Introduction ( issue) . In modern conditions, the information society represents a qualitatively new stage of sociotechnological evolution of society, which has been formed and continues to develop as a result of the leading trends of its previous socio-economic development. Such a society implies a significant and sometimes decisive increase in the role of information and knowledge in all spheres of social and human being, as well as the formation and consumption of information resources through information and communication technologies. In today's environment, the nature of the actions of these technologies is becoming global. In the developed countries of the world, the sphere of information and communication technology is the basis of the social, economic and political well-being of the population, one of the leading conditions for economic development. Purpose of the article. Clarify the impact of the information society on the system of higher military education of Ukraine. Research methods. In order to achieve the aim and to solve the problems, the system of theoretical research methods was used: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization. Main research results. The article analyzes the current trends in the role of the information society in the process of preparing the officer’s personality in the system of higher military education in Ukraine. The main strategic goals and objectives of the development of the information society in the educational sphere of Ukraine are disclosed. The main trends in the development of the system of higher military education of Ukraine in the conditions of hybrid warfare are identified. Scientific novelty and practical significance of the research results. The study proposed the main ways of implementing the applied tasks of the system of higher military education of Ukraine in the information society in the organizational, scientific, methodological and management plane. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The quality of higher military education in the information society is determined not only by its general informatization, that is, by the number of computers and information databases, but above all by the preparedness, readiness and ability of the listener as a subject of educational and military-professional activity to constant and systematic work with information and its effective processing. As a result, this will contribute to the formation and development of the subject of the military-professional activity of new systemic and objective knowledge about the nature, society and the military-professional sphere, as well as their integrated use for solving the tasks of ensuring the defence capability of the state.

Introduction. Reforming of the military education system requires the development and implementation of a number of legal documents governing the activities of higher education institutions, the system of professional training and retraining of military specialists. Among the main legal documents is the development of the Sectoral Framework of Qualifications in the field of knowledge "Military Sciences, National Security, State Border Security.Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the stages and content of the process of formation of the sectoral framework of qualifications in the field of knowledge "Military Sciences, National Security, State Border Security".Methods. The system of general scientific and special methods of theoretical and empirical research (analysis of scientific literature, systematization and generalization of materials, logic and comparative, content analysis) was used in order to realize the article purpose. Results.The issues of formation of the sectoral qualification framework in the field of knowledge "Military Sciences, National Security, State Border Security" have been investigated, proposals have been analyzed and developed for amending the relevant legal framework.Content. Analysis of higher education standards in the field of knowledge "Military Sciences, National Security, State Border Security" indicates that today there is no single approach to the goals, methods and results of training of servicemen of the Armed Forces and other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The standards developed for the respective specialties in each of the law enforcement agencies differ in essence and are not structurally related. This is especially true of the training of operational-level officers. This is a problem that needs to be addressed, including in the development of the Sectoral Qualifications Framework, as it is directly related to military education and training, in some respects preventing further reform of the entire NATO higher education and training system. Conclusion. The article defined the stages and content of the process of formation of the sectoral framework of qualifications in the field of knowledge "Military Sciences, National Security, State Border Security".

Abstract. The article considers the prospects of training of specialists in the system of military higher education institutions, based on a theoretical study of the problems of military education in Ukraine. Were considered the problems of training of specialists through the prism of the experience of the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict. Determined factors of resistance to renewal and innovations in the system of military specialists training. Were characterized the main factors of specifying the requirements for the professional training of military specialists, among them: a) activation of scientific research in the direction of studying the combat and everyday activities of the units of the Armed Forces; b) increasing the number of training hours and resource provision for practical classes; c) the emergence of a public demand for formation in the competence of a specialist: leadership qualities, the ability to work in a team, developed skills for countering informational and psychological influence, the ability to establish communication and military-civilian cooperation. Also were described the prospects of improving the training of specialists, in particular: using of information technologies in the educational process; development of competence in handling weapons and military equipment; development of personal and professional qualities of a young officer (leadership, communication skills, moral and psychological training).

Given the transformation of Ukraine’s military education system, the experience of professional and physical training of officer personnel at military educational institutions in Great Britain is of particular interest. The aim of this article is to summarize the organizational and pedagogical foundations of the professional and physical training of British Armed Forces officers. The British Armed Forces are one of the largest armed forces in Europe; they are fully professional and voluntary. Although Britain’s national security concept includes an emphasis on countering the new threats of the information age, physical training of officers in military education institutions is a priority. It has been established that the United Kingdom has accumulated innovative experience that can be used to develop a system of continuous physical training of border guard officers. In particular, physical training of officers in British military education institutions remains a priority. Physical training programs for officers of the British Armed Forces include general gymnastics, athletics, swimming, soccer, boxing, and judo. In addition, in ground units designed for direct participation in combat operations, physical training programs are supplemented by overcoming obstacles and learning hand-to-hand combat techniques. A compulsory element is the so-called adventure course, covering a set of techniques and actions for moving on difficult terrain, overcoming natural and artificial obstacles in the conditions of tactical tasks. Physical training of future police officers in training centers is practice-oriented. This is a short and medium-distance running, the ability to use special techniques when detaining suspicious persons, etc. Key words: physical training system, officers, military schools and colleges, military education, British Armed Forces, sports.

The article considers a technology of developing political competence of future officers atmilitary institutions of higher learning and proves the necessity of developing professional competenceof modern officers as a constituent part of their professional training. Special attention is paid to theanalysis of peculiarities of reforming higher military education in Ukraine. The paper also considersdifferent approaches to education and upbringing technologies, as well as the structure of pedagogicaltechnologies. The article focuses on the essence of the stages of the technology of developing political competence of future officers at higher military educational institutions and provides characteristics ofthe stages of the technology of developing political competence of future officers at higher militaryeducational institutions, which are as follows: preparatory, motivational-purposeful, content-based,process- and activity-based, controlling-evaluative, each of the stages having its own aim, tasks andmethods of implementation. The article proves the need to implement the technology of formingpolitical competence of future officers at higher military educational institutions.&nbsp

Background . The concept of "educational environment" is considered (from the point of view of the subject) as a system of influences and conditions for the formation of personality, opportunities for its development and education, which are in the educational environment. Results. The article provides a scientific overview of the types of educational environment. Conceptual approaches to the formation of the educational environment in higher military education are proposed. To increase the impact of the "educational environment" on the quality of training of future military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ( based on the example of training of military chaplains), it is proposed to update the conceptual approaches that determine the direction and nature of actions to achieve educational objectives, namely: axiological, communication and personal, competence, organisational and activity, synergistic, spatial and subject, integrative, environmental, comparative. Today, the training of military chaplains is an innovative area of professional training of narrow specialists, which contributes to the disclosure of their own capabilities and the formation of civic consciousness. As a result of scientific research, it was found that the formation of the educational environment in the current conditions of higher military education in Ukraine is purposeful and continuous, responding to the current challenges of the personality-oriented education paradigm. A highquality educational environment that meets the expectations of the participants in the educational process should focus on students' selfrealisation, their self-identification in mastering their future profession, building harmonious interaction and cooperation with the military. After all, by purposefully strengthening conceptual approaches in the educational environment of a higher military education institution, namely in the training of chaplains as specialists of a new format, an indirect impact on the educational process can be made. It is important for educators to take into account the potential of the educational environment of a military higher education institution as an educational tool that primarily affects the activity and internal freedom of students, their civic position, self-education, motivation to acquire knowledge, independence, etc. С onclusions. The author's vision of the implementation of conceptual approaches in the educational environment of military chaplains' training in wartime is proposed. The importance of educators' attention to the digitalization of professional education, mastering information technology and server tools by military chaplains is proved.

Researched are priorities of military education in the context of national interests and cultural traditions of Russia. The author reveals the problems of organizing military education associated with the change of global ideology and the loss of ideological foundations within the country, the adoption of Western models of education that contradict national cultural traditions. Based on the needs of the state, the author identifies priorities in organizing the training of military specialists. The most important of them are the education of a warrior’s personality, that is, the formation of moral and combat qualities as the basis for the training of military specialists and the expansion, in connection with this, of the interpretation of “competence”, as well as a change in the ideology of the development and content of the Federal state educational standard (FSES) for the training of military specialists.

The aim of this article is to comprehensively analyze the implementation of the Moodle system in military education, focusing on its advantages and challenges that arise during the training of modern military specialists. The study examines the practical experience of using Moodle in military educational institutions, based on cadets from various specialties, in order to assess the impact of this system on the learning process. The research methodology includes the analysis of statistical data, surveys of instructors and cadets, as well as a comparison of academic performance in traditional education systems and in blended formats that utilize an electronic learning environment. The study results indicate numerous advantages of using the Moodle system, including improved accessibility of educational materials, the ability to organize individualized learning paths for cadets, and the interactivity of the learning process. Particularly noteworthy is Moodle’s potential in ensuring distance learning, which is relevant given the need for flexibility in educational programs. The platform facilitates easier access to learning materials, enabling cadets to work on assignments independently at their convenience while maintaining a high level of discipline and responsibility. However, the implementation of Moodle in military education comes with certain challenges. Among the main issues are technical limitations, which may arise due to underdeveloped infrastructure in some military educational institutions. Additionally, instructors often require improved digital literacy to fully utilize all the platform’s capabilities. It is also crucial to ensure funding to support the stable operation of the system and to adapt educational materials to the requirements of the electronic environment.The scientific significance of this research lies in a detailed examination of the impact of digital technologies on the quality of military specialist training, allowing for the implementation of more effective educational models. The practical significance of the study involves identifying strategies for improving the system of military specialist training, taking into account the features of using electronic learning platforms, which ultimately contributes to increasing the overall effectiveness of cadet preparation for fulfilling service tasks.

Ukraine's tendency to achieve compatibility with the standards of NATO member states, in particular as a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine, raises the issue of developing the diagnostic competence of foreign language teachers in higher military educational institutions. After all, the ability of foreign language teachers in higher military educational institutions to effectively assess the levels of foreign language communicative competence of military personnel allows them to respond promptly to problematic issues in their language training and change training strategies following the needs of the Armed Forces. Therefore, the study aims to reveal the essence of the methodology of adaptive development of foreign language teachers' diagnostic competence in the system of postgraduate education. To achieve this goal, several theoretical (analysis, synthesis, systematisation of scientific psychological, pedagogical, methodological literature) and empirical (observation, comparison, description) methods were used. Adaptive learning technologies are proposed, which allow studying the educational material with the help of adaptive algorithms for each student, according to knowledge, skills, and personal learning needs, i.e., through the adaptive presentation of the educational material of the author's remote special course. The stages of implementation of the author's methodology for adaptive development of diagnostic competence of foreign language teachers in higher military educational institutions are highlighted. The specifics of the methodology of adaptive development of diagnostic competence of foreign language teachers are revealed, considering their diagnostic activities in the system of military education. The authors' developed methodology for the adaptive development of diagnostic competence of foreign language teachers in higher military educational institutions contributes to the actualisation, systematisation and deepening of their theoretical diagnostic knowledge, and improvement of practical diagnostic skills and abilities that form the basis for the development of their diagnostic competence. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying its results to improve the qualifications of foreign language teachers at higher military educational institutions

This article examines current problems of transformation of the system of military education, which require reflexion of basic and new conceptual constructs. The goal of the research is to identify the essence and specific features of the transformation of the military education system to the standards of the leading educational systems. In order to achieve the set goal, the methodological basis of the research was determined at the level of philosophical and general scientific positions: systematization, analysis, synthesis, extrapolation and simplification. The use of the method of structural-system analysis allowed us to identify the main trends of changes in the structure of the system of military education on the basis of best practices of the countries -. members of the Pan-Atlantic alliance. The essence of the immanence of leadership as the basis of professionalism of the military was revealed with the help of the cause-and-effect relations. the result of the consequential methodology of identifying functional and instrumental peculiarities and tendencies. As a result of the research, it was determined that the modern educational space, in the conditions of new trials, directs the system of military education to the implementation of new methods and forms of organization and management of military training. The systemic study of the conceptual framework of the military education system revealed new categorical structures and models in the processes of military transformation. It is noted that the introduction of professional military education into the structure of the military education system must solve the problem of professionalization and leadership in the military team. Particular importance is given to the value-motivational aspects of shaping the personality of the military man, which determines the motivation of the person to change and become a sign of his maturity as a person and a professional.

The article examines the problems and prospects of the accreditation system as a tool for ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine. The state and peculiarities of integration of the Ukrainian accreditation system into the European context are investigated. The purpose of this study is to analyse the accreditation system of higher education in Ukraine and to study its impact on ensuring the quality of education in accordance with European standards. The emphasis is placed on analysing the theoretical and practical aspects of accreditation in Ukraine, identifying problems and opportunities for further improvement. The study uses general scientific methods. The method of documentary analysis was also used. The article examines topical issues related to the accreditation system of higher education in Ukraine, in particular the factors that affect its effectiveness and compliance with European standards. The analysis of the state of integration of the Ukrainian accreditation system into the European dimension has revealed key challenges and prospects. The theoretical aspect of the study highlights the conceptual foundations of accreditation, its goals, and impact on the quality of education. The practical analysis revealed problems such as the lack of a unified assessment methodology and insufficient coordination between accreditation bodies. The results of the study can serve as a basis for developing specific strategies and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of accreditation and maintain higher quality standards in Ukrainian higher education. The article emphasises that accreditation is an important tool for monitoring and ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine. It serves not only as a mechanism for determining the compliance of higher education institutions with the established standards but also guarantees a high standard of education and compliance with academic standards. Recommendations for improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine are proposed, taking into account the European experience in the field of accreditation. The study emphasises the importance of affinity with European models and the need for active cooperation to ensure a high standard of quality of higher education in Ukraine.

In this study, the modernization studies conducted by the Ottoman Empire and Prussia in their armies and in their military trainings are discussed. The Military Schools established by both Ottoman Empire and Prussia for military education were examined separately and the effects of Prussian officers on Ottoman military education system was stated. In the related literature, it is mostly stated that the Ottoman military education was tried to be modernized by taking example of the western states, the establishment process of Military Academy in Ottoman Empire by Sultan Mahmud II as a model of Royal Military School (Ecole Royale Militaire) in France and increment of the effects of Prussia on Ottoman military system in line with the developing political relations between these Empires. However, the related studies about the military education of the western states where the Ottoman military education reforms are taken as an example, and the military education of Prussia who has a significant role in Ottoman military education are limited in number. For this reason, the military education reforms carried out by the Ottoman Empire and Prussia, which is an important example of the reforms in Ottoman military education, were examined in this study. In this context, it is defined that why these reforms wanted to be realized, which deficiencies were tried to be eliminated, what kind of role the officers played in these reforms and which institutions they established. Therefore, the military modernization policies of both Prussia and the Ottoman Empire, their military education, the curricula taught in military schools, the position of Prussian influence in Ottoman military education and its effects, were indicated by examining the Ottoman archive documents and related research studies.

The article considers the peculiarities of implementing strategies for information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process of higher military educational institutions during the teaching of foreign languages. The current principles of teaching foreign (English) languages to cadets of non-linguistic specialties are defined, emphasizing their foreign language training as an integral component of the overall training system for military personnel. The integration of ICT into the educational process establishes a qualitatively new form of lifelong learning, based on purposeful self-educational activities. During the research, 57 foreign language teachers from three higher military educational institutions were interviewed. It is substantiated that the consideration of the military-specific features of the educational process is a necessary condition for the application of ICT. The article identifies the actual strategies of teaching foreign (English) language to cadets of non-linguistic specialities in higher military educational institutions of Ukraine in the context of the development of ICT, including enhancing motivation, access to modern educational materials, and providing a comprehensive system of informational and methodological support for the educational process, etc. Furthermore, the research suggests that the strategic incorporation of ICT will not only improve the efficiency of language learning but also prepare cadets for the digitalized world they will encounter in both military operations and international diplomacy. By promoting self-directed learning through ICT tools, cadets are empowered to manage their own educational paths, fostering autonomy and adaptability - traits that are essential in the rapidly evolving demands of modern military service. In conclusion, the study underscores the potential of ICT to transform foreign language education in military settings. The successful integration of these technologies, aligned with the specific needs of cadets and the military education system, will lead to a more effective, flexible, and dynamic approach to language training that ensures cadets are well-prepared to engage in global and intercultural communication within their military careers.

This study aims to analyze the healthy lifestyle behaviors of cadets at the Faculty of Military Medicine, the Indonesian Defense University (Unhan RI) through a sociology of health perspective. The background of this study focuses on the importance of a healthy lifestyle for prospective military medical personnel, who play a strategic role in supporting national defense health. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of 30 cadets. The results indicate that cadets' healthy lifestyle behaviors are influenced by internal factors (knowledge, motivation, discipline) and external factors (military education environment, academic culture, and social support). Implementation of healthy lifestyle behaviors includes dietary regulation, regular physical activity, stress management, and adherence to military health regulations. However, barriers such as high academic workloads, limited rest time, and mental stress were also identified. The discussion of this study emphasizes that cadets' healthy lifestyle behaviors are not only the result of individual factors but also a social construct shaped by the military education system. This study suggests the need for strategies to strengthen a healthy lifestyle through educational interventions, psychosocial support, and institutional policies.
