The article reveals one of the acute aspects of higher education – the use of modern digital technologies. The article describes the possibilities of modern service programs used in the learning process, methods of presentation of educational material and knowledge control. The interpenetration of the content of different academic disciplines as a factor of creating a unified educational space through modern digital technologies is analyzed in the article. The use of modern digital technologies is considered as a factor of successful mastering of educational material. The authors come to the conclusion that the productive use of digital technologies, the involving students in an independent search, the selection of information forms students' competencies that meet modern requirements. Using test system developed at MPEI for grammar assignments is presented in the article.

The purpose of this article is to determine the wide-ranging and specific uses of digital technologies in the modern performing arts. Various approaches to study and analyze information technologies and their connection with the arts are given. The introduction of three-dimensional technologies in stage productions in Ukraine are examined, and the use of modern digital technologies in the context of the development of theater of the 21st century are determined. The process of integrating digital technologies into stage productions are demonstrated. Recommendations and requirements for increasing the effectiveness of digital transformation in the performing arts are revealed. The results presented are of practical and theoretical value for art critics, cultural researchers, actors, directors, and producers of the theater, who can successfully integrate innovative technologies into their creative projects.

The article examines the role and significance of digitalization in achieving the goals of sustainable economic development. It is determined that the use of modern digital technologies is a stimulus for economic growth, ensuring environmental and social well-being, which is the basis for ensuring the sustainable development of the national economy as a whole. It is determined that the use of digital technologies contributes to increasing the efficiency of resource use and energy consumption, creating a sustainable energy system, contributing to wider access to clean water, etc. Digital tools facilitate interaction and cooperation between countries, stakeholders and citizens, and allow for real-time work. In general, digitalization can play a crucial role in the sustainable development of European countries, both at national and regional levels. However, attention is also paid to the importance of considering potential problems and risks associated with digital technologies, such as data privacy, digital disruption, cyberrisks and technological dependency. Solving the outlined problems lies in the joint efforts of the state, the private sector, and civil society. The issue of developing the potential of digitalization for developing innovative solutions and addressing sustainable development challenges is becoming more relevant.

The modern digitalization of the educational process in art teaching is a relevant topic for research. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of teaching art in the time of active use of digital technologies, the challenges and opportunities of this process in further use. To achieve this task, scientific methods of comparison and content analysis of scientific literature were used. A survey of 77 students (bachelor's, master's, and PhD students) who studied art with the use of modern digital technologies was also conducted. The results show that modern digital technologies are used at least several times a week. Important tools are virtual and augmented reality technologies, multimedia, and digital resources. Artistic digital platforms for creation or modeling allow the use of various digital tools to create new works or explore new styles. The problems are described: untimely access to technology, lack of personal interaction, lack of practical skills, certain limitations in the use of creativity, and the need for self-discipline. The conclusions summarize the general tendency to deepen the use of digital technologies in art education.

Digital technology is an integral part of our daily lives. Regardless of whether we have a computer at home, whether we use the possibilities of obtaining state and municipal services in digital form or simply operate electronic gadgets, society's dependence on technology is increasing. A secure digital environment enhances trust and contributes to the creation of a stable and prosperous nation. Government and the business community are also taking advantage of the technological revolution through greater adoption and use of digital technologies. Traditional forms of crime have also evolved, as criminal associations increasingly use the information and telecommunications network - the Internet - to commit cybercrimes and increase their profits. Digital crime is developing at an incredibly fast pace, and new types of criminal acts are constantly emerging. So we need to keep up with digital technologies, understand the opportunities they create for cybercriminals, and how they can be used as a tool to combat cybercrime. The active use of digital technologies in all spheres of social life in the last three decades formed a background for the emergence of a special type of criminals - the so-called hackers. Criminal groups of hackers pose a public danger because, if they unite, they are capable of planning a large-scale computer attack which could target, among other things, critically important information infrastructure objects. Besides, hacker groups have become a real danger for both governments, large corporations, the military, and for private persons. The trend for blurring the boundaries between hacker groups and organized crime, that the experts predicted a few years ago, has now become a reality. In fact, it is possible to say that a new independent type of organized crime has emerged - the hacking community. These circumstances make it necessary to develop a special norm that provides for the liability for organizing hacking community or participating in it. Such a norm will allow for a complex approach to the criminal law counteraction against such criminal groups by ensuring an adequate criminal law assessment of the actions of the organizers and coordinators of hackers organizations.

Digital Technology Use in US Community-Dwelling Seniors With and Without Homebound Status

The relevance of the study of the effectiveness of digital technologies in music education lies in the need to adapt modern music education to the requirements of the digital world. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of digital technologies in music education and to determine their impact on the quality of music education. The methods used in the study were the statistical method, modelling, the method of generalising experience, as well as experimentation and theoretical analysis. The results of the study showed that the use of modern digital technologies in music education could make the learning process more effective and accessible. Students who used digital resources and tools learned music material better, expressed more interest in learning, developed better creative skills, and were involved in teamwork on music projects. The use of digital technology had also helped to optimise time and preserve music resources. In general, this is a major step in improving music education and the development of pupils and students.

Social surveys and observations show a significant lag in the popularity of the sports industry in Russia from European countries and the United States, as well as the insufficient influence of marketing on the promotion of sports services, which increases the urgency of this problem. The purpose of the study is to consider the features of the digital transformation of sports marketing and identify ways to use it to increase the activity of consumers of services of sports events and facilities. The basis of the research methodology is an interdisciplinary approach for complementary analysis of a complex set of economic, socio-demographic, psychological, information technology and other factors. The empirical basis of the study was the materials of selective observations and surveys of fans and spectators of sports events, processed by the methods of grouping, comparative analysis, and expert evaluation. The main result of the study is the substantiation of the need to overcome Russia’s lag behind other countries in the development of the sports industry, visiting sports events and venues, which requires a change in the relationship between the management of sports clubs, associations and audiences, and wider use of the possibilities of digital information and communication technologies. The article, as elements of scientific novelty, shows the dynamics of the ratio of various sources of news information and changes in the consumer behavior of target audiences of viewers, generalizes empirical material on the use of social networks as a communication channel and substantiates the need for their activation as a marketing tool, as well as expanding the use of methodological approaches “analytics of the digital footprint”, “digital portrait” of consumers of sports services to select the most effective management solutions to increase the attendance of sports facilities and events. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the digital transformation of the sports industry causes significant changes in the relationship with the target audiences of fans, spectators, fans aimed at enhancing visits to sports events and facilities, as well as increasing their attention to broadcasts on smartphones, tablets, mobile phones, personal computers. A special role is played by social networks integrated with mobile applications as marketing tools that use the discussion of news information, the exchange of opinions and emotions, the demonstration of photo and video materials based on the results of sports events, polls of fans, spectators, fans to promote the services of sports events, evaluate their effectiveness. for sponsors, charity events. In the era of rapid integration and digitalization, the labor market increasingly demands that graduates of higher education institutions possess not only professional knowledge but also a wide range of soft skills. The purpose of this article is to explore the potential of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in shaping and strengthening such competencies, which are essential for building a successful career. The study outlines the methodological foundations of soft skills development and considers the dynamics of digital skills from 2019 to 2023. A comparative analysis highlights the advantages of digital methods over traditional approaches, showing their effectiveness in fostering adaptability, motivation, critical thinking, and continuous self-improvement among students. Particular attention is given to the use of modern digital technologies and neural networks in education. Examples include the creation of video content, participation in online forums and debates, the application of simulators, and collaboration through tools like Trello and Google Docs. The results indicate that digital learning and AI enhance teamwork, communication, creativity, and the capacity for rapid information analysis. By integrating a value-based approach, higher education can cultivate competitive graduates who are well-prepared for the global labor market, capable of navigating its challenges with flexibility and innovation.

One of these areas of using the Internet is e-commerce. The article discusses promising areas for the development of sales technologies in electronic retail. In particular, the use of modern digital technologies in various stages of the trade and technological process of Internet commerce, such as the formation of consumer choice, payment and delivery of goods, is shown.

In the modern world, economic relations, business, and markets are increasingly being transferred to the online world. Accordingly, the percentage of a new type of financial fraud – digital crimes – is also growing. In Russia, they are one of the leaders in economic crimes. Constant development and improvement of digital technologies make for the emergence of increasingly sophisticated types of digital fraud. Information security management systems are among the most important parts of both public and private internal policy of the enterprises that use them. Every year, the issue of combating cyber attacks is becoming more acute. For example, in 2021, the volume of transactions without the consent of bank customers increased by 38.8% compared to 2020. For cyber risks not to lead to such serious consequences, it is necessary to determine the influence of external factors on the dynamics of digital financial crimes in Russia. We will develop a predictive system based on machine learning methods to predict the number of digital financial crimes.

The main purpose of the article is to determine the features of the use of modern digital technologies for the development of the educational environment in the system for ensuring the sustainable development of the region. As a result of the study, the main stages in the process of activating and intensifying the use of modern digital technologies for the development of the educational environment in the system for ensuring the sustainable development of the region were systematized and formed. To achieve the goals set in the research system, both general theoretical methods and specific modeling methods, such as the schematic modeling method, were used. This method made it possible to visually depict the algorithm for achieving the ultimate goal of the study. The study has its limitations; in the course of the study, the process of ensuring the sustainable development of the region was studied only in the context of the development of the educational environment and its digitalization and modernization. Given that sustainable development is a complex concept and includes many elements, the authors plan to study this topic in further research.

In the modern world, one of the urgent problems of teaching children the correct word pronunciation is congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate caused by the malfunctioning of organs and tissues of the oral cavity and some difficulties in their prevention and treatment. Congenital malformations of the maxillofacial region occupy one of the main places among diseases of childhood in terms of prevalence. The average incidence of this defect is 0.5-1.5 cases per thousand children born. Currently, there is a steady upward trend in the prevalence of congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate in Samara and the Samara region, and today it is 1.18 per 1000 newborns. In this regard, based on a comprehensive decision of the medical-psychological-pedagogical commission, timely rehabilitation of such children is carried out, which is based on the use of modern digital technologies for the purpose of their correctional and developmental education. These technologies contribute to the solution of many diverse tasks in a short time of education for children with congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate. Correctional work with such children involves the use of specialized or adapted diagnostic and developmental computer programs, which are an effective way of forming their correct speech. However, it should be noted that the effect of their use depends on the professional competence of a specialist, his ability to use information and communication technologies in the learning process of each child, while creating psychological comfort in the classroom, increasing working capacity, and also forming personal qualities necessary for full adaptation in the environment. environment.

Relevance. The relevance of the study is explained by the need to explore the personal approach and computer educational technologies for the development of imagination in students over 18 years of age who do not have experience working with pictorial materials. The work is based on classical methods of teaching fine arts combined with modern digital technologies. The article describes the main conditions and methods that develop the imagination of students over 18 years of age in fine arts in institutions of additional education.Aim. To develop a curriculum that includes elements of interactive cooperation with students, the use of digital technologies (neural networks) to develop spatial thinking and coloristic and compositional imagination of students.Methodology. Analysis of scientific literature, conducting classes on the subject «Painting» with students over 18 years old, analysis of their educational and creative activities in the classroom, monitoring the development of the group’s creative skills are the methods for the research into the ways to develop the imagination of students.Scientific novelty/theoretical and/or practical significance. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is its contribution to the process of teaching art disciplines, the possibility of using the methods of developing imagination in the methodology of teaching painting, and improving the fine arts teaching programs for students of different ages. Based on the tested results, it is planned to write methodological manuals on fine arts. The students who completed the course in the discipline «Painting» with the use of digital educational technologies developed exhibition and competitive activities, increased interest in world artistic culture and art, and developed desire to improve their skills. The features of the influence of digital technologies on the development of imagination for the implementation of creative ideas are shown.Research results. A program with elements of digital technologies was introduced into the educational process, the skill and creative level of students increased: they successfully transferred three-dimensional objects to the plane of canvas or paper in the form of well-built coloristic and compositional solutions.Conclusions. Digital and information technologies, as well as technical means, help to achieve good results in the modern educational process. With the introduction of technology to the process of teaching fine arts, pedagogical activity is realized with obvious advantages.
