Modern Ukrainian society is in a complex process of transformation in various spheres at the present stage of its historical development, including, in the field of education. The humanitarian development of the country and the world sets new tasks for the national education system, the solution of which is inefficient within the framework of the existing methodology. Currently, the issue of analysing the efficiency of the higher education system and its adaptability in the field of training specialists of various profiles to constant and changing processes in various spheres of the society is of particular relevance. The inconsistency of the scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical level of the quality control model of higher education has determined the problem of the necessity to analyse the existing models in order to improve their individual aspects. The purpose of the academic paper is to study the existing models of quality control of the educational process in higher education and to clarify the practical features of the development of such models from the perspective of participants in the learning process in higher educational institutions. Methodology. In the course of the research, the analytical-bibliographic method was used to study the scientific literature on the issues of quality control of the educational process in higher educational institutions, as well as a questionnaire survey in order to clarify in practice the certain aspects of developing the models for the quality management of education in higher educational institutions. Results. Based on the results of the research, the features of implementing the individual models of quality control of the educational process in higher educational institutions were studied, and the main principles and characteristics that should be taken into account when developing such a model for each individual institution of higher education were clarified.

The list of tasks of modern higher education includes a disclosure of the potential of all participants in the pedagogical process, giving them opportunities to express their creative abilities. This change in the role of education in society has led to a significant part of innovation processes. To implement measures to manage the innovation activities of higher education institutions, it is necessary to define the list of tasks clearly, the solution of which will contribute not only to the development of innovation activities, but also to profit. The purpose of the article is a general description of the problem of ensuring the effectiveness of the innovation process in higher education institutions through the implementation of appropriate management actions. The study of the effectiveness of the management of innovative pedagogical processes in higher education institutions (HEI) involved the use of several methods of scientific and empirical knowledge. The use of the method of analysis of the current state of management and functioning of the innovation process in the free economic zone made it possible to decompose the research material into units, to study the separate parts of the elements. In turn, the application of the synthesis method allowed the connection of the individual parts of knowledge as a whole, which was reflected in some conditions that affect the effectiveness of innovation in the free economic zone. The organization and management of the innovation process in higher education require qualified managers and teacher-implementers. Problems of innovation management in HEI are studied in various fields of science, where the basic concepts are defined: «innovation environment of HEI», «innovation activity in HEI». The university management system must be able to manage not only the phase of conceptual solution based on the results of basic and exploratory research, patents but also the full innovation cycle: from idea to creation of the finished product, its replication and marketing. The conditions influencing the efficiency of innovation activity in the free economic zone are determined: creation and regulation of the state of the organization’s innovation environment; innovation management policy; structure of interpersonal relations, etc.

This article is devoted to innovative aspects of enhancement of management processes in a higher educational institution on the basis of application of modern information and communication technologies. Research purpose is development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations about enhancement of management processes in higher education institution on the basis of application of information and communication technologies. This purpose has determined statement and the solution of the following tasks: to research theoretical essence and concept of corporate management of higher education institution; to determine the directions and forms of corporate management in higher education institution; to reveal feature of corporate management processes in higher education institutions; to determine the factors constraining implementation of the corporate principles of management of higher education institution; to develop technology of use of corporate mail of higher education institution on the basis of application of the program MS Outlook complex and a security system of Kerio Control. In the course of research methods of the economic, historical and logical analysis, system approach, a method of analogies, methods of generalization, method of expert evaluations, SWOT analysis, etc. were applied. Applied researches on this problem, and also practical experience of the Tashkent state economic university are used. During writing of article the results containing elements of scientifi c novelty are received: author’s defi nition «corporate management in higher education institution» on macro and microlevels is given. At the macrolevel – this state regulation, support and assistance of processes of implementation, transformation and adaptation of methods, models and the best practices (practice) of corporate management to the sphere of the higher education, increase of degree of autonomy of higher education institutions and sale of mechanisms of public-private partnership for the purpose of increase of social effi ciency and responsibility of the parties. At the microlevel – this use of the mechanisms of effective corporate management providing coordination of interests of the entities and organizations and creation of the conditions for long-term cooperation about business by community promoting a performance of the mission of higher education institution and maintenance of the academic values of the higher education; the directions of corporate management in higher education institution are determined; the features of corporate management processes consisting in ambivalence of their influence on the high school environment both with positive, and from negative sides are revealed; the factors constraining processes of forming of corporate management in higher education institution at various stages which elimination creates bases for search of new allowances of successful functioning of higher education institutions in the conditions of the increasing complexity, uncertainty and dynamism of external environment are determined. Zones of tripartite interests of the state, business and higher education institution in the course of integration of education, science and innovations are revealed. This research is directed to systematization and development of theoretical bases of the concept of corporate management in higher education institution. The received results can be used in activities of governing bodies, business by structures, professional and higher educational institutions as a basis for development of recommendations about development and enhancement of management processes based on application of information and communication technologies.

Implementation of digital tools and processes in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) as an emergent activity depends on the sociomaterial relationships between institutional factors that dynamically interact with each other. This article systematically explores through a literature review some of the most relevant and up‐to‐date published studies to identify the ‘important factors’ to consider for the implementation of digital tools and processes in HEI. The goal of the paper is to turn these factors, conceived initially as previous conditions or characteristics of the institutions or people, into a list of strategic elements to be fostered by HEI leadership teams to promote better implementation of digital tools and processes in their institutions. In the final part of this work, we propose a framework that reflects these elements in a visual approach that highlights the activity‐centred character of the framework as well as the emergent character of the implementation process itself.

Purpose – this article investigates the impact of knowledge acquisition on the leading knowledge management processes such as knowledge storage, application, and creation in higher education institutions. Research methodology – scientific literature review and hypotheses were used to develop the research model. The re-search data was collected from 202 academics from Lebanese higher education institutions. The structural questionnaire and structural equation modeling techniques were employed to test the research hypotheses. Findings – the findings confirmed the knowledge acquisition process’s leading role with the highest impact on knowl-edge creation and provided valuable insights for scientists in the knowledge acquisition field. Research limitations – this study’s results are primarily applicable in Lebanon and can’t be generalized to other coun-tries. Therefore, a further researcher should encompass diverse countries to generalize the findings on a global level. Practical implications – the results emphasize more attention for higher education institutions’ administration to focus on higher education institutions’ knowledge management cycle, particularly on the knowledge acquisition process. Originality/Value – in this study, the significant influence of knowledge acquisition on other knowledge management processes in the Lebanese higher education institutions has been revealed, as no prior research in Lebanon is found.

The article is devoted to the problem of organizing students' independent work during the study of humanitarian disciplines in the conditions of distance education. The main factors that led to the active implementation of distance education in Ukrainian higher education institutions and an increase in the share of independent work of education seekers during the study of various disciplines are characterized. The approaches of Ukrainian author to the definition of the essence of the concept of «distance learning» were analyzed, and on their basis, the author's understanding of this definition was formulated (a form of organization of the educational process, which is implemented with the help of various information technologies and involves increasing the share of independent work of education seekers during the study of program material). The essence of the concept of independent work of students as an important form of organization of the educational process in higher education institutions is clarified. The focus is on what, at the current stage, it is the main type of educational activity of students, for which no less than 1/3 and no more than 2/3 of the total amount of study time of a student allocated to the study of a specific discipline is allocated. The peculiarities of the organization of independent work by the teachers of the department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Language Training O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv within such humanitarian disciplines as «Language training (for foreign students)», «Ukrainian language for professional direction», «Modern Ukrainian literary language», «Business Ukrainian language», «Professional rhetoric», «Scientific style language training». The main activities that are implemented in O. M. Beketov University in order to facilitate the process of independent work of students: creation of video and audio lectures, as well as slide presentations on topics studied within the disciplines, electronic correspondence, communication in Telegram, Viber, Skype applications, open access for of each student to the digital repository, which contains electronic resources, lecture notes, methodological instructions, study guides and textbooks, abstracts, dissertations, articles, etc. It has been proven that the effectiveness of the educational process in higher education depends to a large extent on the quality organization of independent work in the conditions of distance education.

The article shows the possibility of using hardware ProComp Infiniti System with BioGraph Infiniti Software in the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine in different directions of training, including specific training conditions. The Infiniti system monitors and records a wide range of physiological and mechanical signals, analyzes and provides real-time biofeedback through various auditory and visual aids. The authors analyzed scientific and professional literature on the development and introduction of specialized software products in the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine and across the globe. The paper defines the advantages and prospects of carrying out a cycle laboratory work and research with BioGraph Infiniti tools and the principles of work with ProComp Infinity hardware. The didactic conditions of use of BioGraph Infiniti Software in the educational process of higher medical education institutions and universities of internal affairs of Ukraine are defined for formation of informational and subject competence of Ukraine’s students. Attention is focused on ensuring the flexibility of the educational process by means of variability, changes in the content and methods of education, forms of organization of educational classes with a direct practical component, a combination of different education methods for students of various types of higher education institutions. The possibilities of development of a series of laboratory works with their further placement in the virtual educational environment "Laboratory works system with specialized software Biograph Infiniti" are considered. Each laboratory work is created according to the principles of scientificity, integrity and professional orientation of education and includes 3 levels: general (basic), psychological and medical-biological.

Purpose. The goal of the article is to highlight the aspects of implementing the educational-process automated management system “SEL”, which has been adapted to the existing stable processes in higher education institutions and realities of higher education in Ukraine. In particular, the study focuses on the implementation of the module “Teacher’s Individual Work Plan”, which significantly simplifies and optimizes the work of teachers. Methodology. To characterize the automated system “SEL”, research methods such as comparison and synthesis are used. To justify the effectiveness of the proposed system, a critical analysis method is used, while recommendations for further improvement of the system’s operation are developed using the generalization method. Findings. The article describes the aspects of implementing the “SEL” system at Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of State University of Trade and Economics. The system meets modern quality standards, considers the specifics of higher education in Ukraine, integrates with other information systems, and supports scalability for various user needs. Functional modules, including the “Teacher’s Individual Work Plan” and the elective subject selection system, are presented as tools that enhance the efficiency, transparency, and quality of educational services. The integration process of the module “Teacher’s Individual Work Plan” with other system modules is also detailed. Originality. The “SEL” automated system is developed, which, through automation and digitalization of educational services, improves the management of higher education institution. In particular, the use of unique modules such as “Teacher’s Individual Work Plan” and “Elective Subjects” enables the automation of processes and facilitates the work of the teacher and the process of elective subject selection by higher education students. Practical value. The developed system “SEL” makes it possible to implement the main functions for planning, organizing, motivating and controlling the educational process, scientific, methodological and organizational activities in a higher education institution.

Electronic environment has its great effect on university libraries that serve higher education. These libraries are considered the backbone of higher education and scientific institutes as they play an important role in higher education process as a whole with a special reference to scientific research. The importance of these libraries lies in that they provide information resources and services which improve scientific researches. Meanwhile, electronic environment has greatly affected their roles; an act which led to the appearance of so many kinds such as digital libraries, electronic libraries, etc…. This environment imposes new roles on libraries so that they can keep playing their part to serve scientific research. Moreover, due to the continuous progress witnessed in developed countries in the form of newly issued researches, libraries have to offer new services that can cope with the new technological era. For this reason, the topic of this study is selected which is: the role of university libraries in the light of e-learning environment to improve higher education and scientific research. The goal of this study is to shed light on the role of university libraries based on the e-learning environment to identify the benefit they can get to help with enhancing scientific research. Identifying the role of digital libraries and data resources with an aim to develop higher education lies in that these libraries support learning and teaching processes generally and e-learning process specifically. They are also considered an essential factor for scientific research requirements in addition to enhancing the skills and capabilities of the pillars of the educational process. They have an effective role and high efficiency to improve information resources, economize expenditures, minimize costs and save time as well as effort. E-learning technologies have the world confronted with a new revolution in education and opened new horizons for recent norms of education as well as training at all educational institutes especially higher education ones. E-learning requires dependency on recent technologies so as to offer students a quality educational content in an effective way through its distinguished positive characteristics like minimizing time, effort and costs in addition to its high capacities to improve the students’ learning levels and skills effectively. Besides, it aims to provide a quality teaching and leanring environment that is interesting and exciting enough for both students and teachers to get rid of time and space limitations allowing students to learn according to their abilities, appeals, and levels of knowledge and skills. E-leaning and its different varied technologies have recently become a necessity for higher education. The great concern to benefit from its high capacities forms a basic effective feature to improve and enhance the educational process at higher education institutes.

Background: The relevance of the study is caused by the implementation of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions, that induces the appearance of new kinds and forms of its organization. Purpose: To analyze of the interpretation of the definitions of “distance learning” and “blended learning”; to identify of problems of their use in professional training of future primary school teachers at the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi Mykolaiv National University. Materials and Methods: Theoretical and empirical methods are used in the work: analysis, classification and generalization of the source base of the research; normative documentation regulating the activity of higher education institutions (educational and professional programs, curricula); experience in the educational process organizing; diagnostics of students majoring in 013 Primary education (questionnaires, observations, introspection). Results: The structure and content of “distance learning” and “blended-learning” are disclosed, considers its advantages and its efficiency. The scientific approaches principles mean and forms of organization of the process of distance learning and blended-learning while training of elementary school teachers are investigated. The advantages of using the Moodle platform at the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi Mykolaiv National University are proved. The possibility and expediency of using distance and blended learning in the process of professional training of future primary school teachers is proved. Conclusions: The development of computer and information and communication technologies, the use of distance and blended learning have significantly changed the role and place of teachers and students in the educational process in higher education institutions. Their implementation promotes the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers.

The Covid-19 pandemic turned both private and public life upside down. Teaching and learning at higher education institutions worldwide had to move online on very short notice. This means that all the educational process must be converted into a digital format for the transmission of a large array of information through electronic exchange. Online learning has been an important research topic over the past three decades, but online study programs at the universities are still limited. This article tells about the experience of foreign countries in the successful implementation of information and digital technologies in the educational process of universities. Information technologies in training are used in South Korea (Smart education), Switzerland (Wikis), Norway (Mixed learning model and co-education), Serbia (Video on demand), China (Stem - education, Moodle, Block chain). We continue with some initial thoughts on online teaching and learning in higher education in general, and emergency online teaching and learning more specifically. All of these technologies have advantages within a single state. The article substantiates the priority tasks of reforming the system of higher education in Ukraine. The current state of higher professional education and its tasks are defined; the principles of modern European education are highlighted. Moreover, the components and functions of the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions are identified. The emphasis is placed on the development of pedagogical workers’ professional and pedagogical excellence, the raise of the level of their readiness to use personal development and information and communication technologies, electronic learning tools, information and analytical systems for managing the development of vocational education and students’ training. The recommendations of the European Higher Education Area regarding the development of higher education in the EU countries are substantiated. The author stresses that today one of the main principles of modern European education, which is responsible for the qualitative aspect of training and acquisition of professional competencies, is the mobility of students and teachers. It is noted that the influence of integration processes and the growing role of globalization cause the need to use the international educational standards in the field of education. The influence of reforming the system of higher education onto the creation of favorable conditions for the professional growth of a future specialist is substantiated. Over the last years the improving of the higher education quality have occupied the dominating place in the issues of ensuring the competitiveness of Ukraine’s educational system and training a personnel of a particullar qualification. The author also noted that the influence of integration processes, the growing role of globalization сause the need to use the international educational standards in the field of education. The impact of the higher education system reforming onto the creating of favorable conditions for the development of a person throughout its life, in particular, its professional growth, is theoretically grounded as the key to the development of national intellectual potential. The growing requirements for the quality of training specialists in proffesional education require further theoretical and practical development of the improvement of the system of higher professional education of Ukraine, its recognition in the European and world space, which will be an important step on the way to the professionalism of modern specialists.

The article is devoted to innovations in the process of professional development of undergraduate students of various specialties. The proliferation of computer games has created new educational practices. The use of gamification of the educational process in higher education is becoming a necessary educational practice that offers new forms of education and training. Visualization activates cognitive activity and facilitates the assimilation of educational material by undergraduate students of various specialties. Gamification – the application of elements of the game and game principles into non-game contexts, introduced in modern online games, to motivate students and achieve real educational goals while studying the subject.The purpose of the article is to analyze the process of gamification in the educational environment of higher education institutions in the professional development of undergraduate students of various specialties.Methodology. A descriptive method with elements of comparative analysis, a method of modeling that contributed to a comprehensive study of the problem.Scientific novelty is to determine the main areas of use of gamification as an educational practice in higher education institutions.Conclusions. 1. In the process of teaching undergraduate students, the use of gamification allows to expand the possibilities of traditional higher education and shift the emphasis to interactive learning. This will allow students to think outside the box and develop self-control, as well as diversify the format of educational activities. 2. An indicator of professional development is professionalism. In this process, gamification becomes a necessary educational practice that offers new forms of education and training. Visualization and simultaneous influence on different senses intensify cognitive activity and facilitate the assimilation of undergraduate students of different specialties of educational material. 3. To actively use the gamified education system, it is necessary to study the theoretical materials, try to gamify a particular topic or lesson and analyze how undergraduate students react to such an innovation.The use of computer games in the educational process of higher education institutions promotes the development of personality, communication skills, improves the professional development of students.

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of professional competence of future biology teachers in accordance with modern requirements for the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions. The article notes that the acquisition of scientific knowledge and their implementation in practice requires the creation of a number of conditions that would promote the development of the personality of future professionals. The article notes that despite the prospects and opportunities provided by higher education, there is a problem of self-realization of the individual in educational activities. The author emphasizes that the educational process in higher education institutions should involve productive interaction and be based on the principles of success, subjectivity and creativity. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the ways of forming the professional competence of future biology teachers. The research uses theoretical methods: analysis of psychological and pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature, generalizations and empirical method - pedagogical observation of the educational and cognitive activities of future teachers of biology. We consider the professional competence of future biology teachers as a complex multifaceted category, which includes: professional motivation, systematic knowledge of science and teaching cycle, professional and communication skills, stability, professional mobility, flexibility and critical thinking, initiative, emotional attitude to the profession nature, society, the ability to model the pedagogical process and perform pedagogical activities in non-standard situations, to make rational decisions. According to the author, the key positions of the acmeological approach are: facilitation, motivational activity, productivity, personal orientation of the educational process, pedagogical support, individual learning trajectory, developmental educational and professional environment, self-actualization of future professionals, appreciation of students. The article substantiates the didactic possibilities of the acmeological approach to the formation of professionalism of future specialists, the conditions for personal and professional development of the teacher's personality, his achievement of competitiveness and the tops of pedagogical skill.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The problem of using game technologies in higher education institutions is studied in the scientific literature by L. Varzatska, I. Vachkov, N. Holovko, O. Zhukova, N. Kravets, E. Lytvynenko, M. Marko, I. Romaniuk, H. Topchii, H. Shchukina. Game-based learning technologies in education in Ukraine are the subject of attention of such scholars as N. Bibik, L. Vashchenko, O. Marynovska, O. Zimnia, O. Lokshyna, O. Ovcharuk. The study of psychological and pedagogical works (Y. Babansky, I. Beleniuk, L. Kondrashova, etc.) showed that scientists pay due attention to the problem of introducing game technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions. However, modern research lacks a substantiation of the problem of game technologies in the professional field. The research objective innovative forms of educational work of higher education institutions using the example of game learning technologies, theoretically justifying the possibilities and feasibility of using game learning technologies in the professional training of future teachers in higher education institutions. The statement of basic materials. The article considers the issues of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions using the example of game technologies. Game learning technologies are a special teaching method that involves mastering educational material and educational content, forms the interaction of the teacher and the student through the game, and also helps to find and obtain the desired goal, that is, to achieve a certain result. Game technologies are declared as a modifying innovation. Teaching technologies of this type is associated with the use of a learning model based on the activity of subjects of the educational process. The methodological component of the teacher's activity in implementing game technologies is highlighted, based on the tasks of methodological work, didactic principles, learning functions, and forms of organization of the educational process.
