise training by using Gross Motor Function Measurement (GMFM) 66 and 88 among children with CP. Studies that used interventions in addition to therapeutic exercise were excluded from the present meta-analysis. Exercise intensity was defined using the number of training hours per day and duration of intervention (in weeks). The effects of the number of daily training hours and program duration on GMFM improvement were evaluated using meta-regression.Results: The comprehensive search returned 270 references, and 13 of 270 references met our eligibility criteria. The 13 trials recruited 412 children with CP. These trials measured motor improvements by using GMFM-66 (n = 8) and GMFM-88 (n = 5). The GMFM scores in the children who received the therapeutic intervention did not show significantly greater improvement than those of the children who received standard care. Meta-regression analysis revealed that the improvement in GMFM scores was positively associated with the number of daily training hours (point estimate = 0.549; p = 0.031) and program duration (point estimate = 0.067; p = 0.075).Discussion and Conclusions: Intensive physical exercise improved CP outcomes in the intervention and standard therapy groups. The duration of therapeutic intervention improved CP outcomes among the children who received the therapeutic intervention, while an increase in the number of daily training hours improved in CP outcomes in the children who received standard therapy.

Background . The concept of "educational environment" is considered (from the point of view of the subject) as a system of influences and conditions for the formation of personality, opportunities for its development and education, which are in the educational environment. Results. The article provides a scientific overview of the types of educational environment. Conceptual approaches to the formation of the educational environment in higher military education are proposed. To increase the impact of the "educational environment" on the quality of training of future military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ( based on the example of training of military chaplains), it is proposed to update the conceptual approaches that determine the direction and nature of actions to achieve educational objectives, namely: axiological, communication and personal, competence, organisational and activity, synergistic, spatial and subject, integrative, environmental, comparative. Today, the training of military chaplains is an innovative area of professional training of narrow specialists, which contributes to the disclosure of their own capabilities and the formation of civic consciousness. As a result of scientific research, it was found that the formation of the educational environment in the current conditions of higher military education in Ukraine is purposeful and continuous, responding to the current challenges of the personality-oriented education paradigm. A highquality educational environment that meets the expectations of the participants in the educational process should focus on students' selfrealisation, their self-identification in mastering their future profession, building harmonious interaction and cooperation with the military. After all, by purposefully strengthening conceptual approaches in the educational environment of a higher military education institution, namely in the training of chaplains as specialists of a new format, an indirect impact on the educational process can be made. It is important for educators to take into account the potential of the educational environment of a military higher education institution as an educational tool that primarily affects the activity and internal freedom of students, their civic position, self-education, motivation to acquire knowledge, independence, etc. С onclusions. The author's vision of the implementation of conceptual approaches in the educational environment of military chaplains' training in wartime is proposed. The importance of educators' attention to the digitalization of professional education, mastering information technology and server tools by military chaplains is proved.

Introduction The modern conditions of existence of armies are characterized by a high level of requirements for professional knowledge and skills on the one hand and aging of knowledge in the conditions of rapid changes of the world on the other. Therefore, the educational process must be continuous and territorially distributed. These conditions (time requirements) can be fulfilled only with the use of modern information technologies, which should be applied in the educational activities of higher military educational institutions. The article analyzes the current experience of using information systems in military education and outlines the main problematic issues that need to be addressed.Purpose The purpose of the article is to determine the directions of use of modern technologies in information support of the military education system.Methods the system of general scientific and special methods of theoretical and empirical research, namely theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem, analysis of scientific literature on the problem of research, systematization and generalization of scientific information concerning the nature and content of certain tasks, monitoring of existing systems were used to solve the set research problems. training of military specialists in the Russian Armed Forces, scientific generalization, general scientific methods of logical and comparative analysis, systematic approach, expert zinc, analysis and interpretation of theoretical and empirical data. Results the result of the article is a set of directions of use of modern technologies in the information support of the military education system.Originality The article first analyzes the state of the distance learning system in military education and outlines ways to solve the main problems.Conclusion The system of military education in Ukraine in terms of distance learning is in the stage of active development and implementation of best practices in teaching non-secret disciplines and courses. The problem remains the task of creating an infrastructure for handling classified information. Of course, this will be the next stage in the development of the distance learning system.

Modelling vocational training of specialists for the speciality 017 “Physical culture and sports”: ways and methods of incorporating regional peculiarities and needs in conditions of the stage education

The article analyzes the changes taking place in Ukrainian education during the last five years, are compared with the processes taking place in Europe, and an attempt is made to identify the main trends in the development of domestic foreign language education in the near future, allowing us to: predict probable challenges and prepare for overcoming them; focus on the main areas; to formulate new tasks, review the content, and possibly approaches to methodological training foreign language teachers taking into account these trends. Special attention is paid to the training of specialists in the field international relations is due to the fact that the process intercultural communication is significantly complicated problems due to certain differences and differences in perception of the world around us native speakers of different languages and cultures, which often leads to misunderstanding of each other, and in some cases becomes the cause of undesirable situations. The purpose of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of the development of foreign language education in Ukraine, to investigate the tendencies of the influence of the European educational system on the development of foreign language education in our country. The article highlights the results of the study of trends in the development of foreign language education in Ukraine, them influence on the formation of methods of learning foreign languages in higher education, their effective used during foreign language training of future specialists in non-language specialties in modern times stage. Some aspects of the formation and development of foreign language education at different stages of it are analyzed formation in the context of the subject of research and their relevance in modern conditions of preparation for the future specialists in the humanities in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The main directions are clarified development of trends in foreign language education through analysis of works and research of leading experts in the field. In the frame of the study, it was revealed that the concepts of "bilingualism", "plurilingualism", and "multilingualism" in the system of higher education in Ukraine have become the significant components of foreign language training of future specialists in a particular field. The research concluded that, at the present stage of Ukraine's entry into the European educational space foreign language education is an element of cultural interaction, that promotes the formation of interests in another mentality, increases motivation, and expands the scope of international cooperation. We see the conclusions and prospects for further research in this area in a more in-depth approach to creative development and finding new ways to improve efficiency of the educational process of students of the faculties of international relations in the light of the latest requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for teaching foreign languages at a qualitatively new level.

The purpose of this research is to establish the preconditions for the effective use of distance education elements to provide high-quality educational services for the development of general and specific professional competencies among future specialists in information technologies. In this article, various methods of scientific research are used; however, the main one is the statistical method of processing quantitative data obtained with an anonymous questionnaire survey of 85 applicants of higher education studying the “information systems and technologies” speciality in the Western region of Ukraine. The reliability of the obtained results has been checked by applying the regression analysis method. The study demonstrated that incorporating elements of the distance education process organization is a practical approach for ensuring the quality of education by fostering the development of appropriate general and professional competencies in future information technology specialists. The share of these elements can be 30–60 % of the educational time and depends on various aspects of the training. One of the main aspects that affects the value of this indicator during the training of information technology specialists is the affiliation of individual educational components to scientific areas: humanitarian or physical and mathematical. The obtained results provide a basis for further research on the influence of specific aspects of the organization of the distance educational process. The results of this study fill a gap in the current literature, providing empirical data for further research into the application of remote education organizational elements to ensure the quality of education during the training of specialists in various fields of knowledge. The article examines the current state of training of specialists in vocational education institutions, analyzes the main problems and outlines the prospects for developing the system of professional training of future specialists in the sphere of services. The purpose of the paper is to study the current state of training of specialists in vocational education institutions, to conduct analysis of main problems and to outline the prospects for the development of the professional training system for future specialists in the service sector. Methods of research: theoretical − analysis, generalisation and systematisation, which allow to reveal pedagogical positions in pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, to systematise normative-legal documents and mate future specialists of the sphere of services in the vocational schools of Ukraine. Professional qualifications of graduates of vocational education institutions should correspond to the current level of scientific and technological progress, therefore the training of working personnel should be carried out in accordance with the concept of advanced training. The purpose of modern vocational education should be aimed at updating the content of training of specialists, reviewing existing forms of educational activities of students, creating the appropriate conditions for meeting the needs of the younger generation in vocational training, retraining and training in accordance with the actual demands of society. The most significant factors in improving the quality of training specialists in the field of services should be: the need for theoretical training of specialists with the simultaneous formation of entrepreneurial skills; development and formation of scientific and methodical support that enables to create the necessary methodical basis for the training of professional personnel; improving the quality of training specialists and reducing the period of adaptation of graduates in the workplace.

Modern weapons and military equipment have radically changed the nature of hostilities. Its characteristic features were determination and high maneuverability, rapid and abrupt change of scenery. These indicators require from the personnel active, courageous and initiative actions, high organization and full effort of moral and physical forces. To defeat the enemy and achieve victory requires a high level of knowledge and skills in handling weapons. They characterize the degree of readiness of servicemen to realize the combat capabilities of the model in full. Achieve such a high level of readiness is possible only through numerous, close to real training conditions. This once again emphasizes the importance of training tools in the training system of the Land Forces. This article analyzes the latest research and publications of scientists on the introduction of the latest training technologies in the training of specialists, including military. The positive and negative features of the existing educational and training means of training specialists in the armed forces of the leading countries of the world and Ukraine are considered. The level of economic effect of their application and direct influence on the training of military specialists, first of all narrow specialties, in particular those that determine the combat capability of the unit, are determined. The main problematic issues of application of the latest training technologies in the training program of troops are covered. Forms and methods of conducting classes on the basis of training tools, including bilateral exercises in the link «platoon-company-battalion» are considered. The process of further integration of educational and training means in the process of combat training of mechanized and tank units has been studied. This will ensure the effective solution of a wide range of tasks for the training of troops, including the creation of simulation and modeling complexes for training commanders and staffs during command and staff exercises with simulation of the combat situation, displaying the results of training and combat operations on electronic topographic maps. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of classes using traditional training tools and tools based on the latest training technologies. The main directions of further improvement and development are determined.

Introduction. Education always performs an important function of society and the state, aimed at the formation and development of socially significant qualities of each person as a member of society and citizen, and the state. Quality higher education directs the life of society, turning it into a successful society in the future; forms a new way of thinking, a new vision of the meaning of life increases the status of the country at the international level and stimulates the development of the economy of the whole country. An important component of the strategy for the development of higher education in Ukraine is determined by an effective system of internal and external quality assurance. Aim is to determine and theoretically generalize the features of the conceptual principles, content and organization of the quality assurance system of professional training of specialists in physical education and sports in the United States. Results. The study identifies and theoretically generalizes the characteristic conceptual foundations of the content and organization of the quality assurance system of professional training of specialists in physical education and sports in the United States. Twelve academic specializations for the training of specialists in physical education and sports at US universities have been singled out in terms of content and characterized, which are combined into four main areas. Six basic components of quality assurance in higher education in the field of physical education and sports in the United States have been identified and characterized: the state-defined educational sector "Fitness, Recreation and Leisure"; broad autonomy of universities and public control over the regulation of the quality of training of specialists in physical education and sports; unified system of evaluation of learning outcomes in high school and universities; extended admission control; current selection in universities; system of control of professional competencies of university graduates. Conclusions. The creative use of the ideas of American practice will contribute to the modernization and innovative structuring of the Ukrainian quality system of higher education in general and the training of specialists in physical education and sports in particular.

BackgroundThere is wide variation in the availability and training of specialists in the diagnosis and management of infections across Europe. ObjectivesTo describe and reflect on the current objectives, structure and content of European curricula and examinations for the training and assessment of medical specialists in Clinical (Medical) Microbiology (CM/MM) and Infectious Diseases (ID). SourcesNarrative review of developments over the past two decades and related policy documents and scientific literature. ContentResponsibility for curricula and examinations lies with the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). The ID Section of UEMS was inaugurated in 1997 and the MM Section separated from Laboratory Medicine in 2008. The sections collaborate closely with each other and the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID). Updated European Training Requirements (ETR) were approved for MM in 2017 and ID in 2018. These comprehensive curricula outline the framework for delivery of specialist training and quality control for trainers and training programmes, emphasizing the need for documented, regular formative reviews of progress of trainees. Competencies to be achieved include both specialty-related and generic knowledge, skills and professional behaviours. The indicative length of training is typically 5 years; a year of clinical training is mandated for CM/MM trainees and 6 months of microbiology laboratory training for ID trainees. Each Section is developing examinations using multiple choice questions to test the knowledge base defined in their ETR, to be delivered in 2022 following pilot examinations in 2021. ImplicationsThe revised ETRs and European examinations for medical specialists in CM/MM and ID provide benchmarks for national authorities to adapt or adopt locally. Through harmonization of postgraduate training and assessment, they support the promotion and recognition of high standards of clinical practice and hence improved care for patients throughout Europe, and improved mobility of trainees and specialists.

The article examines the problem of the formation of leadership qualities in future teachers of humanitarian disciplines. The purpose of the article is to define, substantiate and investigate the role of leadership in the activities of future teachers of humanitarian disciplines and to compare the opinions of future teachers and future engineers regarding leadership and the ways of its formation within the educational process of the university. In the article, methods of analysis, synthesis, systematization, comparison, classification, generalization of theories of leadership, development of leadership qualities, as well as interviews of future teachers of humanitarian and technical specialities have been used to study the state of the problem of formation of leadership qualities during the professional training of future specialists. The role of humanitarian disciplines in the formation of leadership qualities and their importance for the formation of a pedagogical leader is determined. The possibilities of using the potential of humanitarian disciplines for the formation of leadership qualities of future specialists of various profiles are pointed out. Pedagogical leadership is shown as one of the qualities of a teacher, which is a characteristic of their ability to organize activities, to generate new pedagogical ideas, to have the ability to use the latest technologies in the educational process, to have a positive influence on others and knowledge how to lead them. The problem of leadership qualities of a leader is considered in different directions: scientific, educational, planning, and visionary ones. Some historical aspects of the formation and development of the doctrine of leadership, starting with Ancient Greece, which are reflected in the writings of Socrates and Xenophon, are considered. They considered military commanders as leaders. For example, the activity of Alexander the Great was considered, and one of his features was a humane attitude towards soldiers. The transition from the concept of “military commander” to the term “leader” is presented. Among the characteristic and mandatory features of leaders-commanders are “moderation, justice, insight, friendliness, presence of spirit, tact, humanity, compassion, kindness, courage, generosity, attentiveness”. It is shown that the problem of leadership began to be researched the most at the beginning of the 20th century. During this period, the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the problem of leadership, and ways of forming leadership qualities were developed. The concept of “pedagogical leader” was introduced, which reflects the general development of teachers and students, promotes the development of their professional qualities, while not forgetting about their own development, which will give them the opportunity to be a leader. These qualities ensure self-affirmation of the leader, establishment of their active position in life. It was the emergence and research of pedagogical leadership that contributed to the introduction of new learning technologies, methods, forms and means in teaching and educating students. The process begins with the preparation of future teachers, who need to be taught exactly how they can apply their leadership qualities, how much they will influence subordinates, fellow students, and the teaching staff. But future teachers need to be taught this. A survey was conducted to study the expediency of forming leadership qualities in representatives of pedagogical and engineering specialties. Analysis of the survey results has shown that students have knowledge about leadership and the leader; determine the role of this phenomenon in the professional training of a specialist. But the vision of leadership and the need for it are different for future teachers and future engineers. The future teachers answered that the teacher is obliged to be a leader, because the future of the country is under their control. The ability of specialists to make non-standard decisions, take responsibility for results, rally like-minded people around them, and creatively approach tasks depends on the formation of leadership qualities. Among future engineers, the role of a leader did not find a particular echo in their aspirations to become a specialist in their field. They adhere to the opinion that it is better to be a good, knowledgeable performer in production.

The article analyzes the features of the use of information technologies in the development of disciplines by design engineers studying the issues of materials science and the manufacture of products from textile industry materials. Depending on the tasks being solved by design engineers of the textile industry, it is advisable to introduce the following information products into the educational process: to determine the structural characteristics of textile industry materials and evaluate their utilitarian properties-Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and applied author’s programs, to analyze regulatory requirements - the Microsoft Access database. The use of the proposed training technology will significantly improve the quality of training and information culture of textile industry specialists.

The article summarizes the experience of the educational institution of the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Performing Arts (KMACPA) in a context of intercultural dialogue in the education and training of specialists in the sphere of performing and circus arts of Ukraine in conditions of Russian military aggression 2022. Based on scientific research of the theoretical and historical activity of Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Performing Arts, modern scientists in the field of studying the phenomenon of dialogue as a meaning of personality formation and intercultural dialogue in the national self-identification of students as future ideological specialists-culturalists. The authors show the ways of real cooperation of the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Performing Arts with the leading art and cultural institutions among Europe and the world in organizing a joint intercultural educational process and holding art performances on the territory of European countries, as an example of intercultural dialogue of different national communities. The conducted scientific research and practical generalization of the experience of the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Performing Arts in the context of intercultural dialogue in the professional training of a modern specialist in the sphere of performing entertainment showed its relevance, importance and effectiveness as an instrument of communication with leading world artists, cultural and educational institutions from all over the world. As a result of establishing branches in different countries the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Performing Arts provided a big support and the opportunity to carry out the educational process for its students and employees at the time of the start of military aggression against Ukraine. In return students with their supervisors gave powerful feedback with concerts, shows, presentations and performing activities that not only popularized the Academy in a positive way but also Ukraine in general.

Aim. Implementation of theoretical and methodological analysis of manage­ment as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon; disclosure of the methodolo­gical and praxeological potential of the theory of management in the training of specialists in the field of management activities. Methods. During the research, there were used such methods as analysis, synthesis, systemic, comparative, structural-functional, and dialectical met­hods. A synergistic methodological approach was used to managing as a complex, multilevel, open system. The theoretical basis of the research is the views of such researchers as K. Matsusita, P. Drucker, I. Adizes, L. Yakokka. Results. The authors prove that the contemporary theory of management appears in at least three dimensions: the methodology, the art of manage­ment activity and the discipline in the system of training specialists in the field of public management and administration. It is substantiated that the methodological function of the theory of management is realized through the formation of the cultural-semantic, the intellectual basis for the making of innovative, conceptual thinking of the subject of management activity. As an art, the philosophy of the administration forms the subject's ability to crea­tively determine priorities, calculate all possible variants of events in conflict situations and make constructive decisions. As a subject matter, the theory of management was developed and implemented in the educational process by the authors within the program of “The Philosophy of Management”. Scientific novelty. For the first time in the scientific discourse, the the­ory of management was considered in three dimensions: methodology, art of administration, as well as an important academic discipline in the struc­ture of modern education. It was demonstrated that the necessary condition for effective administration of systems of any level of complexity is the inte­raction of the three main factors. First factor, this is the world outlook factor that determines the role of values, traditions, customs, culture, mentality in the implementation of effective management activities. Secondly, this is a scientific-methodological factor that consists of a variety of theories and con­cepts where the mechanisms, methods and regularities of management are revealed. Thirdly, this is a praxeological factor, which is essentially represen­ted by various recommendations, guidelines and enactments of contemporary management. The unity of these factors generates the effect of synergy, which leads administration to the level of art creative and productive combination of organization goals, knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, the expec­tations of customers in certain socio-cultural conditions of life. The authors proposed the idea of a new paradigm in the preparation of future managers: reorienting the training of the individual manager to the administrator as a team member, which, due to communication, relevant qualifications, profes­sional skills and creativity, will work effectively and execute team decisions. Practical significance. The obtained results are able to serve as a ben­chmark for improving the training system of professional managers, shif­ting attention from the analysis of the technical components of management (structure, strategy) to the consideration of its intellectual, spiritual poten­tial, where a person becomes the main capital and an understanding of its capabilities and scopes is an important condition for success.

The article examines the international experience of the professional training system of physical rehabilitation specialists, taking into account its main aspects and changes that have occurred during recent decades. The relevance of the need for professional training of physical rehabilitation specialists is due to the growing number of the Ukrainians in need of rehabilitation interventions, especially today, during the military conflict. The author of the article investigates the factors influencing the quality of professional training of future physical rehabilitation specialists, in particular the content of the educational programs and the role of technology in the educational process. The contribution of foreign researchers and practitioners to the study of the problem of future physical rehabilitation specialists’ professional training in present times is analyzed. The author summarizes the key reforms that contributed to the development of this modern system and the role of universities, colleges and other institutions of higher education in the process of developing the professional competencies of a rehabilitation specialist. Particular attention is paid to the professional training programs for rehabilitation therapists, their structure, content and methods. By studying foreign experience of the development of rehabilitation, the perspectives for its implementation and the use in Ukraine are identified. The author of the article emphasizes the social significance of physical rehabilitation and the need to establish mechanisms for the functioning of rehabilitation as an independent field and at the same time as an integral part of the activities aimed at restoring and maintaining health and working capacity of citizens at the state level. Based on the analysis of recent studies, it was concluded that the experience of foreign systems of physical rehabilitation specialists’ professional training is characterized by innovative methods and the use of new flexible technologies that introduce diversity and differentiation into the educational process. The paper demonstrates the importance of reforming the professional training of rehabilitation therapists with regard to the changes of modern educational paradigm.
